Onrah's trip over to the buffet table had been hard. Every step forwards, was another step further and further away from the two people Onrah cared for most. But he had to bare through it, no matter how heavier each step got. He put on a smile to the few hog-lovers crowding around the buffet, offering his thanks as a few let him go in front. From there, Onrah leaned against the table, now practically empty from Onrah and the others apart from the massive hog roast. He chewed slowly on the pork slices, savouring every taste, exactly what it felt like to experience good food. He didn't want to forget something this delicious after all. Soon, the music picked up, and some people were heading up to the balcony to get first class positions for Gensho's firework show. And it got to a point when Onrah was alone at his buffet table, left to eat the morsels of what was left over, whilst smiling as he watched the others. He watched his dear brothers, go about in the world like true adults. It brought him back to think of a time when he'd first met the young Demons. He himself hadn't much Godly experience, and yet the two little Demons looked up to him with big, inspired eyes. Knowing that he could help even two people find their way in life, made Onrah feel complete. Sure, maybe he'd never be able to change the entire world, change and inspire the entire Human race. But to Onrah, just being able to watch Akvan and Gensho run around happily, making new friends and memories, it meant more to him than if the entire world was wrapped in peace. He'd succeeded his dream, no matter how small it might appear to others.
Sighing, the Demon God rubbed his good eye, putting his empty plate on the table behind him as he continued to watch. He pushed his hand into his pocket, feeling something there that he'd forgotten. Something smooth and round, and as he pulled it out, Onrah smiled. A little Green Skull. One of Onrah gifts to his closest relations. This one was the last one, and Onrah felt bad that he'd almost forgotten to give it away. Onrah looked at the tiny Skull, watching as it came to life and floated up to his eye level. "Go join the lights floating in the hall, and keep an eye on him. He's your owner now, promise me you'll protect him." Onrah commanded politely, watching the Skull familiar fly off to the highest level of the Ballroom. Onrah sighed, things sure were taking their time around here... perhaps he'd go for another slice of the meat.

With every step she took, Chester felt worse and worse and any hope she had was depleting, Itami was sure to be near, and regardless on what Chester said now, could still mean Onrah's death... And she didn't want that... She finally realised this miss-match of Demons, excluding Ru, were her real family, the Outlaws only wished to use her, and Chester felt stupid for not realising it sooner. Rushing over to the Demons side, Chester could feel tears welling up again... Even if he, and anyone else hated her after this, she deserved it. "Onrah, I am so, so, so, so, sorry. You have to get out of here like right now, its not safe for you..." Chester allowed the tears to fall as she gripped hold of his arm and attempted to drag him away from the ball. She knew she probably wasn't making sense, and perhaps was making a scene, but she no longer cared, all she wanted now was to save Onrah, no matter the cost she herself would be faced with. "You have to go... Please."

Onrah had expecting someone to turn up eventually, but for it to be Chester, the Demon was surprised. As far as he could tell, she was good company, so perhaps he could still enjoy himself for longer tonight than he'd expected. Onrah smiled, although it almost immediately wavered when he saw the poor girl's saddened expression. Lord hope Akvan hadn't done something, Onrah was hoping the two could be together by the end of this night. But it was something else, something of deeper concern. His arm was moved, but the rest of Onrah refused to budge. "Get out? You know I just can't leave the ball this soon, Gensho would have my head." Onrah tried to smile, and pulled his arm back, making sure Chester was looking at him. "I can't leave Chester, I know that. What I don't know is how much you know, and why?" This was something new for Onrah to worry about that he really didn't have the time for. If Chester knew as much as Onrah was now considering, then that would make things worse, and not just for Onrah. The Demon looked to Chester rather hopefully, hoping she wasn't deeply involved in what was going on, just to pour salt on the wound.

Chester groaned in annoyance as Onrah didn't move, if he knew why was he here still? Why not escape while he had the chance, they didn't have much time, Chester could feel Itami's presence in the room. "Gensho having your head is the least of your worries." Chester tried to smile, but her tear stained face and worry prevented her from doing so. But when Onrah asked her what was going on, Chester panicked, she didn't wish to explain, especially considering how long she's known about everything, and she would rather have him make his own assumptions to how she knew, rather then explaining everything. But she knew she had to tell, she has lied to everyone for too long, and even if it killed her, she would finally tell the truth. "Itami and the Outlaws are trying to kill you for your powers, she wished to take over all the realms... To do that, she needs your power and to kill off Angels, she's planning to use a disease to do so... Meaning Akvan... I... The Outlaws have been my family forever... You have to understand when I tell you that I felt as if I owed them... And helped with planning all this, and was the one to summon them here... And I am so, so, so, so sorry. I no longer wish for this to happen... Now you have to go, they're here..." Chester could feel herself begin to break down in guilt, it sounded much worse when she explained it, and felt even worse that it was to Onrah. But they had no time, Chester could feel that they were here, and this was the last chance they had to get out. "Please, go now..."

Onrah had to sigh through Chester's explanation. She was deeper in this than he'd thought. He didn't know if he should feel betrayed or sorry for Chester, perhaps even both. The Demon needed to lean back when he heard Akvan mentioned. And the fact that this was all something much more than Onrah had assumed it was. Onrah rubbed his good eye, dropping his gaze to the ground. "Funny, when I realized I was going to be killed, I just thought it was because someone wanted revenge. But... it really doesn't end there..." Onrah lips were pursed. Poor Chester, she'd caught herself in a situation no-one could control anymore.
Sighing once more, Onrah pushed off the table, smiling to Chester before bringing her into a hug. "I'm a little mad at you Chester... but before I say anything else, I forgive you, alright?" Onrah muttered, releasing the girl before looking at the table. "As the God of Death, I'm able to see when people die... so long as it's soon enough. So this morning, as I was preparing for the evening Ball, I saw words of death above my head in the mirror. It told me I was going to die, tonight, by the hands of Itami and Exitium. The thing is, Chester. Everyone I'm in charge of killing, I see the same kind of thing above their heads. Sometimes, the people I have to kill are good people, kind ones that don't deserve to die. But I still grant them death, because it's their destiny to die. If I was a selfish God, then perhaps I would heed your warning, and leave and survive. But, Chester... if I don't accept my fate, then my life up until this point would have been a lie."
Onrah looked over his shoulder to Chester, pulling something out of his pocket. "I don't want to leave my brothers, and now I fear what might happen to them. Chester, I promise that everything up until this point, all of the sins you've committed against me, I'll forgive... so long as you give Gensho or Akvan this letter. It has something written in it that might help them move on, I hope. I've never been the best with words, but I hope it at least makes my leaving a little easier on them." Onrah gave a slight smile, "I'll miss those two, and Nanari, and that cool Wolvine I was partnered with last month... and I'll miss you Chester, just promise me-" Onrah couldn't finish the sentence as all of his breath left him. It was like something hard had punched him in the back, and as Onrah looked down, he realized what as pain spread up from his stomach. The leg of a chair, coming from his stomach, coated in red blood. His blood.

Chester was in tears, and she wanted to double over in guilt, she didn't want this, but it was too late to stop it... But she was going to do all in her power to help take Itami and the Outlaws down... This would be her road to redemption... After all she knew everything about the Outlaws and their plan, so maybe she wouldn't be hated forever. "I promise I will do all to prevent all the plan coming true." Bursting into much larger and more noticeable tears, Chester held Onrah tight in the hug, to hear that he forgave her for every thing she did, meant so much to her, even if she knew she didn't deserve it, not now, not ever. She didn't wish to release him from the hug, but she knew it had to be done, but she listened, memorising every word that came from Onrah in these moments. What she wasn't accounting for was Exitium to be mentioned... If he was there, that meant he was the one Itami was conspiring with as their extra support... And he was stuck with her and Akvan for a month... So he must have told Itami... Shaking away the thoughts for now, Chester focused on Onrah's last words, that was more important right now. "Im glad to have met you Onrah, and you are deserving of so much..." Looking towards the Demon in what was probably to be his last moments, Chester accepted the letter, holding onto it tight and swearing on her grave that one would receive it. Chester was about to go in for another hug as he finished whatever he was saying and let him know that she would do all as asked, but that was when everything happened in a blur, Onrah suddenly stopped talking, and looking down at the same time, Chester couldn't help the scream that emitted from her throat, "ONRAH!" The wood that was sticking out of his stomach, stained red, an image that would forever be etched into her brain. Catching Onrah before he fell, Chester turned to look straight into the eyes of Exitium and Itami.

Despite the massive amount of disgusting Humans and Angels crammed into the room, and the pathetic little magic lights everywhere. And the fact that Exitium had been made to look 'presentable' in a suit and tie, all for once were ignored by the Demon tonight. For this would be a night where one of Exitium's dreams came true. He could do what he'd wanted to do since the first time he'd seen a certain Demon God. So for the first half of the night, Exitium would have to grin and bare the stupidity of the nobles around him, and whatever crap the God of Night was on about when giving a toast to all. Exitium was instead occupying himself with sharpening a table knife by burning it's edge into a point. He had no reason to do so, other than the possible temptation to throw it into the drunken Nobleman opposite him at the table. Either that or send a tiny explosion into the man's drink, triggered only when the Noble took a sip. But the Demon God was able to focus more on the matter at hand when he saw Itami raise from her seat, a few tables to Exitium's right. The Demon glared towards where she was looking, before giggling like a child.
Alone it seemed, their prey was stood on the opposite end of the hall, and so the perfect opportunity presented itself to them. Exitium got up, walking slightly at an angle to meet up to Itami first. "Good evening my Queen," Exitium muttered, "Might I say you look wonderful tonight, and what a night this shall be." Exitium grinned, before heading over across the room. Once they were at a straight position from the target, Exitium glanced down to a chair being occupied by some fat, Human pest. With a simple click, the chair erupted in a tiny, splintering explosion. The Noble fell down with a shock on his face, but Exitium ignored it as he plucked one of the chair legs from the ground. "I'll be borrowing this now." Exitium stated, eyes glowing red with blood-lust.
Exitium looked at Onrah, almost growling as it seemed their little pet, Chester, was getting in the way. Exitium couldn't have her ruining their plan by scaring the prey away. And so, the Demon rushed to take aim with his new weapon, making the chair leg glow with a red vibe as he added magic to it. With it finally fuelled with enough magic, Exitium could let it float near his head, before pointing at Onrah. In a blink of an eye, the stick was flying forward, before being stuck through Onrah's chest. Exitium let out a cackling laugh, looking around as some people began to realize the situation, women screaming out to alert the entire room what was going on. The Demon God looked around, "Now this is a Demon's kind of occasion, look at the rats run..." Exitium exclaimed with a chuckle. He glanced to Itami for her blessing, but didn't wait for it before feeling the need to go further. Firstly, he wanted to pull the little traitor off of his kill, and with a flick of Exitium's finger he did just that. He created a force explosion between Chester and Onrah, sending the Demon flying left, and the Human pest going right.

Itami ignored all the pathetic humans around her, and instead finally rose from her seat as to find Exitium, it was time for her plan to be put in motion, regardless on if her silly little 'sister' attempted to stop her plans. Of course Itami now knew all about her little secret, and when looking into it, she became even angrier when she discovered it wasn't just Chester betraying them, but possibly her closest companion Rurushu. It made Itami feel even more joy over what she was about to do. Turning slightly, Itami smiled a sickly sweet smile when Exitium found her and gave him a slight bow. "Why thank you my king, you look rather... Ravishing yourself, though your usual attire is much more lovely." Turning once more, Itami watched Onrah and Chester across the room, oh how Itami had plans of revenge for her 'sister' once she caught her. Chuckling as Exitium began the mascaraed, a sinister cackle that assured pure chaos, Itami smiled to Exitium, watching the pasts run around screaming for help, ready to let him have his fun. "Do as you please. But allow me to deliver the final blow... I shall find the other. Oh and keep Chester around and alive, I have plans for the little traitor." Bowing once more, Itami took off to find Akvan, laughing to herself when she heard the explosion behind her... But did not worry if they did not capture him right now, he would soon coming running back..

Blood spewed from Onrah's mouth as he lost all feeling in his legs, Chester was there, but that was precisely the problem right now. Through all the pain, all Onrah could think of was that he should have told Chester to leave. Because she had betrayed her own family as well tonight, and that put the girl in danger. The Demon could hardly focus on anything, Chester's scream, along with the cries of others in the Ball were all muffled. Senses were giving up, and his already poor eyesight was betraying him. But despite that, Onrah could only care about if his friends were safe. His dying ears hadn't picked up Akvan or Gensho approaching yet, but he knew those stubborn two would never leave with the fleeing Nobles without first looking for Onrah. Onrah tried speaking, but the impaled stick broke his voice into a mess of wheezing, and more blood.
But he tried to make out words to Chester, to demand that she run away, before one of Exitium's invisible walls hit him hard in the side. Onrah went crashing into the wall connected to the staircase, hearing the delicate glass banister smash as he hit the wall. Onrah pushed himself onto his back, holding any desperate cries of pain behind a simplified shudder. He had to make sure Chester hadn't been hurt by the blast. She had been sent in a luckier direction, rolling along the floor rather than hitting a wall. Onrah was prepared for what was going to happen to him, but he refused to be killed yet, until he was certain everyone was safe. So, the Demon face went pale as he placed a hand on the stick poking through his chest, trying to force it out of himself.

Exitium smiled to Itami as the Queen took her leave. Of course, as much as Exitium wanted to Chester to his kill list, he knew her betrayal meant more to Itami than it did to him. So Exitium would spare her, but that didn't mean he couldn't have a little fun. With her disappearance, Exitium returned his red gaze to his two toys. Bemused, Exitium listened to the lush sound of a subdued whimper from Onrah as the pathetic Demon tried to remove his current problem from his stomach. Exitium took his time to stroll over to the collapsed Demon, glancing to Chester's current state before leaning closer in. "My my, you do seem to be having a problem there... mind if I help?" Exitium asked with a smile, before knocking Onrah's weak hand out of the way to press down on the impaled stick. Exitium moved it around, listening to the succulent sound of blood squelching in the gaps between wound and stick. The Demon laughed, tossing his head back with a smile before returning with a hand over Onrah's forearm. His hand glowed red, and like a firework, Onrah's arm exploded.
Exitium chuckled, looking into the sorry Demon's good eye. "I hope this gives you a glimpse of what a real Demon's power should be like. You've been a plague on our race Onrah, and without you to slowly kill off any pure Demons left, I'll be able to give life back to our mighty race." Exitium looked over his shoulder, forcing Onrah's head to look in the same direction. "Scum like her and her race are also destroying our beautiful world, they're all pests. And you know what should happen to pests?" The Demon God lifted a hand, making sure to aim just above Chester, and finally sent a fire explosion at her. It burnt into flesh, but enough to only bring massive pain, and nothing fatal. Exitium cackled through the cries of pain, from both of his toys. Exitium looked back to Onrah. "This is how I'll make sure all of you filth die. You, Chester, Gensho.... that pathetic king, Mo... and just think," Exitium moved close to Onrah's ear so the dying man could hear, "when we're finished with Akvan, when we've sucked out as much of his power as we need, and destroyed his entire being, I'm going to do to him what I'm doing to you. Sound like a good deal?"

Onrah couldn't even feel his arm, so trying to use it to remove the stick was without hope. But he couldn't just sit and die anymore. His plans for simply giving into his fate and letting Exitium and Itami have their way was gone now. Whilst he still embraced his death, he refused to let these two toy with anyone else. For a split second, Onrah was fuelled by pure will, managing to move the stick slightly before Exitium towered over him. He'd never liked the Demon, despite once considering to help the younger Demon God once or twice. When he'd heard about Exitium's foster father's manipulation of the boy, Onrah had been tempted to help. But he knew Exitium was a soul no longer curable, today would prove that. Onrah was prepared to try his hardest to make sure Exitium got the least joy out of torturing him tonight, but as he felt the Demon move to his arm, and then suddenly loosing feeling in his hand as his forearm was destroyed, Onrah couldn't help the cry of pain. Whatever voice he could muster was used to express his pain, leaving him heaving for a breath that wasn't there to find anymore.
Slowly drooping down, Onrah couldn't even control his head's movement as Exitium forced him to watch as Chester was hurt. He struggled to look away, but forced his gaze up to Exitium's when the Demon drew a list of all he wished to kill. Onrah gritted his teeth, he couldn't die thinking that everyone he loved would be killed by this despicable Demon God. So he used all the force he could muster to raise his one arm up, commanding his Death Magic. He managed to summon Exitium's gold thread, but didn't have the power to cut it, no one on this earth would. All Onrah could do with the gold thread was pull it, causing a shock-wave to travel along it, stunning the God of Destruction. Onrah held his breath, and all the pain from his next manoeuvre deep down. He got up, barely, and looked around the emptying room. He noticed Akvan and Gensho straight away, and was glad he'd chosen now to get up. They weren't far away, the pair of them confused as others ran, with Itami staying out of their sight, as if hunting them down. But as soon as Onrah had appeared, eyes turned to him, and widened. Onrah wheezed, barely able to focus on the two brothers. He wanted desperately for his eyesight to be clear, so he could look at them one last time, but Onrah knew he didn't have the time to think selfishly. As he heard Akvan's muffled cry out to him, Onrah winced, sending his arm upwards, glowing with shadow magic. The green skull he'd sent away earlier came rocketing down, winding Akvan as it hit his chest, and then dragged him through the air and away. Gensho was next, who was raised by the arm as his skull came to life from a bracelet, dragging him into the air and to safety. Onrah heard the faint crash of glass as the skulls made their escape through the windows of the balcony of the second floor, and barely lifted a smile. He sensed another skull, looking to the ground. Nanari was here somewhere, no doubt she was resisting all urge to help right now. Onrah looked around, before seeing the pink glow. He couldn't find the energy to talk, but in his mind, Onrah thanked the Human, before urging her pink skull the shepherd her out of the building with the others.
Onrah could feel himself about to fall again, coughing up blood as his body rejected the use of magic. But one more person had to be saved. Onrah looked to Chester, smiling sadly to the girl as he could help but feel guilty for her current state, lifting his hand to command her red skull to take her away.

Itami stood and watched as Akvan and Gensho were removed from the scene, she would now have to rely on Rurushu to capture the prize, but never mind if not, Itami still had plan B in her grasp. Heading over, Itami summoned Wrath, sending her Sin over to stab Onrah through his working shoulder as to postpone his magic, her attention was on Chester right now. Standing above Chester, Itami gave a sickly grin before kicking the girl in the side and summoning two of her sins, Envy and Pride to hold her in place before Itami broke her leg, making sure she could not escape. Laughing in glee as she heard her scream in pain, knowing it would be a sound she could never get enough of. "Im going to make you suffer Chester... And im going to enjoy every minute of it." Turning towards Onrah and Exitium, Itami brought her sins back, saving her magic before heading over to the suffering Onrah. "Exitium love, nice work, he looks positively drained." Stepping onto Onrah's living arm, Itami smiled. "I always wondered how much power you truly possessed, and soon I will find out first hand, and guess who the lucky victim is who gets to experience it... Oh yes, my little traitor over here, and then your pathetic brother." Turning towards Exitium, Itami smiled. "Love, mind draining our toy of his powers?"

Exitium honestly hadn't expected Onrah to fight back with such force. He'd expected a limp attempt to push Exitium away or something, but to use his magic in his state was suicidal. The Demon guessed that Onrah didn't have enough time to be worrying about damaging himself by his magic. Exitium fell to the floor as Onrah rose up to do something, leaving the Demon stuck staring at a wall, fury growing inside of him. How dare a toy make a fool out of him, Exitium lay stunned, hands shaking for a release soon. The Demon was released from his stun finally, able to turn over to watch a sin charge into Onrah, knocking the fool to the ground, where he belonged. The Demon scum shrivelled in pain as Itami said her piece, and Exitium was able to smile again through his embarrassment of being tricked by a dying Demon. Onrah struggled, and surprised both as he managed to say something. "Leave.... her.. alone." He managed to say, coughing up another round of blood, "I-it's.. me you... want." And then the Demon God went silent again, not even moving now. Exitium smiled to Itami, "Of course, my dear." Exitium said, picking the dying Demon up with un-natural strength, first smashing him through the food table, and then against the wall. Exitium frowned as it looked like Onrah's eye wouldn't open. He chuckled, before ripping the stick out of Onrah's chest, finally making the Demon wake up in pain. "Can't have you falling asleep yet Onrah, you'll miss the best bit." Exitium explained with a grin, before shoving his hand deep into the wound. The cries from Onrah made a beautiful soundtrack as Exitium absorbed all of his energy from his embedded hand. Eventually, the God of Death had no energy left to cry out anymore, and Exitium was able to pull out the blood red crystal he'd created without a sound response. Onrah was dropped to sit amongst the filth of food once on the collapsed table, and Exitium strolled over to Itami. He tossed the crystal up and down. For once, Exitium glanced to Itami with a little concern, "Are you ready my love?" He asked carefully. Without much else thought, Exitium made sure to be careful. He hovered one hand over Itami's chest, and then made his next move quickly. Slowly, using his magic, Exitium drilled away a hole in the flesh of Itami's chest, face still and concentrated. Once the hole was deep enough, the crystal was inserted like the finishing piece to a puzzle. Exitium was quick to rip a piece of his shirt off to cover the wound quickly, considering he hated his current outfit. But Exitium stood with breath held for a moment, putting pressure on Itami's wound and keeping a supportive hold of her. "How do you feel, my Queen?"

Itami smiled and watched in glee before strolling over to Chester and grabbing her by the hair, making her watch what was happening to Onrah. "You helped to cause this, so watch real closely." Itami made sure to keep a strong hold on her hair, while watching in plain joy over the pain she could see twisting on the Ex God of Death's face. Once the show was over, Itami made sure to slam Chester's head into the ground before facing Exitium and smiling. "I was born ready." Itami knew what the pain would be by adding the crystal into her body, but the end result would be worth it, and she would enjoy every minute of it. She wished she could admit that she made no sound, but a pained whimper did escape her lips when the crystal was added, but it hurt less then she anticipated. Giving herself a few moments to get use to the pain, Itami smiled and pulled Exitium in for a quick kiss, it only felt fitting to do. "I feel incredible... In fact, I know exactly how to finish off our dear toy." Heading over to Onrah, Itami looked down upon him, smiling at his state. "Your end is here, I shall rid you of this pain, but know it is not over for all. I will make sure all you knew suffer painful deaths." Using her magic... Her new magic, Itami summoned Onrah's golden string and held it out for the other to see. "How about I end you, using the very same magic you just lost..." And with that, Itami twisted the string around her fingers, and began to pull apart the string until it snapped, making sure the end result was as painful as possible. Smirking, Itami turned back towards Exitium and Chester, knowing exactly what needed to happen now. "Exitium love, I must ask for you assistance once more. I believe Rurushu was working along side Chester, I have seen signs but do not know of the truth, please find him and offer out punishment if necessary. As for Chester..." Walking over, Itami picked Chester up by the hair and made sure the other was standing. "I have plans for you, so you are going to walk, and you are going to lure out Akvan... Im going to make sure you suffer for betraying us." And with that, Itami said her goodbye to Exitium for now, and dragged Chester out of the building, leaving the mess for others to find. She had some torture of her own to get to.

Onrah was basically lifeless already. All of his effort was put into making sure others were safe. But as he was attacked by one of Itami's sins, and collapsed to the ground, all he could think of was how he'd failed to help Chester. Onrah couldn't bare to hear her in pain, shuddering not from his own suffering, but from hearing hers instead. For once, he was glad his senses were breaking down, and that soon he'd not be able to hear or see anymore suffering. Onrah couldn't do anything as Exitium came back into play, forcing him towards the wall, and then pulling out the wooden chair leg. But replacing it with his hand did get a good response. Onrah felt bad that the last of any energy he had left was used to release the pain welling up from inside. It had been an energy that Onrah had once planned to use to help others, make the world better. But with it diminished by the use of nothing but a pain-ridden cry, Onrah felt like he'd wasted it away. Feeling his magic be extracted was worse than any pain. Whilst it didn't physically hurt, Onrah knew what this meant for everyone else. With the powers he'd been given to guard and protect, Onrah had hoped to be there to watch over and help create a world of peace. But now, he'd given it into the hands of something evil, worst of all... it felt as if he'd let Mo down, by losing the honoured duty Mo had once given him.
Onrah slipped down the wall, not wanting to watch how exactly one placed a crystal into someone else. Instead, he looked to Chester. He couldn't express how he felt through words, or through even expression anymore. All Onrah could do was stare at her, emotionless, only able to show a look of pain. Chester would have it worse than Onrah, he knew that, and worst of all, she wouldn't be killed by it. It would be pain beyond imagination, and not even ended in the peace of Death. Because Onrah was dying, and he no longer had the power to grant her a peaceful death. That was Itami's power now, and it all made Onrah want to die of guilt. He took a long, last breath, hoping to the Sun Goddess that Chester could somehow read his mind, and find a way to forgive him. And then his head dropped to the side, glancing at what remained of the food. Onrah could remember how it tasted, every detail and how happy it made him feel. In his mind, he gave thanks for the amazing food. And then, to the sky, Onrah gave thanks for the second life, he'd been given, whilst it had been short, it had also been kind of sweet.
Itami spoke to him again, and to make sure Onrah didn't die thinking of the suffering of his loved ones, instead he held onto hope. The hope that above all, the two Demons he'd grown up with, taught well and had many numerous laughs with, would be able to survive through this. And in the end, make a world of peace where no one had to tragically fall like Itami or Exitium. No one had to give up the ability to love and replace it with hate. So finally, as Itami raised the beautiful golden string of Onrah life, he could ignore any pain she felt like concluding his life with, as he knew his end would lead to a new beginning for his brother. And hopefully... eventually for the whole world too. At the eventual snap of his string, Onrah put all force into a lasting smile, before giving into the end of a beautiful life he'd been blessed with reliving.
