Nanari looked over and gave a love filled smile, unable to stop it. "I'm not going to deny it." She wouldn't, because it was true, she loved every moment with Percy and would love every moment here on out. No matter what. She was already making a note to do what she could now he was willing to accept this as help the middle ground to what both wanted. It would b easy enough getting the warmer space for him, the noise another matter, but she was sure she could do so, the guars already feared her, even if it was a closer cell to the main door so that the noise of the other prisoners crept through. Nanari gave Percy a look though as he mentioned the extent of his powers, she still did not fear it. Sure he could do that, but he wouldn't, because that wasn't Percy. "I know. But you wouldn't use them in that way. That's why people shouldn't fear your magic. Some in this world use them to their own gain, to cause havoc and distress onto people for the sake of their own power. They use them in that way because they can. But you, you don't use them in fights unless you must because your life is in danger, you wouldn't use them to cause someone harm just because. Some powers like yours, people would die, and kill to have, just because they could use it." True, from what she has head about some, like Emeri, and others in the past. Percy wasn't like them. Looking to Percy and realising how close they were as he spoke, she was sure he could see and feel her cheeks heat up in a blush as he kissed her knuckles before letting their hands drop once more. "What ever for?"

Percy couldn't be like Nanari. She... didn't seem to deny her affections for him, as she soon claimed. Percy couldn't however, he couldn't admit how good it felt to be around her. Life already hurt, it was already trying to draw the boy away from Nanari's company, he couldn't let himself give in knowing things wouldn't be as good as he assumed they would. It was hard, but then again, everything seemed difficult for Percy. He was glad she seemed to reach an understanding, that this was where Percy belonged, and his unwillingness to accept otherwise. And if anyone could convince the mediocre wardens of this place to give Percy some standard rights of living, it was Nanari.
"But I did use them in that way. Sure, the collateral wasn't my intention, but killing Peter, destroying his existence, that had been my intention." Percy admitted. He couldn't remember even now, the split second of anger, followed by the blissful relief of seeing Peter dissolve into nothing but dust. It had been pleasurable, for a second, and that made Percy sick to his stomach, to think he could enjoy something like that. He sighed in frustration towards himself, before opening his eyes. Looking to Nanari's face- which was incredibly close now- and seeing it beam red. He smiled slightly, "For..." Percy fumbled with his words, not really sure what to say, "For... being so annoying."

Nanari made sure Percy was looking right into her eyes before she spoke about Peter, wanting to make one thing clear. "You did not use them just because. You used them because Peter was going to torture you, use you... After you saved a girl from him who he was going to abuse in the worst of ways. He deserved what you did to him, because who knows who else he has done something to. Destroying Peter was the best thing to do, was the right thing to do." And it was, because after hearing what happened, if Percy didn't, she would have, and that was a truth she didn't even want to unveil. Biting her lip as she waited for Percy to explain, Nanari sat in silence for a moment before he head rolled back and she let out a bellowing laugh before sticking her head to lean between the bars and as close as she could get it to Percy, huge smile on her face. "Well, I most certainly try to be. Besides, you would miss it without me, and life would become so boring, heaven knows how my life would be without you in it."

It was hard looking straight into Nanari's eyes. Because there, Percy could feel a flush to his cheeks, just staring at her, wondering what the name was for the shade of purple in her eyes. He almost couldn't concentrate, but, their conversation was too important to block out. He blinked, before averting his gaze. "He was, and he did. But... to enjoy killing him? I never thought I could enjoy taking a life, but I had. It doesn't matter how horrible a man he was, taking Peter's life shouldn't have brought as much joy as it did." Percy explained. He could go on with having a conflicting view to Nanari forever, but in truth, he wanted to hear her believe in him, try to make him sound like less of a horror. It was warming, if hard to believe. Nanari's sudden outburst of laughter made Percy stunned for a moment, before he chuckled along, smiling properly when she tried to wriggle as far through the bars as she could. "Well... I don't know about missing it. But you do make life a little less, grey, I suppose." Percy replied, daring to lift his free hand, brush it through a strand of Nanari's hair that hung close to him now. He thought, just then. That, if there was any reason to want to leave this prison, it wouldn't be for his parents, or to get away from his fears, it would be for Nanari, to be able to at the very least, hug her again. Because perhaps this cell seemed so cold because it was far from the warmth that Percy had grown to feel from Nanari. For now, Percy just appreciated the sound of her heartbeat, keeping away the horrid silence of this place. Quietly, Percy sighed, "I can't keep you here forever, Nanari. And it's only a matter of time before the wardens grow a pair and come in to get you.. but, thanks for coming here... I might act like I don't believe a word you tell me, but, it's still nice to hear."

Nanari gave a look to Percy before sighing. "Maybe feeling joy for taking the life is a terrible thing, one that yes can be something worthy of all this. But I understand why you felt that, and again, its not like you had no reason for doing what you did... There's far worse criminals out there who do this for fun and enjoy every moment of it, and they go after innocent people who haven't done a damn thing." Most were in this prison block as she spoke, and she didn't hate Percy for feeling joy in that, she was going to feel joy in beating up Angus later, and really who was the worst one of them here? Glad to hear Percy laugh, even with all this, Nanari couldn't help but carry on smiling as her cheeks went red again as he moved her hair, incredibly aware of how close their faces were, she really needed to control that. "And you add the tone to my life that makes everything a bit more real." Things did seem like that, having Percy in her life, and she hoped that never changed. Smiling softly to Percy though at his words, Nanari knew she wasn't going anywhere until they did come in and drag her off. "I would stay forever if I could, for now I'll stay until I'm physically dragged out, and even then it will be kicking and screaming... And its no problem, like I said, I'll be back every moment I can be, in better lodging next time. And I know, I'm still waiting for the day you believe me..."

Percy was certain his parents enjoyed hurting others. They'd done it a long time, live a dark life. They respected that Percy wasn't like them, but, perhaps he wasn't so different. Perhaps, he felt joy from being destructive like they did. Percy thought back to the scene, the buildings crumbled to the ground, the screams of horror, and he blinked and shook his head. No, Peter might have been a fun to kill, but those people hadn't been. Their death and destruction just made Percy sick of himself. He sighed rather aggressively, trying to forget about the whole thing for now, just... enjoy his friends company. And he smirked, amused, when Nanari's face turned red once more, and spoke about him. "Ugh, such sickly angelic poems." Percy muttered, still smiling though, "You and your words, miss Nanari." He added with a long exhale, finally giving her some space, twisting around to look back over his empty, grey cell. "Alright," Percy said, hand still tucked into hers, "Stay." He mumbled simply, eyes finding themselves looking out to the little flicker of light coming from his window. Slowly, his eyes closed, taking a deep breath, calming down to a point where he'd happily fall asleep for once, hand tightly holding onto Nanari's so he was reassured that she wouldn't leave. "You and me both." He muttered even quieter, words just falling from his mouth along with a sigh, before the boy went silent, content in resting and just knowing someone was close, even if cold bars stood between them now.
