Well this was a rare day in Minato. Onrah was in this town enough times to know everything that went on, and predict almost every day. But it wasn't often he found Exorcists in a town that almost worshiped Demons. And it was even less often that said exorcists would recognize who Onrah was, even with his wings and tail hidden. The Demon hopped across the wooden pole in the docks of Minato that usually anchored boats. Behind him, the roar and clash of metal and angry men was like a wave. Onrah glanced back with his one eye, almost smiling at the mass of angry, sweaty men struggling not to fall off the thin dock walkways. When he had the chance, Onrah looked back, almost giving himself a headache as he read the language of dead above every exorcist's head. The God of Death huffed, saluting the men quickly. "Sorry friends, I'm afraid I can't offer any of you my services today, so if you'd please all leave in a calm and orderly manner..." Onrah stopped talking when he noticed a man creep around to the side. It was too late to dodge, so Onrah could only make sure the Silver Spear pierced a minor part of his body. Skewered through his shoulder, Onrah feel back into a small boat, bobbing up and down in the water as his held his shoulder.
Death kept calm, not matter what a pain in the ass this situation was. He carefully lifted himself, pulling the poisonous Silver spear out before it could burn his skin, and tossing the weapon into the waters. His one eyes glared at the spear-thrower. "A little rude, and it makes me feel a little less bad about what's gonna happen to you next." Onrah called, reading the dead words above the man's head, and waiting. With a crash, a large black dragon landed on the docks, grabbing the exorcist in it's jaws before flinging him into the ocean like an pesky bug. Onrah winced at the sight, but pulled out a golden string to cut off the poor man's life before he felt anymore pain. Any exorcist like him would be welcome in Aura, so Onrah smiled at the sudden respite. Shu growled, scaring away half of the exorcists, and causing another few to fall into the water in surprise. Onrah smiled quickly to his friend, getting up carefully as to not make his wound worse. The black dragon barely gave notice to the many terrified witnesses and dockworkers, only lowering his snout to Onrah's level. "Thanks, I know this will probably cost me a lot, but thanks anyway." Shu seemed to shrug his massive shoulders, before turning to deal with the remaining, brave hearted exorcists.

Nanari wasn't sure if she should be scared or excited today. As it wasn't a regular occurrence to find Exorcists around Minato, so either a strong evil Demon was about that needed taking care of because they didn't spare anyone, and created unnecessary chaos or death. Or they were just looking to kill as one would... If it was the latter she could finally be able to meet a Demon. If she was lucky and they were kind, she could possibly finally be able to find her brother. She had known for a while he would not be born as a Angel, the things he did were far too great for that. But if he was a Demon, she was sure another would know. "Your an idiot sometimes Nari. If they saw you following them... I hate to think what would happen." "I don't plan on being seen." She was grateful for Tulus's worry, but this may be the only chance she got. Many of the Demons and Angels hid themselves when in Sohul, and she was unable to work out the signs of who was who. Nanari had been following them for most of the day, along the way completing odd jobs that needed doing. But finally they began to chase one, keeping a safe distance Nanari watched the fight, she couldn't help but wince when the Demon was stabbed, and she had to revert her eyes when the man was taken by the dragon. She was grateful that she needed to restock on some medical herbs, as she would be able to treat his wound quite easily, if he so allowed her to... And if Demon wounds could be treated in the same fashion as a Humans. "Tulus mind heading back home quickly and grabbing me some of my medical supplies... I have the herbs needed..." "Don't do anything reckless Nari... You know that Demons aren't always as nice as they seem..." She watched briefly as he flew off, knowing he would be the shortest amount of time possible, before averting her eyes from the exorcists... She had seen too much harm and death already, and she would not witness anymore if she could so help it.

Onrah sighed, arm resting over his injury as Shu growled at the Exorcists. The God of Death turned around soon enough to reread the dead words above them. The Demon got up quickly, waving his arms to get Shu's attention. The dark dragon seemed to huffed, rolling his eyes as he was called away from starting the fun. Shu moved his snout down to Onrah's level again. "Yeah, we can't kill them... they're not meant to die today, not by us anyway." Shu grumbled, large eyes wondering what his stupid master could possible want him to do if he couldn't kill them. "I am Dragon of Death." Shu stated in his low voice. Onrah patted the violent dragon, "I know, and I'm the God of Death, so my word is final." Onrah replied, smiling as he gave the dragon the order. The shadowy dragon threw a small tantrum, before finally sighing, beating his massive wings to leave, feeling his job is done and master is satisfied. Onrah watched the beast leave, silently thanking his reluctant friend for the help. Shu was a temperamental dragon, who with his own way would lay waste to all around him. It was why Onrah decided to make a contract with the Dragon of Death. With him in command of the relationship, Onrah could make sure Shu only ended the life of those who needed it, and not massacre everyone in sight. Squeezing his blood soaked shoulder as it tingled in pain, Onrah slowly moved onto the docks from the boat, facing the remaining Demon hunters. They looked braver now, as if they had the upper hand over this injured Demon. Onrah gave them a friendly smile, taking his time to talk to the angry men. "This fight's over guys, leave whenever you're ready." "Like we would let you leave, despicable Demon!" One of them scoffed. Onrah chuckled, pushing his free hand into his pocket. He pulled out five golden string, each one attaching itself to each exorcists neck the instant it was revealed. All of the exorcists dropped their weapons to whimper and scratch at the magic string around their necks.
Onrah glared at them, acting all powerful as he looked down on the Humans. "I wasn't giving you a choice, leave now." Onrah commanded, snaking his finger around the golden strings as if about to cut them. The men all nodded, and Onrah put the strings back in his pocket. As soon as they were out of sight, the golden strings disappeared. The exorcists stroked their necks, breathing heavily before high tailing it away, stumbling across the docks as they fled. Smiling, Onrah felt the relief to know that his fake threat had worked. Putting his arm back over the wound, Onrah shuffled back towards town, hoping no exorcists felt cunning enough to try again.

Nanari now knew that this was one of the nicer Demons, the fact he spared their lives rather then take them... It was pleasant to say the least. Taking a quick, half jog-half walk, over to the injured Demon, Nanari was quick to look over his wound before even making introductions. She knew from experience that this sort of wound needed healing as soon a possible, and she wished not to waste time working out the extent of the damage, so she could get straight to work. "Don't you dare move, it'll make things worse." Pealing away the cut clothing from the Demons shoulder, Nanari inspected the damage, attempting to cause as little pain as possible... It was a deep cut, and blood flowed freely, seemingly never ending. She was luck to have sent Tulus to grab her supplies, because leaving the Demon like this much longer would cause serious damage. "Im Nanari by the way, I hope you don't mind my help, because you aren't leaving my sight until I've done something to stop the bleeding. My friend is currently getting me some supplies, that's a nasty wound after all." Pulling him over to a nearby wall, Nanari set about picking the right herbs for the medicine. One almost liquid for drinking to stop the pain, and another more cream like, to add over the wound to help the healing. Though she was still unsure if Human medicine would help a Demon, she figured something was better then nothing.

Onrah began licking his hand, rubbing the saliva into the wound. It stung, but Demon spit was good at warding off infections. It would funny for Onrah to be killed by an infection in the cut, since that would mean the one person in the world he wanted to protect beyond anything would be the death of him. Akvan wouldn't feel good either about infection Onrah. But Demons were naturally strong against diseases, since even their saliva was protecting. Before the Demon could continue, a Woman appeared before his shoulder, inspecting the damage as Onrah could only stop and watch her. Onrah lifted the hand on his good arm, standing firm as he smiled. Chuckling, Onrah could only watch as the random human decided to help him. Odd, Onrah had expected company was he walked away from the fight, but more of the violent kind. This was a nice difference. The Demon winced as the bloodied clothing was pulled out of the wound, but he was still a silent and still patient. "Thank you Nanari, I'm Onrah. Demon God of Death and grateful patient to such a lovely lady." Onrah replied, giving Nanari a friendly smile, his words probably influenced by the time spent recently with his fabulous little brother Gensho. He slumped to the ground once against the wall, shuffling his legs to get comfy as he watched his doctor work. He eyed the liquids, wondering if a Demon stomach could handle things meant for Humans. There had been a time when Onrah and Gensho had gone around tasting Human foods and other consumables. It had been a learning curve. Some things were delectable, others were worse than any hangover each Demon had ever faced. Medicines were tricky to predict the effect of, but Onrah wasn't shy on learning new things.

Nanari worked quickly, and soon after settling Onrah down, Tulus turned up "Here we are Nari." Taking the bag off of Tulus, Nanari began to mix the liquids for the pain relief. This was pretty simple, as all she needed to do was empty the vials and swish around the content. Once that was done, she handed over the concoction to Onrah. "This is to help with the pain. Im not sure it will work on a Demon though, so if you feel ill afterwards let me know and I apologise in advance. Oh and it tastes vile, just so you know." While he stomached that she got to work crushing and mixing herbs to create the cream. Tulus was busy getting out the bandages needed to cover the wound. Once the mixture was done, she realised that she needed full access to the wound. "Do you? Do you mind removing the top half of your clothing? I need to be able to get to the wound easier. Let.. Let me know if you need the help because of your wound." She couldn't help the slight blush that adorned her cheeks as she averted her eyes, though it would be in vain, whenever she was helping people that required the same question, she always had the same reaction. She was too innocent for her own good.

Onrah carefully took the little vial of liquid, sniffing the top. It didn't smell like anything he'd tried before, so he couldn't compare it. But Onrah trusted this Human woman, she didn't seem the bad type or kind to hand him poison. Tipping it back, Onrah swallowed the contents whole, only getting a spike of the flavor as it went down. Onrah pulled a little face, before handing back the vial with a little smile. He didn't feel any immediate affects, or anything worse than before. Nanari seemed so professional, Onrah admired her work in silence. "So, do you treat Demons often?" He asked, wondering how often a Human treated a spiritual creature like him. The Demon nodded at her request, lifting his shirt off carefully, though wincing as his shoulder shook with pain. Sighing, Onrah slowly put the jacket and undershirt to the side, continuing to watch Nanari work.

She almost forgot that he asked a question as she worked. Cleaning the blood and smoothing cream as gently as she could over the wound now it was accessible, Nanari got lost in her work. It was easier to concentrate if she didn't acknowledge the world around her, unless it was her patient in pain. "Nari.." "Oh sorry. You actually happen to be the first Demon I have treated, being the reason why im not certain if the Human medicine will help... I mean I hope it does, but I cannot be sure." Managing to shut herself up before going into another talkative mode... There would be time for that later. Nanari placed a pad over Onrah's wound and began to bandage it into place in a hope to reduce the bleeding. He would probably need to head back into Dranar for a proper Demon treatment. But for now she hoped it would be enough to stop the Demon from bleeding out. "There we go, all done. It should be enough until you are able to get more professional treatment on Demon wounds. My knowledge only goes as far as Human problems after all. But hey.. You okay? It was a pretty nasty stab you had..."

Onrah chuckled as the air hung heavy with his unanswered question. Nanari seemed busy, so the Demon was happy to sit idle until she could form a response in her own time. Onrah closed his eye, trying to relax through the stinging in his arm. Silver weapons, they stun like hell and left an awful taste on the tongue. Naturally effective against Demons too because high enough quantities of silver in the blood was toxic. Nodding, Onrah appreciated the woman's efforts, seeing as she'd no experience on treating Demons. "Well the only thing I know helps is strong acid. Demon stomachs are like steel, but use silver weapons on us and it poisons the system," Onrah smiled peacefully despite his statement, "A good gulp of acid helps break down the silver." Onrah could see that Nanari looked the type to be interesting in learning more, and the talkative God was all for helping out in mending relationships between races, one Human at at time. Onrah shuffled himself higher, slowly putting his clothes back on without disturbing the patched wound. "Thank you, for coming to help me even after seeing that little show." The God replied, offering Nanari a friendly hand shake. "And I'm fine, being God of Death means I'm a prime target for Exorcists to bully, but it's not much trouble. I mean, you saw my awesome dragon right?"

Nanari stored the information in the back of her mind, though she would not be able to get a hold of such a strong acid, at least she knew the most effective way to help a Demon out... And perhaps help them to get to such a medicine. "I'll make sure to not have any silver around if im treating a Demon in the future then. Any other tricks for helping you can think of, I wish to be the most effective when helping in the possible future." She gave him a huge smile, he seemed nice, even for what he controlled. Returning the hand shake, Nanari couldn't help but feel pleased that she could help him. "Oh anytime. I honestly believe the Exorcists deserved what they got. Going around just killing a Demon? Its wrong. Your dragon was awesome, little scary. What's their name?" "It was so big.." Nanari was a little scared of the dragon, it was a dragon after all. But that didn't effect the thoughts of it being awesome, even if she would stay clear of one no matter who she was with. As for Tulus, well he was hiding behind Nanari...

Onrah pushed his head back to think. "Well, our wings aren't natural, their made of dark magic, which means only using magic can heal them if we got them torn or something." Onrah began. He'd personally never damaged his wings beyond them becoming useless, since Onrah walked around a lot, he never really used them much anyway. Onrah scratched his chin, "Oh, Demon saliva wards off infections, which makes Demons immune to a lot of illnesses. Our wounds don't heal normally, a cut almost burns itself back together again, meaning you should never put your hand over a Demon wound, or you'll end up with a burnt hand... Demon eyes are weird, they act as anti-magic devices, which was why my eyes almost melted when I first got my magic. There used to be a funny little Human story that was if you wore a Demon eye on say a neckless, it made you immune to magic. Which is stupid because a Demon eye only works when it's actually attached to a Demon, all people would be doing is wear a piece of meat around their neck for no reason." Onrah stopped to let the information sink in. He wasn't one to keep secrets about his race. In Onrah's opinion, the only way to form better relationships was to put all of the cards on the table, and not hide things away from a race that clearly didn't like being left in the dark. "His name is Shu, a darkness dragon that titled himself 'the Dragon of Death'. It's a silly name really, since he should know I more than anyone can see past the lie in the name. He's a grumpy dragon, but powerful and ancient. We have a deal that if he does what I tell him to when I need it, I allow him to continue living with his silly title, since it seems to make the more gullible dragons give him respect." Onrah always thought it was funny how Dragon hierarchy worked. They gained respect from their fellow lizards depending on what title they hold, or what sort of powerful Demon they have a contract with. Onrah grinned, closing his eye. "He's a funny one, but I'm glad I have his services." Onrah turned to look at the cute little cat behind Nanari. "What about our little friend here?" Onrah asked, smiling politely to Tulus.

Nanari listened with wide eyes, it was all so fascinating to her, learning about another race. She took in all the information word for word, and began to visualise possible future scenarios so that if they ever did come true, she would know how to help. "I've heard that story before with some of my patients. I try to tell them it doesn't work as well, considering a few of the exorcists I've helped in the past believed the same thing... And ended up with magical wounds. That, and I think they wore them as a prize... Which is positively sick in my opinion. But im sworn to help all those I can, so I cant really refuse to help them, no matter how badly I want to." Nanari couldn't count the amount of times an Exorcist tried to take her out of the belief all races are equal, she refuses to budge on the issue though, and for good reason. She chuckled slightly at the description of Shu, it made the dragon seem a little less scary in her opinion. When Onrah mentioned to Tulus, she smiled at him and brought Tulus to cuddle. "This is Tulus, my best friend. He was just a kitten when we met, and had lost four of his lives already. But I keep him safe when I took him in myself." "Yeah, Nari is my bestie too... She even promised to help all cats that need it, not many would do such a thing, as we discovered when nobody would adopt me at first." Nanari just smiled and laughed. When she first found and treated him, she was quick to take Tulus in when discovering he had nowhere else to go, and those she asked to help refused straight out. She was glad that they didn't want him, she had an excuse to keep him all for herself. And back then she promised him if they ever found another cat in the same situation as himself then she would take them in straight away. Though they have yet to find any, she keeps an eye out.

Onrah smiled politely, it was nice to know Nanari viewed the myth in a similar way, a way hopefully most Humans viewed it. But Onrah being Onrah knew some of the Humans that believed in the reasons behind hunting Demons were only doing so to try and justify what they did. The Demon shrugged. "Rumors tend to expand further than they should, nothing we can do about it. But thank you Nanari, people like you are the hope that I have that something might change between our races one day." Onrah responded, smiling. The powerful Demon turned soft when Tulus showed himself, waving a hand like communicating to a baby Human. Onrah smiled. "Cats are better than dragons any day, right Tulus? Don't tell Shu." Onrah stated, winking to the cat. Onrah chuckled, leaning back on the wall. "Cats aren't common around Demons, they prefer Angelic company to Demons." Onrah said. The God of Death rubbed his eye. "Well I don't find many unfortunately, but make sure to let your kitty friends know that Onrah doesn't mind their company during his job, it would make life interesting."

Nanari turned a light shade of red and smiled brightly at the compliment. She herself hoped that one day all three races truly could live in harmony, without having people try to kill the others. She never knew why they did such things in the first place. She couldn't help but chuckle when Onrah spoke to Tulus, he was far too sweet. "Of course I wont, and even if dragons are scary, they can be pretty cool too. And I will do whenever I find any, im sure I could convince some to even stay with you whenever your around!" Nanari scratched behind Tulus's ear and smiled at hearing him purr, he was being so sweet today. "Im sure we can find you some kitty friends, if not im sure Tulus wont mind keeping you company whenever you need it.. That's the same with me too of course, your welcome to find me anytime." She gave him a bright smile and began to get up. "Im sure this ground is quite uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. Would you like to come to mine instead? We can have tea."

Onrah smiled, nodding to the kind pair. "Why thank you, I'm busy all of the time, and having exorcists up my back makes it hard to find good friends around here." Onrah slowly got to his feet, towering over the smaller Human. Onrah patted Nanari's head softly, "But I think my friend list has enough room in it for you two, congratulations!" The Demon cheered, giggling in his usual happy manner. He dug a hand into his pocket, pulling out a couple of little skulls. A tight grasp, and Onrah used his magic to make one skull blue and the other pink. "A gift for all of my friends, just something I like to give them to protect them. Oh, they're not real skulls, just stones I carved." Onrah stated, handing the blue one to Tulus and the pink one to Nanari. The Demon smiled, "And I'd love a cup of tea."
The God followed behind his new friends for a short while, rather quite as he sensed something approach. The three were being stalked, poorly, since Onrah could sense the exorcists a mile away. Onrah placed a hand gently on Nanari's side when the men appeared from a cut-through in front. Four men, the same men that ran away from before. Only one was missing, perhaps tailing from behind. Onrah smiled to the four men. "Hello friends, nice to-" "Cut the crap Demon, and let the lady go." One of the men commanded. Onrah scratched his head, looking from Nanari to the exorcist thugs. "Uhhhh..." Onrah droned, seeing where the exorcists had gone wrong. Another of them eyed Nanari. "You, lady. You better not be helping this Demon, he's scum, creating death wherever he goes, he even killed my brother." Onrah coughed, still smiling through the dangerous situation. "Actually my Dragon killed your brother, I just made sure his soul could get to Aura." He wasn't helping the situation, as the four men pulled out weapons or readied their magic. Onrah sighed, he'd just got his shoulder patched, and like he predicted, violence seemed to follow him still. Onrah stood in front of his new friends, smiling back to Nanari like they were being confronted by harmless children and not weapon-wielding exorcists.
