These special dreams were such a strange existence. It didn't really feel like dreaming. One moment, Kaku was lying down on the bed, barely closing his eyes, the next he felt like he was awake and standing in a desert with the others. The transition didn't feel like it even existed, they just appeared in this new land. Kaku took a moment to gather his bearings, looking around the desert lands, just as Yume had described them in her instructions to all. The Dream world felt so real, even the hot desert air felt real going down Kaku's throat. He looked around for the others, finding them behind him and also looking confused for a moment. It was a few steps over to them, and Kaku took a deep breath to brace himself for whatever they were to face, before smiling slightly to the others. "We all ok?" He asked, voice carried in weird ways across this strange land. Hane didn't answer, instead looking around the empty area. Kaku eventually did the same. They should be expecting Mitasu to change the lands any time now, once she was lured into the dream. The king readied his sword, not knowing what they'd all have to face, no doubt Mitasu would try and through them off with something she knew would hurt them, but the Angel King felt determined to resist, no matter what. Though in that determined state, he'd not considered Mitasu using a location to throw them off.

Mitasu felt the change in the air and smirked as she located the first dream, despite the slight change in atmosphere that showed her that things would be different here the with the others. But despite this she looked, and once realising exactly whom she was with, the 'Kings' and others she was warned about... It would be fun to fuck with their minds and destroy them within, because of course she wanted fun when breaking these four, all had their own Demons to hide, and it would be her pleasure bringing those nightmares to the surface, to make them watch and suffer to the point where their own minds eats at them before she takes joy in slowly and painfully killing them off. All she had to do now was find the perfect setting, Mitasu knew where to take them, what place would break on of the kings, letting a chain reaction occur among the others in a pleasure filled nightmare. Waving her hand, Mitasu allowed the desert to change, mountains and buildings to appear, a waterfall and a river filled with deadly creatures. And a most important memorial, one that would be used in such cracking ways. Sitting in front of the memorial made for one Itamu, Mitasu knew they would find her, and it would be deadly when they do, if the scales don't kill them first. "Good luck my pretties, I hope you know how to swim." She made sure the message echoed around the world, it was always fun to tease her pets.

Hane did also find the feeling of lying down to suddenly standing up disorientating, but he couldn't remain confused for long. He had a huge duty to uphold here. Protecting two kings, rather than just the single idiot one, along with Chester. Hane could consider her a close friend, and relative to the Kings, so naturally he promised to keep her safe as well. Three people Hane needed to make sure were all right, he'd experienced nothing this hectic in all two hundred years of serving Tenshi. Gathering some thoughts on the location, Hane simply glanced to Kaku as he asked about them, instead looking for any signs of their target. She was lurching around here somewhere, that Mitasu. She never appeared though, as all of a sudden the desert changed into some place green. Hane had expected something like Shiro or more close to home. If this old and forgotten Mountain village was all Mitasu could think of, then she clearly didn't know her enemies very well. That said, Hane felt water around their feet, all four placed in shallow water from a river. And travelling down the river were fish. Not the small kind Hane had more than a few times cooked up, but large, monstrous and very aggressive fish. Hane took out his sword, pointing out the fish to the others. At that point, they could all hear Mitasu call out to them, and Hane's scowl grew deeper. "She's toying with us, the fish are just a distraction. Keep moving to dry grounds, it'll stop them from following." Hane suggested, striking down one lunging creature. They seemed to have a hunger for the two Angels of the group, trying to bite mostly at Hane and Kaku. Hane glanced to the King, seeing worry in his eyes that the guard couldn't understand currently. The fish were a trouble, of course, but they weren't a huge issue. Climbing up the ramps to shore, Hane looked around, wondering where in this maze like cherry blossom village that Mitasu was hiding.

Ru knew before the scene fully came to view where they were, and he knew Kaku knew as well. And though Rurushu knew more then anything this was a dream, the place looked far too real, like Mitasu had pulled it from their brain, and he knew where she would be, to create this place, meant all was created, including something that would really make Kaku question everything. He gave a look to Kaku, the only other to know of this places significance, but before getting to speak, Mitasu's voice echoed around, the voice sent shivers down his spine, and as he looked to the river at the fish, he knew the worst was to come... Dragging Chester and Kaku after Hane, Ru drew his sword, keeping a close eye out. "Kaku, I know what you must be thinking, but this is a dream, its not real... And others, keep an eye out, the fish may be..." Before he had time to finish, Ru felt the slime of a fish on his ankle... He and Kaku both knew how bad the originals could be, but looking down at the mutated version of the beasts, Rurushu knew things wouldn't be the same, and as he slipped to the ground, trying to stab the mutated beast as he was dragged back to the water, the only thought going around his head was 'Mitasu is a lot more dangerous then originally thought' because the others had no idea how bad this place was for the kings to be in, especially Kaku.

The instant everything came into view, was the instant Kaku knew just how serious this all was. This was the Sanctuary, the place only Kaku and Ru knew of and had kept secret for so long. Kaku looked around in silence, trying not to show the utter shock in his face. If Mitasu could draw this precious place out of their minds, then what else did she plan on using against them? Everything was so real, and as much as Kakushin repeated to himself in his mind that this was all fake, the falling blossoms from the trees and the air felt the same. Well, it felt partly the same, but something was contaminating the air, and Kaku could only guess that Mitasu was not only using their sanctuary as a battlefield, but also abusing it to get to the kings. Rurushu brought Kaku back to the right mind for now, quickly rushing out of the water when he turned and noticed the fish. Those savage monsters, Kaku didn't want to deal with them right now, one irrational fear that Kakushin didn't want distracting him. But one began to drag Ru back, so Kaku had to shoot a blast of light at it. But those shimmering scales seemed to reflect more than just sunlight, as Kaku's light beam, no matter its strength was bounced right off the monsters scaly skin. So the King slashed his sword instead, glad to know at least sharp weapons still seemed to work in this dream world. Cutting down the fish currently trying to drag down Ru, Kakushin blocked himself from another, which Hane managed to stab as it was distracted by the King. Kaku took a deep breath, wondering where in this large place they'd find Mitasu. She'd want to do whatever she could to hurt them mentally as well as physically, and there was one place she could do that the most. Kakushin marched out of the water, watching with slight horror as the fish began climbing onto land after them. Kaku gestured to Hane, "Magic didn't seem to work on them, so Hane, try and keep them busy if you can. And... I think I know where Mitasu will be waiting." Kaku said, glancing to Ru before going further up the shore. Near this waterfall was the small building that had Itamu's memorial outside, and that was where the king headed, cutting down the foul fish that relentlessly followed.

Chester didn't know of the significance to this place, why Mitasu used it against them, but when seeing her brothers reactions, she knew it was important to them, and she could only guess it was where they kept running of to. She could tell already that things were going to go sour, with the way Kaku blacked out for a moment, and the fact he knew where she was... Chester had spent long enough with terrible people in the past, to know that going after Mitasu was a bad idea, what she wanted, and it would end badly for them all, not just those in this dream, because if the impending doom in the air here was as bad in the others, they may have a serious problem on their hands. And Chester didn't want to see what was planned for other nights, if they lived that long. Drawing her bow, Chester made a few good shots at the fish before looking to Kaku as he headed off, looking back to Ru and Hane, Chester shook her head seeing how busy they were, and jogged to catch up with Kaku, attacking the fish she could in the process, if magic didn't work on them, then Chester only had a limited weapon use for attack. "Kaku... You know this is what she wants right? You to go after her... I don't know where we are, but its important to you, I can tell... Don't let that get to you, don't get drawn into the obvious trap..."

Hane felt like he understood that Mitasu wasn't as stupid as he first considered. This location meant something to the two kings, shown on Kaku's pained expression, and how Rurushu tried to reassure him that it wasn't real. Perhaps this was their secret place, if so, Hane could understand why such a serene place was kept hidden. But because it was so precious, it meant they'd be in more danger. The mental damage when in this dream world was just as problematic as physical. Reaching dry land didn't have the safety effect that Hane had hoped for. Of course, this monstrous fish were literally the stuff of nightmares, water or not, they'd keep coming after the group. It was hardly correct to even call them fish, in this world, they were simply nightmares, mutations of monsters that Mitasu could change into whatever she wanted. The only hope they had was that as Kaku said, swords seemed to damage them where magic couldn't. This meant Hane was in his element, cutting down the attacking nightmares as they tried to snap at him and climb up the bank. The guard nodded to Kakushin, knowing his job was best served here keeping the fish distracted. However, part of Hane felt like Kakushin was about to be an idiot, after years of serving and teaching him, Hane could almost sense when Kaku was to do something stupid. It seemed the nightmare was getting to him, this place, and whatever precious memories it held for the king. Hane huffed, slicing a fish clean in half with a partially annoyed attack. "King Rurushu, if it is as Chester says, then his majesty is walking into a trap. And we all know he has no plan not to walk into it. I can keep the monsters here busy, perhaps draw them all away. So follow the others, and I'll find my own way to you once I'm finished here."

As much as Ru wanted to stay and help Hane, knowing how bad the fish could be even as normal creatures. He knew this place was getting to Kaku, too many memories for him to just consider this creation an illusion, and he knew he would have to follow, to stop his other from doing something stupid, he was glad Chester seemed to realise, following Kaku as he stalked off in search of Mitasu. Nodding to Hane, Ru gave him a reassuring smile. "I'll make sure to keep him sane. This most certainly is a trap, I know where she is, what she's using as bait..." Looking towards the temple of Itamu's memorial, Ru gave a sigh, "Considering where we are, neither me nor Kaku will have full will power, so if Chester comes back... Contact Yume and get Kaku out of here, because he wont be able to continue..." Giving one last look at the army of mutants and Hane, Ru was quick to fly after Kaku and Chester, attacking what he could while catching up to them. He feared what awaited, Mitasu seemingly knowing more about them all then he or any one realised, and if that was the case, Kaku would need all the help he can get to fight off these demons. [No pun intended. Xxx But oh how you will have some fun fighting a certain someone..................]

Kakushin assumed the others would follow, as much as he feared this situation and everyone in it, he didn't want to face this alone. Chester rose a point, one Kakushin already knew. He nodded his head, though kept moving. "I know... I know it's what she wants and that this is probably a trap. But..." Kakushin shook his head a little, taking a deep breath to calm himself, "Mitasu is clever, she knows how obvious her trap is, but knows that I... I can't stop myself from going to it. Dream or reality, this is all important to me, and I can't stop myself from getting distracted from it all." Kakushin replied. He felt bad for giving into what Mitasu clearly wanted, but couldn't stop himself from going. Kakushin began picking up the pace as the others didn't follow. Apart from Chester, and Kakushin almost hoped he could face whatever dangers Mitasu had in store alone at first, so the king could judge how safe his sister would be in this. His own safety wasn't in much consideration, though even know Kakushin was finding it hard to cope with the fact that Mitasu was toying with such precious memories. Making it to the temple, Kakushin pointed his sword towards the small building not to far away, spotting Mitasu sitting next to Itamu's memorial. "Get away from there, now." Kakushin growled.

Mitasu loved messing with their minds, and she knew that despite two that had no idea what this place was, the others would break, especially one, with her plans, she would let them all fall just because one did. When the Angel King fell, his personal bodyguard would fall over his failure to protect, while the Demon king would mourn his lost love, his sister would fall too, once her brother does. It was the perfect plan, and all that was needed, was for the Angel to fall to her trap, and as she watched him as he pointed his sword, looked to her and growled. Mitasu just stayed in position, cocking her head and smirking, holding the promise of misery and destruction. "Nice of you to finally join us. This is the most beautiful memorial..." Standing from her position, Mitasu walked around it a few times, her fingers following the patterns. "So much love and care, it sickens me." Spinning so she was looking to the three, Mitasu hovered her hand over the stone. "Why don't we see how much this Itamu appreciates it..." Letting her eyes glow, Mitasu sent magic into the stones, watching as they moved and moulded into a shape of a man, before the love and care joined to create a living breathing replica of he who was lost, eyes opened to look at Kakushin, sinister smirk resting on his face, and a sword clenched tightly in his hands. "Show my guest how much you liked his memorial, by giving him his own." Laughing, Mitasu watched as the creation stalked to Kakushin, one down, two to go.

Kakushin sword hand was much less than steady right now. There was nothing stopping him from running up to Mitasu right now, and yet Kaku was glued to the spot. What she was planning, and how the precious memorial was a part of it, had Kakushin terrified of moving too soon. But his hands clenched up as the sick woman decided to get up, snaking around Itamu's resting place, plotting something sinful. "Don't touch it!" Kakushin called over, though he knew threats were empty to Mitasu. All Kakushin thought he'd have to witness was Mitasu breaking the memorial down in front of him. In a way, she did just that. But it was much more as well. There was a painful feeling in Kakushin stomach, taking in what Mitasu said and the shape forming from the memorial right now. Kakushin began shaking, knowing as the shape moulded further who it must be. Though he was in disbelief up until the last second, when Itamu opened those eyes of his, so unique as one was light brown where the other was dark. No one else had that, and beyond his eyes, Kakushin could remember Itamu exactly. From the white hair that lay both dirty and untamed, to the little scars around Itamu's face from adventures they'd had in the past. Kaku shook his head, unable to understand how he felt right now. This was a face he hadn't seen in a lifetime, one Kakushin cherished. And yet, Itamu had a look in his eyes that was beyond the Itamu that the Angel King had once known. Though for a moment, the man stopped, looking a little sleepy as he suddenly yawned and stretched out his arms. Kakushin was a little off guard for a moment, and that was when, without effort or noise, Itamu raced across towards him, slamming down with his sword. Kakushin blocked it weakly, using the power to push Itamu's attack to the side, before staring closely at that face he'd once loved. Itamu chuckled, before using his free arm to strike an elbow up at Kaku's face. "What's the matter old buddy? Don't cha remember who taught you how to fight? Or have you forgotten that, just like you've been forgetting me?" Itamu said, smirking to Kaku as he was knocked back.

Ru decided to stay quiet while Mitasu spoke, he didn't want to make things any worse then they were going to be, if only because he knew how Kaku was feeling right now, but as he watched the stone mould into someone, Ru's stomach dropped, he knew who it was, and he could tell Kaku did too. So this is what the infamous Itamu looked like... But before Ru could go to stop Kaku from doing something stupid, Itamu's double charged after him. Looking between his love and the witch, Ru gave a growl before moving to the woman, blinking as she just seemed to disappear. Hearing the taught from Itamu though made, Rurushu turn back, before his legs and arms were frozen in place, body looking to the fight, but unable to do anything. He watched as his love was fighting against one Ru knew he couldn't give his all to, not really, and that was exactly what Mitasu wanted. "OI BITCH. LET ME GO, PLAY FAIR..." He knew it fell on deaf ears, the woman was the sort who wanted to break them, and she knew just how to do so. Looking to Chester, he couldn't even send her, being in the same predicament. Waiting a few more moments, there was only two ways to get out of this, call Hane, or form into a dragon, in a hope the creature would be too big to handle... But with doing the latter, would mean destroying some of around, and despite him knowing it to be a dream, Kaku wasn't in his right mind at the moment, and he feared how his beloved would take it.

Note: Hane's reply is too short, it's just: 'Hane sliced up the last of the fish, sheathed his sword and yelled "SUSHI!" before tucking into dream lunch.'
That strong elbow hit was enough to get Kakushin moving again. He stumbled back, holding a hand to where Itamu had hit his face. He wasn't frozen anymore, but wasn't ready to fight. Not that he could ever be ready. Kakushin and Itamu fought a lot in the past. Itamu being the one to even teach Kaku how to wield a sword in the first place, and they'd continued their training up until the point where Kaku could easily defeat his own teacher. Itamu had never taken battles seriously, or at least made it look that way. His style was impossible to predict, he pretended to act uninterested in attack just to get others off guard for an attack. And to him, his entire body was a weapon, not just the sword. The elbow strike hurt, but it was a pain Kakushin could remember feeling countless times before. Itamu chuckled at Kaku's pained face, lifting his sword over his shoulder. "Too much for you? Huh, what a coward." Itamu commented, strolling right up to Kakushin. He was confident, knowing that even with Kaku's sword at the ready, the king would do nothing but stand there. So Itamu waltzed on over, looking Kakushin up and down before walking past and kicking back. The kick landed right in the middle of Kaku's leg, knocking something inside out of place with a snap. Kakushin fell down onto the one leg, wincing as he looked back to Itamu. "Well... I suppose you've always been such a coward Kaku. Never even confessed to me, did yah? Then I died. Then you settled for that guy over there? Heh, does he know he's just a substitute. That you only use him to hide how much you still miss me?" Kakushin still felt a little fuzzy from the hit before, and from the pain in his leg right now. But he still shook his head to Itamu, "Itamu, it's not like that. I... I'll always remember you but..." Kakushin began, but Itamu just laughed bitterly. "But you still replace me? Don't lie Kaku, I hate that." Itamu replied, the sword in his hand disappearing, replaced by something Kakushin feared even more. Itamu spun the shovel around his hand. "You should at least remember this right?" Itamu asked back to Kakushin with a smirk, and before the King could answer, Itamu swung round hard.

Rurushu hated watching as Kaku got beaten up, where he couldn't do anything beside watch and call out to him. It was infuriating not being able to help. What was worse was the things this dream Itamu said, like Mitasu knew that deep down Ru believed these things, even if he knew them to be silly, that Kaku wasn't like that, didn't help the negative thoughts though. But he pushed those feelings aside for now anyways, as he watched Itamu bring out a shovel, now under most circumstances, Ru would just laugh, but he heard the stories, and he saw Kaku's fear when the sword was replaced. And as Itamu smirked, Ru knew exactly what was about to happen, summoning up everything he had, Ru broke free from whatever Mitasu did, and rushed over, better him then his love. Feeling the shovel slam onto his back at full force, he groaned in pain, that was much worse then he thought it would be, falling to the ground in a heap, Rurushu looked up to Itamu and snarled. "Leave. Kaku. Alone." Forcing himself up, Ru held the hilt of his sword, standing over Kaku for when it was needed, this wasn't a fight his beloved should be fighting, it was far less then fair.

Note: Hane reply: 'Hane tastes the food... It could use some flavour. He goes in search for herbs.'
Itamu was a brute despite his size. For an average sized Angel, Kakushin had always been on the surprised side when Itamu showed just how strong he was. Getting hit with a shovel was something Kakushin had unfortunately experiences before, back when Itamu was testing out how good it was as a weapon. It hurt, almost knocked Kaku out for a day. After that Itamu only used the shovel as his secret weapon against attackers, protecting Kaku with it. Now it was the opposite, and Itamu was fully prepared, with whatever evil thoughts Mitasu had made him with, to hit Kakushin with it as many times as necessary. The Angel King closed his eyes, fully prepared to feel the force of the attack, before instead hearing it hit elsewhere, and not even on Kaku. The King opened his eyes and was relieved. Rurushu managed to struggle out the hold Mitasu had on him, and take the hit for Kakushin. Though, it seemed no matter where the shovel hit, it was still brutally powerful. Kakushin winced for Ru, crawling over to him. There wasn't much Itamu could say to change how Kakushin felt for who was defending him. Sure, everything Kakushin past and late love said did cause the Angel king suffering, but nothing could stop Kakushin from loving Rurushu eternally, they'd sworn on it not long ago, after all. So as Itamu scoffed at Rurushu as he growled to the late Angel, Kakushin felt enough will to talk. "Itamu, you're wrong. Rurushu isn't just a replacement you... because nothing could ever replace you, or what you meant to me. But... you died, and I moved on. I found a new life, with Ru, and it's one I love. Though I'll never forget the old life I had with you." Kakushin stated over to Itamu, before smiling a little. "If you were the real Itamu, you'd never attack me like this, and you'd be bawling right now too." The nightmare Itamu laughed at the end of Kakushin's talk, swinging his shovel to rest on his shoulder. "You bore me Kaku, and seem to forget that I'm here right now thanks to the memories in your mind. I can tell that you're just lying to make us feel better..." Itamu growled, before smirking to Ru. "Why are you defending him? In my eyes, we've both been betrayed, I'm forgotten, and you're just being used." Itamu said to Rurushu, before darting forward once more to strike sideways with the shovel. "So I don't see why you should remain like some loyal, idiot dog."
