Emeri needed people to fight on her side, when it came to it, she knew she could wipe out the races alone, but it was easier said then down, as she couldn't tell them the real reason she needed them on her side. But she needed to gain loyalty now, so that when the time comes, they will believe every rotten lie she comes up with to why they are in yet another war. She decided to start with the clans, the Aeris clan already on her side, Kaze having taken that role early on into the ruling, and she had plans on how to contact the one known as Aisu from the forgotten and lost Nix Clan... She just needed someone willing to go and fetch both him and his master, the latter playing an important part in her plans, and the offer of redemption and revenge should do the trick on his recruitment and return. For now, she was focusing on the Iwa Clan, powerful in their own right, and ones she knew could be a match when working together against her own magic, not that they could do anything in the first place. But it was how to convince them that was the problem, she couldn't offer what she usually would, but, she knew where to start, and she could easily come up with the rest later. Following behind a few members as to meet their leader, Emeri kept an eye on all the faces, memorising each for future reference. "Iwa Clan, how do you all fair? I hope things haven't been too difficult following the war, and if so, how may I be of assistance? I cannot let you suffer any more then you have already." Draw them in, offer what they need, and then pounce, it was enough for now.

A few years back, Mizetto would have never thought himself to be in the Iwa clan. Known for their hatred of Demons. And yet, here he was, united with a family of his past. Mizetto had to admit, being here was nice, but how he got here he only wished he could take back. He'd lost Ari, Clue, and parts of himself. It had been a harsh journey to find this place he stood now, but at least he'd survived it. And had some lessons learnt from it all, the pain he'd experienced, seeing Ari's sacrifice and losing Clue, it all made the Demon think a little more. The only way Mizetto thought he could repay Maraz for all his brother's hospitality was to work, and with his new strength, Mizetto was a good helper. He'd proven to the clan that his Earth magic was very strong, by constructing two new arms from the stone they'd given him. They worked just like normal limbs, and gave Mizetto a huge boost in strength, enough to help around in heavy lifting, of the things that weren't earth. So things were going well, any in the clan who were suspicious of the Demon, and his two daughters, soon had their distrust put to rest. Terra and Glacie were doing alright, they were as good as they could be, considering the circumstances. They spent time between Mizetto here, and their grandfather. Takeo wasn't really appreciated here. Iwa seemed to be about blood related family, anyone who was considered 'family', but who wasn't actually related, didn't seem to get their approval as much. It made Mizetto worry if Ari would be accepted her when she woke up. If she woke up. Mizetto dropped one of the loads he'd carried, new wooden logs for the set of houses being rebuilt, sighing heavily. Maraz followed, dropping his one wooden log next to the four Mizetto had carried. "Hah, gettin' tired Mizetto?" Maraz asked, between heavy breaths. Mizetto smiled a little, "Nah, you just have a spring in your step, for an old man." The Demon replied, grinning to the loud laughter of Maraz, a man Mizetto had learnt wasn't too shy of banter. They both stopped to look over to a sudden announcement. A group was approaching, and with them was the new Queen of Humanity. Maraz seemed more interested then Mizetto, but even the Demon was curious as to why the new Queen wanted to visit. She called out to them all, and slowly a crowd began to form. Maraz's smile was still present, but his posture became serious, that of a leader as he stepped up to reply to her highness. "We fair well. The war never caused my clan much trouble. After our enslavement, the Iwa clan has remained on the side lines of many of the conflicts. We only assisted partly with the Saints, as a favour to a friend, which included giving them supplies an' a few of our able sons." Maraz explained, gesturing out to the village. "But, it was because of the war that rebuildin' our clan has taken so long. Even so many years after that... bastard Demon King was defeated, our clan has still not recovered to it's original, impressive power." Mizetto looked out across the many broken homes, still to be rebuilt. Exitium's rule really did a number on this place, using them all as slaves, a method Mizetto himself knew quite well. Maraz bowed his head, "We would humbly accept her majesty's help, if she really wanted to give it to us. Although we can happily rebuild ourself, I'm sure we'd all love to see our Queen's strength, such a thing is pretty well respected around here."

Exitium's rule, something Emeri relished in hearing about, oh how she bowed down to the power and rule he held, the things he did. Of course, this was all behind a mask, and she would never admit such a thing, but she did spend a few years of her travels looking to where he hid to recover, finding him far off, all she needed was an able body to talk to him, one she could trust with such an important task. The Iwa Clan was not it, not with how they spoke of him, but she could use him to up her 'popularity' how she despised his work. "Well, with such strong and able people here, I cannot see how I can help to rebuild but by offering my own person as a helper, my magic is strong, but so small compared to your combined prowess, and give any supplies you may need in the mean time. However, I can offer a way to begin earning that power lost back." It was perfect really, offering them the chance to earn it once more by being warriors of 'peace' to the new era, the world will see how great and powerful the Iwa Clan is, and Emeri gets her warriors for when the time comes. "I need peace warriors, strong, able men and woman to help with this new era... I was hoping the Iwa Clan would like to be part of that." The offer was on the table, and she was one step closer to everything she has worked for.

Maraz bowed his head a little. He was willing to accept any amount of help, or none at all. Just presenting herself here before his clan made the leader grateful to the Queen. Her majesty and her counterpart, the King, were welcomed people, they were said to bring an aura of hope with them wherever they went. Mizetto remembered Maraz explaining that to him once, all the Demon did was huff quietly to himself. Sure, she had a powerful aura about her, but Mizetto wouldn't exactly call it overflowing with hope and kindness. But he didn't have a word here, he was a member by Maraz's sponsorship, talking on behalf of the Iwa clan belonged to Maraz alone. That was what Mizetto assumed was the hierarchy here, until his brother chuckled as Emeri stated her 'offer'. Then Maraz backed up a bit, slapping Mizetto on the back. "Well if it's strong warriors you're lookin' for, then my brother here is more than capable. He's seen two lifetimes of bein' an Earth magic user, an' is one of, if not the best of Iwa." Maraz stated, there were murmurs from behind, but as Mizetto listened, they were all mutterings of agreement. Mizetto chuckled awkwardly, before pulling his brother back for a whispered conversation. "So what this joke then, Maraz? Offerin' me to help her?" Mizetto asked, Maraz grinned, "Well, you amongst other strong members, I thought you'd be on board with this." Maraz replied, before seeing the lack of realisation on his brother's face, and sighing. "She's a very powerful woman, who could probably repay you for your service however you wanted. You help her, an' in return, ask her help in savin' a certain lady in your life, get me?" Maraz explained, and Mizetto's eyes widened for a moment, before nodding. Maraz slapped his back again, before turning to face Emeri once more. "It's settled! Whilst I and the more passive of my children continue to rebuild, your highness will have the assistance of Iwa, in the form of it's strongest warriors. My brother has agreed to be a peace warrior, in the name of Emeri." Maraz turned to the crowd of other Iwa's. "Does anyone pledge their strength to her highness as well?" He asked, and Mizetto turned to see a few hands go up. He then showed a smile, looking over to Emeri and bowing his head, "I look forward to helpin' yah into this new era, I've seen enough of the old one to want to make a better, new one."

Emeri concealed a smirk, it was far too easy convincing these people to do her bidden in the name of peace, though she could see some hesitancy in a few. But for the most part, she had their help, and it was simple from here on out, everything was coming together nicely. She kept quite while they spoke amongst themselves, ears picking up something interesting she could use against one member. This lady needing help... What better way to receive utter loyalty then to promise she would be helped. And listening as more and more joined brought a smile to her face. Turning to the one who spoke, Mizetto, Emeri gave him a smile and a slight bow to show he 'respect'. "It should be I thanking you. I cannot bring a new era without the help of the people I want to give it to, so I thank all of you dearly for your acceptance into this beginning. And there is no need for such a pledge, I only wish for your help if you wish to give it, I will not make the mistake of the bastard king did to your people by making it seem as if your enslaved, you are free now, and I ask for help as a friend, not as your ruler." Emeri made sure to sound sincere with her words, make them really begin to believe her and wish to help out, because the stronger the bond now, the stronger it will be in the future, when everything has come to pass, and it was all too easy to gain. Her only real concern being nothing but a curious little girl who people wouldn't listen to anyways.

Mizetto would admit he wouldn't put all his trust in the Queen. Not many got the Demon's trust, only family, but he'd serve her. It would give Mizetto something to do, and perhaps... if they really did make a new ear, and a good one, then his girls might just be proud of Mizetto. Instead of holding him, albeit silently, to blame for their mother's state. Mizetto nodded his head, and Maraz put a hand on his brother's shoulder, nodding as well. His eyes hinted at a pain of what the past had done to the Iwa clan, how they'd never let such a thing happen again. And if Emeri was promising it wouldn't happen again, then Maraz was giving her his trust. "Then you got it little miss, the Iwa clan will finally be able to do what our founders wanted us to do, make a great era, for Humanity, an' for all." Maraz replied, smiling to Mizetto before walking away, confronting a few members who had questions for their leader, about this new development. It left Mizetto with Emeri for a moment, and for a moment he just watched her silently. "My brother's got a good family here. I would've died if it wasn't for him." Mizetto explained, "My power is yours to guide, so long as I think it's bein' used for the right reasons. I don't have many friends... or any, only a very close family, that I want to make a good future for. So long as we're goin' to make that, consider me an ally. An' it's Mizetto, by the way. The last time I help a ruler, he enslaved me an' almost forced me to crush Sohul under Dranar, so sorry if I ain't so trustin' to begin with." Mizetto replied, giving Emeri a slight smirk, before seeing their business done here, and begin moving off to find work.
