The calm winds that brushed across Blye's face were a simple comfort. Right now, he was nervous, more than he'd been ever before. For once, he couldn't predict what would happen next. Looking into ones Future was hard, it only worked if Blye was specifically looking for someone else's benefit not his own. So he had no idea if, today, he'd be accepted by the people. He could only hope. But, hope only got him so far, Blye was almost haunted by thoughts on what this truly meant. Facing Humanity, asking to rule them, it was the last wish of his people, a people Blye had rid of this world. They'd never see him rule, in fact, from the past Blye had created, they wouldn't even know he'd come close. To the young man, fulfilling their hard earned wish was the only way to put his guilt to rest, and let his ancestors rest as well, knowing what they'd sacrificed had still worked, till the very end. Today would be Blye's ultimate challenge, and he believed he'd done pretty well so far.
He'd gotten the King of Angels on his side, Kakushin had committed not only to help Blye, but also be the future King's friend in all this. Blye was grateful for that, but it seemed all of his companions had been granted to him, from his humble assistance in helping them in return. He'd given the King his children back, settled some scores on the Angel's heart as well. And Blye had helped end the conflict burning between the Saints and Angels and Demons, getting the aid of those among the Saints that strived for peace. It probably helped that Blye restored their home to it's former glory, as well as subdue the curse on their leader for the time being. All of Blye's acts of kindness weren't just to get them to help him back, but Blye couldn't help but wonder what the outcome would have been if he didn't have his powers, and was just a simple man asking for a big wish. His eyes lifted from staring at the floorboards of the flying ship, borrowed from the Saints, to look across his allies. He also had his Human friends, Nicolas, and the others from Minato. They'd been in utter shock and disbelief when, after claiming he'd stop the war and be King, Blye returned with them with both the Angel King and Saints following him. But, quite quickly they began to truly believe Blye's resolve, and like his other friends, committed themselves into helping the future King claim his crown.
Now it was a matter of spreading his name, and his willing followers. For some reason, Blye liked the idea of Sora, being one of Humanity's finest achievements, to be the place of his announcement. He'd asked Nicolas and some of the others to spread the word, tell people to head to Sora to hear great news, and see the war end, whilst united together. And sure enough, Blye noticed through the clouds, other air ships also travelling to the abandoned city, looking to follow the only flicker of hope left for them. It made Blye smile, but also made his stomach swirl. All this responsibility. He'd been trained to accept it from birth, but... was Blye worthy? After the mistakes he'd made, that as a user of Time magic, he should have known not to make? Blye kept quiet the whole journey, speaking when spoken to, but otherwise void of all conversation. His eyes looked up as some hand gestures were thrown across the ship from it's pink-haired captain, and the air ship slowly came to a stop at the city's docks. Blye took a deep breath before getting up, looking to those around him. "I'd like to thank you all.. again. What I face before me is the thing I was born to become, it's the only future I've known to expect. And yet, now I realise it would never be possible without all of you. We... may not all know each other well, but I consider you all close friends and allies." Blye announced, before pushing at his glasses and sighing heavily. "Well, here we go."

Once Emeri had Rex on her team, they worked to gain the trust of Baransu, though they were quick to join once they learnt of the Councils disappearance, and from there it spread like wildfire and soon the Clans were coming over to help out. Kaze was quick to offer his ship to travel to Sora, looking for both survivors and announce plans for Emeri to take over things. Her support and net group of minions would surely be easy to convince them, and with Rex, as it turned out was quite popular amongst people now considering efforts in this little war, and was picking up helped from all over. Emeri couldn't be happier manipulating such a kind and loveable soul, how it brought her much hidden joy. But as they approached Sora, Emeri noticed the other ships, and knew who must also have the same plans as hers. She knew there was two choices from here on out, either do all in her power to dispel Blye's support, or embrace it, and use it for her own gain later on... While she would rather option one, and would do everything to assure that, she was already making plans in case this all went sour. She knew Blye, what he could do, and wouldn't put it past him to do what he could. Turning to the main supporters in this, Emeri gave her best fake smile and speech. "I thank you all for the support, it was wrong of our council to abandon us at such fatal times, and I hope that if you accept me to take their place, we can finally find peace again. Now we have joined together our races, Human, Angel and Demon, I want you all to know this was you, you stepped up and became bigger then petty hate, putting aside the differences to see our similarities, what we all desire, and I find now, this will be a time of acceptance for our people." Once they had docked, Emeri allowed the others to leave the ship first, before making her way over to the other group as they piled out. Now would be the time for decisions.

Whilst none of the houses in Sora were occupied, the streets were bustling. Leaving the ship, Blye got a good look at the crowds. They paid little attention to the simply young man as he left the ship, many were too busy talking to one another, asking about opinions on today, or absorbed into general chats. But, what made Blye smile, was that they were generally calm, which gave Blye the idea that deep down, all the people here wanted the war to end. He wondered, if there were any Demons, or Angels amongst them, hiding their identities, but hoping to see the war end just the same. Blye walked into the crowds, followed shortly by Nick and the Saints, and Kakushin and his few non-human followers at the back, currently hiding their identities with new clothes and hidden wings for the time being. It took some time to traverse through the crowds, and to find a good place to begin the announcement. They needed to be seen, so Blye looked for somewhere with some vantage over the crowds. The city did have a centre square, although it was mostly rubble now. As the others searched, Blye looked down at his feet, the shattered wood around him looked like they used to belong to a simple stage platform, probably built to hold performances when Sora was still active. Glancing around for some of his allies, Blye gestured to them about what he was about to do, giving them a subtle wink, before placing his hand on a piece of shattered wood. With another pulse of blue energy, the wood, and the ground beneath it, began to move, and shake slightly. The crowd was momentarily panicked as the city trembled, but as the quakes calmed, so did they. And the group got to watch was part of the city rebuilt itself, rubble forming into buildings like the Saint's Temple had. And the wooden stage beneath Blye began to rise, taking him with it, as it also rebuilt itself. Eventually, after a few minutes, Blye had rebuilt part of the city, and had lifted himself onto a tall stage, overlooking the awe-inspired crowd. He needed to take a few breaths. This was his second rewind used today, amongst the piling list of other powers he'd used. Blye didn't look it, but he'd used his powers more today than he'd ever done before, and it was beginning to take a strain. But, Blye couldn't let exhaustion take him yet, there was still so much to do. So, he got to his feet, smiling down to the crowd, his allies slowly making their way to the platform as well. "People of all lands! You were brought here on the promise of peace, of an end to war! I am Blye Setai-Nushi, a crusader for peace, and I wish for the same." Blye announced, watching as all faces began to turn towards him. "Corruption has brought us down before, but it will not keep us down. We are good people, whilst we are not perfect, we still try. I think of this place, Sora, and I think of what Humanity could be. What we once were, sharing, willing to put our all into making something great. We can be this again." Blye paused, smiling as his followers joined him on the stage, hanging back, but expressing their alliance. "I was born and raised with powers designed to help others, and to guide our people. It is my purpose to serve Humanity, make us a race worth remembering in generations to come. We can be great, but we need a leader. I humbly ask, those who travelled up to this city in search of peace and hope, please, place your hope in me, and I vow to never let it die again."

So that was what he wanted to play. While Emeri didn't have such a magic, she did have her words, and while Blye was able to show what he can do, ask for what the people want, Emeri wouldn't hold back from the truth, the people needed that right now, however harsh it was. And while she wanted nothing more then to give it straight, she still had to tone it down. Had to convince the people to vote for her. "Blye speaks of a future just as our old leaders once did. And look where that has gotten us." Emeri took a moment to walk onto the stage and watch Blye's reaction, their last meeting had been years ago, and didn't end well... She wanted to laugh at him, show her disgust and end him now, but she had plans, and his death wasn't for today. Not yet. "I came here from Baransu, under the Nobles watch. They abandoned us when we needed it most, they were the ones who created our past, what lead to all this death and destruction. I know their views, and Blye here is leading us down yet another road that will end in that." Emeri let that sink in a second before gesturing some of her followers on the stage, Rex at front, wings uncovered and a smile on his face. "If we are to rebuilt our society, make it great again, we must embrace what caused so much anger, learn from it, and adapt, we build again together. I shall not lie, not after certain events have passed, but peace cannot be gained by ending a war alone, but it can be the first stitch in the fabric that begins our heal. We must learn to co-operate once more, negotiate terms that lead to so much hatred. I do not wish to end things now, for it to become so bad again in the future. I ask to become your next ruler, not for myself, not because we need one, because I am simply one who wants to help, take in all views and adapt to our changing times, move away from what the council started, and end it bigger and better then ever before." Emeri took a breath and looked to her followers, she made sure none his their identity, to show that she trusted them enough, trusted the people enough to not lash out and listen to what she had to say. No more hiding, no more secrets.....

It would be hard to help Blye take the crown. The young man didn't have much of an idea, or at least, didn't speak of it to Kakushin or the others. He seemed to believe that having them there with him was enough. Whilst Blye wasn't wrong, Kakushin didn't think it was the only thing the young man needed to do. He needed to convince the people. But, Blye seemed like the convincing type, and with his magic, it must be easy to predict what he needed to say. Everyone split up to look for a good spot to stand and announce things. Kakushin was looking around a higher level of Sora for something they could perhaps move. Then the ground shook, but it pulsed blue, which calmed Kakushin quickly. Blye was at his miracles again, and the King watched down to the lower level as Blye fixed things around him, then rose himself onto a wooden stage. He spoke out, and Kakushin found himself smiling a little. Hane stood quietly by his side. "I'm not sure what it is Hane..." Kakushin muttered, "But, I look at him, and I think.. what I could have been, if I didn't let hate take me." He watched the speech from this vantage point, though frowned as someone joined Blye on stage. Kaku watched the green haired woman, judged what her goal was. But then she spoke, and sounded as if she knew Blye. She spoke a lot, and Kakushin glanced to Blye to see his response. The young man looked... off. Kaku frowned, before glancing to Hane. His guard nodded. Both of them revealed their wings, pushed themselves up off the ground, then flew down to the lower level. There was a moment that people were surprised to see the two Angels suddenly swoop passed them, but surprisingly, it faded quickly. Kaku landed right before Blye and the emerald-haired woman. "Blye speaks of a future of change, he speaks of a future where it matters not the race, only of the kindness of heart. Funny, you say his future sounds like that of your old leaders, but... doesn't the future you've envisioned sound a lot like it too? Build up Humanity to be great again." Kakushin said directly to the woman, he then rose, giving Blye a smile, watching the young man relax a little, and nod back to the King. Kaku turned to face the crowd, standing next to Blye, and taking off his cloak to revel his regal, white clothing. "There was once a time I was called the Guardian of Peace, Kakushin. Now... I'm King of a very ancient race. Whilst it can be argued I haven't been the best ruler," There were a few chuckles in the crowd, "I've had much experience in watching over Humans. But, it has only been after Blye's help that I see how truly similar we all are. We all want to be loved, as well as to love others. We have families, I myself have two... wonderful children, who'd I'd never stop loving." Kakushin placed a hand on Blye's shoulder. "Blye wants to be your ruler not to just fulfil his life purpose, but to share what he has. In the few minutes I'd met him, he'd already shared with me his powers, healing my loved ones, and his name." Kakushin glanced to the woman. "There is much this woman has not yet shared with you. Her name, or her willingness to share power. Her views aren't wrong, but they miss one fundamental part of being a ruler, sharing power." Kakushin paused, before smiling a little. "I ask you both here, and all of you gathered on Humanity's behalf, why not accept leadership from two leaders, rather than one?"

Emeri wanted to laugh at the idea of sharing a ruling with Blye, knowing how both views differed from one another, as well as the hatred she had for him. But none knew that, and she couldn't laugh at the preposterous idea, instead she took a moment to give Blye props for getting the king of Angels on his side, but knew it was a little off, if her followers reaction was anything to go by. The king hadn't been around to help, he made the war worse by his anger and hatred, she could understand why some wouldn't trust him, and would use that against him in the future. But for now, she had to play negotiating leader, and use this to her advantage. With both her and Blye ruling, she knew where to find him, and could manipulate him form the inside. A small price to pay for being near him she supposed. "My name is Emeri Ohere. I come from a past that was lost to our world because of the powers of one man and a misguided mistake. My own power is that of space, magic lost to our world the second that past was lost." Here Emeri held out her hands and let herself float into the air, before she created a few simple balls of water in the air and had them float around to the others. Two simple tricks in her books, and the only ones she would share for now. "And I don't hope to built humanity to be great again, the people in it have already made humanity great. I hope to make our Society great, bring us all together rather then let us be divided by hatred and anger. I don't wish for the same things to control us again like it once happened to you your majesty." She needed people to be reminded of such a thing, to get her point across. "I am more then willing to share power if Blye wishes it. Two people joined in a hope to help out our people, together we can do all we set out to do, but I wish for you to decide, I wish not for the choice to seemed forced, you have been played once, and I intend not to let it happen again." Even if that's exactly what she was doing right now. Touching to the ground again, Emeri gave a smile to Blye, even if it killed her inside, he would be the most difficult to convince, but a challenge she was willing to take.

Share power? Blye's eyes looked from Kakushin to Emeri. He was still in shock to even see her here. She'd left him with harsh words, and a part of Blye feared his childhood friend had gone for good, the misery he'd left her in causing her to take her life. She was the one person he couldn't read, so Blye didn't know what Emeri had to deal with because of him. That one heavy weighing guilt that Blye carried, now it was here to face him. Just like him, Emeri wanted the job she'd been raised for. And sharing the power between the being of Space and Time was the original plan of the Clan. It had only changed after Blye drew such a rift between himself and Emeri, and he tried to find the crown on his own. As Emeri introduced herself, Blye remained silent, and made no indication that is was he she was talking about. The man with the misguided mistake. Blye watched Emeri demonstrate some of her power, though he knew it wasn't close to her full potential. He tried to stop himself staring, still in disbelief that his once cherished friend was still alive and well, and eventually Blye turned to the crowd. He pushed on his glasses, "As I've said, I'm Blye Setai-Nushi. I control Time, a magic also lost. Emeri and I we both share the life purpose of serving Humanity." Blye announced, glancing to Emeri with a slight smile, a nervous and apologetic one. Emeri explained some more on what she wanted for a future, and it seemed to make the Angel King nod, rather than be insulted or deterred. "Neither do I. Mistakes made in the past should stay in the past. I... plan to do better, much better, than I have done, for my people and for yours.. if of course, my assistance is allowed." Kakushin replied. Blye's smile grew, "The future we want is the same, it seems, Emeri. And I'd be more than happy to share the role of leading this fine race with you." Blye replied, smiling more to Emeri. She seemed willing to share power, which to Blye, meant she was willing to forgive him. Blye turned to the crowd. "But, why not let this great society choose for itself. So, to all who wish to have their opinions known, please cast your vote now on who you think would make a better leader out of Emeri here or myself." Blye announced. For a moment, the crowds seemed to mumble amongst themselves, and Blye thought it would only be fair for them all to think over and discuss things. So, in the meantime, he looked to Emeri. "Emeri... it's, good to see you again." Blye said, scratching his neck nervously, before giving her a sweet smile, "Hey, look where we are. We made it Emeri, I know... it's not the same as it could have been, but we're still here, about to achieve the role we'd always dreamed of, what we were born for." He said, a little quieter.

Serving Humanity. What a laugh, oh how Blye was still so young and naïve, it seemed he hasn't learnt from those past mistakes, how Emeri would eventually put him in his place. And that smile he send made her want to puke, god how stupid can he be to think she's actually forgiven him for everything, I guess it could work in her favour, but no, she was going to make him suffer at first, make him 'earn back' that 'forgiveness' she wouldn't make it go on too long, already forming plans on how to use him, and she needed Blye as a friend again for that, but she couldn't just let him back in without making him suffer a little first. While everyone talked amongst themselves about who they wanted, Emeri turned to Blye as he spoke and dropped her voice so only he could hear her. "The role you always dreamed of. I never wanted this. My dream was making my father proud of me, having him by my side as I became great. That dream was taken the day my past was. Not the same? Far from what it should have been." Emeri said no more on the matter, knowing what she said would have gotten to him, instead she turned back to the crowd, smile on her face as she addressed them with the poise of leadership. She would gain this role, even if she had to share it, her future depended on it now.

Blye looked into Emeri's eyes. He couldn't see through them, only the surface of the woman before him. What were her plans? What was Emeri's future? Blye made an attempt to get in, but as usual, Emeri was too strong for him to future-sight. He blinked and looked away, instead accepting the harsh, whispered words. So, he wasn't forgiven, though, Blye knew it would be impossible for one to forgive the one who murdered so many, intentional or not. Blye's brow shook a little, his eyes dropping down. "You know I'm sorry.. for everything. Can't we just.. leave the past alone, if we rule together?" Blye muttered back to her, before pushing up his glasses. One of his friends tapped him on the shoulder, and Blye looked up. The crowd were beginning to look back up to them, waiting to give their verdicts. Blye put on a smile, "So, are we all ready to cast a vote?" Blye asked, before gesturing to Emeri. "All those who want Emeri Ohere as their leader?" Blye waited, watching the sea of hands rise amongst other dormant ones. It took a while to count, but eventually, some of the others in Blye's group, and in Emeri's, were confirming the number with one another. Blye then dropped his hands, "And all those who would want me, Blye Setai-Nushi, as their leader?" He asked. Again, hands rose in the air, it was unclear if there were more hands, or less. Again, the others counted, and the crowd dropped their hands, returning to their mumbling. Someone from each's group came to tell Blye and Emeri the split. Blye chuckled out loud when he heard it, his dread about what Emeri said was gone, as he grinned to her. "Exactly the same amount of votes. Kinda seems like fate right?" Blye asked Emeri, as others passed it along the crowd that their vote had been a draw. Blye turned to Emeri, holding out a hand, smiling slightly, though not so ecstatic. "I know.. this isn't the perfect versions of our dreams... but, I'm glad I get to share power with you, Emeri." Blye announced.

Emeri gave a small scoff at the idea of him being sorry. Such petty words didn't return their past, undo the damage, and she couldn't forget, she had the pain of what he did follow her around, and it wouldn't go away. That strain she feels as her body keeps her alive... That's something she cant forgive. But, Blye didn't need to know any of that, not in such terms anyways. "No. I cant forget the past, someone has to keep all those people you murdered alive, even if in this future they never existed. And there's so many other reasons why our past cannot be forgotten. Or forgiven easily... Its going to take more then petty words alone to fix this." Emeri turned back to the crowd, smiling as some many hands went up, and even on par with Blye, both coming into rule, she knew she won here. She already had plans on how to use him, and she was sure she would find more. Shaking Blye's hand, she gave him a half smile for the people, and speaking words he would understand, but have the others take as nothing but polite, Emeri resisted the urge to smirk in place. "Far from what my dream imagines. But not hated, I get to see an old friend of mine again, rule alongside him as it was stated years back. Our power has only grown, and I cant wait to see what we can do together." Great words, but patronising, as she already knew what he could do. Turning back to the crown, Emeri nodded to her first followers, giving each a masked smile. "Now people, if you don't mind, I would like to begin rebuilding the areas lost to us. Sora, Minato, and every where else that needs it. My friends here, would you mind taking down any complaints and areas of importance so I can go through them and begin to work out what needs doing first. Aeris clan, mind taking me back to Baransu, I must check to see how much the Nobles left in the treasury, and where we need to go from there. Blye, it been a pleasure, and do what you need to before following behind, I have this handled otherwise." Saying no more, Emeri began back to the ship, she needed to earn the trust of people before anything more can begin, and best way to do that. Rebuild what is lost, and show she's a friend.
