Chester wiped away the tears and smiled instead. She knew Akvan didn't much like to act as a Demon, she even said he seemed more like an Angel to her... With his kindness and pure heart that he showed her. She began to think about where she could take him to watch the best sunrise he has ever seen, though she had no idea herself... Maybe just dragging him around in Sora when she went to find him would be best, find a rooftop in sight of the sun... Yeah, that's what she would do. "Im planning on finding him the second I have a moment free and means to travel to Sora... I shall make sure to keep him around for a sunrise. As for the whole Angel thing.. We spoke about that, I cant see him as a Demon, he has too pure and kind a heart for him to even remotely be one... But as I told him, the heart is what defies who we are, not the titles, not what we are." Chester couldn't keep the grin from her face when thinking about that day, it was a memory etched onto her brain for all eternity. "I just want him to be happy. He was terrified at first to show me he was a Demon, but I already knew... I didn't care that he was, but I saw the fear that I was going to hate him. It wasn't long into meeting him, but it still broke my heart knowing that other humans probably were the cause."

Leaving the sunrise for Chester seemed best. She wasn't nocturnal like Gensho, so the Night Demon didn't really know where to find a good sunrise. She seemed the type to know, and want to go to the best spot, so Gensho knew he could trust Chester with that. Gensho stretched his wings behind his back. "Well if you require a lift there, I'm always around at night." Gensho offered, smiling to Chester. "Akvan isn't a Demon like me or Onrah. He doesn't even partake in our wild parties or crazy nature. He is, as you put it, pure and kind. Whilst I know many Demons with kind hearts, like dear Onrah for example, but none seemed to have that vibe that Akvan does. If a heart can define you, then he is as pure as the sun." Gensho replied, looking up at the moon and stars. Gensho smiled, knowing Akvan hated others knowing he was a Demon. The first few times Akvan had been chased away by Humans or Exorcists, it had taken days of coaching to get him out again. And now Akvan hated it even when Gensho or Onrah mentioned his name in public, they tried to stick to calling him 'little brother' unless alone. It was such a tragic thing, but Gensho didn't want to break his twin any further, and so kept to Akvan's rule against his name. "Words are what can really break Akvan. It's like he's climbing a ladder in life. Every compliment or positive thought brings him one step higher, but only one foul experience can cause Akvan to fall to rock-bottom, and that always ends in a personality flip." Gensho hoped Akvan had at least mentioned Shinda before, but the God of Night still thought it was necessary to throw in caution. "A request, dear Chester. If he does fall, stay away from him. Although it might be Shinda's actions, Akvan tends to feel the blame for them. And something else, we speak light-heartedly about Akvan's good nature, but I think there is something more to it. You see, I once requested to know Akvan's past life from Mo, to try and find an example to help Akvan with. But our father refused, asking I didn't look too deep into such matters. The fact that he has two, opposite personalities is something to arose curiosity. So please, Chester, if you notice anything... weird about Akvan, let me or Onrah know."

Chester just smiled when Gensho agreed with how she viewed things, it was pleasant to know she wasn't the only one with such thoughts. "Then your little brother is as pure as the sun. And I will wholeheartedly make sure he knows that." Chester listened intensely when Gensho explained how a word could bring Akvan down to the bottom, if that was true then Itami already had basically won over Akvan, she knew how cruel the witch could be... But that wasn't something she would dwell on just yet. Eyes widened at his request, that was not something she could agree to, no way. "Im... Sorry Gensho, but I wont be able to stay away, I have heard Akvan speak of this other personality, and I know he hates the things he does when Shinda has taken over... I promised myself then and there that I would help him during that time if im around... I would help get Akvan back, and comfort him over whatever Shinda did... So I cannot stay away." Chester was herself curious as to why he had this split personality, and that curiosity rose over the fact even the great Mo refused to speak of such things, there was obviously more to this... And she should probably keep a distance during this time, but she would not, not when Akvan needed her. "I promise to let either of you know if I notice anything... But I refuse to stay away from him during that time, if there is even a slight chance I can help him, I will."

It was both hard and good to hear Chester refuse the offer. Gensho knew what great trouble it could bring, but he couldn't force Chester to do something she wished not to do. But Gensho also felt the need to make sure Chester really understood the request. He pulled off one glove to reveal a small scar across his hand, small holes in the shape of a bite-mark. "Shinda's gift to me. Whilst it wasn't much, Akvan felt terrible for it. I understand your reason for wanting to help him, I do the same, and end up with only a few cuts or bites. We will help him, or at least try. But my issue is, that if he kills us, then who will be around to help the real Akvan?" Gensho replied, kicking his feet back and forth. Gensho nodded, smiling a little. "Thank you, and be safe. I love Akvan, he's my brother and best friend, I may spend the night partying, but I spend the day looking for a cure for him."

Chester thought it over, Gensho had a point, but at the same time she couldn't help but still stick with her own views. She knew that while they try to help when Shinda was out... Akvan was still underneath, wanting control to stop him... And she wanted, no, needed to help him. "I... Understand, but at the same time.. He told me he hates when Shinda is out, what he does... Im fearful of Shinda because of what he told me... But I know Akvan is underneath, wanting free... I couldn't just turn my back on that, even if it cost me my life. Every encounter with Shinda, may mean a smaller chance of Akvan being able to snap back..." Though Chester never met the split personality... And didn't wish to, she had heard the stories... The Demon that Itami wished she could control, but was afraid of herself... And because of this, Chester was fearful that one day Shinda may finally take over. "No need to be thankful, I would have done so even if I never met you. You too, yano? I care for Akvan more then I have for anyone else, so im going to do all in my power to help with whatever you need."

Gensho chewed on his bottom lip. So she was still out to save Akvan, from himself. It would be hard, since the poor Demon was constantly harassed throughout his life. There seemed very little light in Akvan's life to use to help him, and Gensho was so much better at dealing in the dark than in the light. The God nodded his thanks when Chester agreed to help by keeping a watch on Akvan during his more unusual moments. "Thank you my dear. Any spark in Akvan, and I'll be ready to help encourage it into a roaring flame. He has a strong heart, and I think my race needs someone like that." Gensho ended with a smile. Indeed, the Demon race honestly didn't deserve Akvan, and yet Gensho's silly brother just couldn't see it like that. One day he'd learn, and the God of Night hoped he, along with everyone Akvan cared for, would be there to bare witness to a free Akvan. Gensho sighed, tugging his hat on as he got up. "Well, I hate to say but my time is up here, I'm afraid plans call me elsewhere. But I'll be sure to fly around Sora for awhile, make sure to give you and Akvan a tremendous night sky before the sunrise." Gensho wasn't really a busy Demon like his God brothers. But he found things to do, pranking his twin brother being at the top of that list. Bowing before Chester once more, Gensho smiled his thanks, before taking off towards the higher skies to make sure tonight's dark sky was brought down properly.
