It always seemed the same for Jasper's life. When things were going so well, there was always some sort of evil hiding around. Lurking, and waiting to strike home. But speaking of home, the Temple was almost fully restored. Gardens were alive once more, operational as Marzzi's training grounds for any new recruits. All the rooms had been cleaned out, arranged for their purposes. Jasper's personal quarters felt like the best he'd ever owned. Spacious, but so much that the leader felt like the empty space needed filling with someone or something. The others were happy, they'd all reported so, and so Jasper felt like so far, it had been a job well done. Recruitment was their main task now, and whilst in some areas that was going well, the recent attacks on the world changed things. People were concentrating more on surviving then joining a cause right now. No one in the Saints had been attacked, but those they knew and cared about outside the group had been. And none of the Humans liked it. These killing nightmares had evil in them, and evil lay in the hearts of the sky races, the causes, no doubt, of this evil event.
Jasper had been researching night after night on the nightmares, but as far as their aptitude for learning magic went, Humans had a long way to go before they could understand or read it like Angels and Demons could. But Jasper would try, as far as he knew, there were no others trying to stop these nightmares. Jasper paced the Temple, just wishing they'd finish the planned library sooner, then he could spend his time up there, looking into ancient books and research on nightmare magic. He felt like he knew more than any other Human, considering his curse magic and it's complexity, but it frustrated Jazz that he still couldn't wrap his head around this evil magic. He almost bumped into Marzzi, who was just coming back to the Temple with a face that wanted to kill, since the leader became too busy looking at the approaching figure. He couldn't tell who they were, but they were a stranger, and Jasper could sense a vibe from the woman that he instinctively didn't like.

It was easy to find where these Saints were hiding out, as Yume took a moment to look at the old Temple, and 'plan' what she was going to say, because all knew talking wasn't her strong suit. But she didn't mind, if anyone else came here, they would be too nice to convince humans to help out the other races, or they would flat out refuse to another of their kind, so it had to be her, someone not afraid to get her hands dirty with this. Smirking slightly, Yume kicked down the door, the echo of it filling the temple, as she stormed through the corridor to find someone, preferably the leader Jasper, as she discovered it to be, a kid who had one too many nightmares about a curse magic of his. Catching the eyes of two standing a little away, Yume took a breath and stalked towards them, knowing already that at first a fight was probably going to break out. The Saints were created to take down Angels and Demons, and one just merrily stormed her way into their 'secret' hideout, so she was fully prepared for anything to come her way, hand lighting ready to set anyone who dared come near on fire. She never spoke as she stood in place in front of the two. raising an eyebrow beckoning them over, if she could show she wouldn't kill them when the chance came, they may just have the brains to listen in a somewhat pleasant conversation about helping with this Mitasu problem.

Marzzi felt like hell. Of course he wasn't sleeping right now, just worrying about the other idiots around here was enough for the Saint to take more than enough night shifts, to pace around the Temple and listen out for disturbances. He wanted to just destroy this damn nightmare thing going around, what it was doing to the people Marzzi cared for. He wasn't as scared, like most Saints Marzzi was just waiting for a chance to strike. But for his two apprentices hired from Hino, and other kids, the fear of nightmares was the worst. Marzzi had gone with the plan that if kids saw the gorilla Saint going around guarding places, then they'd rest easier. Children were sleeping, but that just meant more of them were getting killed in nightmares. So Marzzi felt like hell for everything going on. He didn't want to be mad at Jasper, but the big guy relied on the clever leader for advice, for anything to do that might help stop the nightmares. So he marched around the corridors, not glaring directly at Jasper, but enough for the captain to know Marzzi wasn't pleased right now. And for all the things to happen when Marzzi was this rotten, an intruder had to appear behind Marzzi as well. Marzzi stopped and turned to face her, already glaring unpleasantly. He sniffed the air a little, it was hard to tell with their damn disguises, but this woman had an aura that felt an awful lot like an Angels. Which almost amused Marzzi, to think one would waltz right into the most dangerous place for their kind and taunt the ones who wanted them dead. Marzzi chuckled harshly, "Where the fuck do you think you are?" He called over, before marching his way up close. "You stink, Angel, and this isn't the kind of company that likes that disgusting stench." Marzzi added, before bringing one the many guns stashed under his coat, holding it close to the Angel's head, and very tempted just to fire if not for the slight curiosity over why she was even here.

Smirking slightly, Yume quickly knocked the gun from the others hand, bending his arm around his back and keeping him in place. Snarling in the others ear, Yume tightened her grip. "You should take a sniff of yourself Human, because your no better." Tightening her grip a little more, Yume made sure to show him she wouldn't just take a beating, and was willing to fight back if need be before pushing Marzzi away. Yume made a show of letting her magic dissolve from her hand, showing she wasn't to use it... Not just yet anyways, before walking to the other, calmer human and holding out her hand, Yume would be formal with this, if only for the start of the conversation. "I'm Yume, Guardian of Dreams... I have news on the nightmares... Because I know you guys are just as determined to stop them as the others I know." She wasn't going to beat around the bush, nor was she going to allow this conversation to take too long, the only reason she was here was because she knew they would likely put up a fight, otherwise, she could care less about being here for long. "But the question is, are you going to listen? Or will I have to drag you along?"

Whilst Jasper wasn't about to storm over to the woman like Marzzi, he didn't give her the friendliest look. As for Marzzi, the glare he'd had a minute ago told Jazz that his friend wasn't going to go easy in an intruder, but in the end, it seemed like the intruder was the one in charge here, easily disarming the highly skilled gorilla and pinning his arm around his back. Jasper placed a hand over his sword, a serious glare embedded into this Angel woman, until she let Marzzi go just like that. Jasper frowned, allowing himself to relax slightly, if she had a reason to kill, then she would have taken out the biggest target while she had him locked and under her control. So since Marzzi was spared, then perhaps this Angel wasn't here for a killing spree. Jasper's hand loosened on his sword, and the young adult stood more upright. With a neutral expression, Jasper watched the woman walk over to him, eyeing up her extended hand and making no attempt to grab it. Enemy or not, Jasper didn't plan on burning anyone with his curse during what should be a friendly exchange. The Human glanced to Marzzi, who was still on the very edge over this whole situation, before his ears picked an interest to this, Yume's, news. She came to talk about the nightmares, and possibly a way the Saints could be involved. If she was lying, well, then she came here without much of a goal. But if the truth left her lips, then Jasper was certainly going to listen. The leader folded his arms across his chest lightly, "Well then, Yume, Guardian of Dreams. I'm Jasper, and this smelly Human here is Marzzi. You've made it clear you have no reason to kill us, or at least try, and so in exchange we will listen, and not kill you afterwards."

Yume smirked as Jasper refused to take her hand, and Yume knew why, his nightmares alone said as much. Looking to him, Yume gestured to her hand. "I know why you wont shake it. I set fire to enough to be use to burns though..." Yume kept her hand out for him, hoping he would be willing to give it a chance. Nodding to Jasper, Yume gestured over to Marzzi, though Jasper was willing to listen, the other may not, and Yume didn't want to have to explain while fending off an angry Human. "You wont be able to kill me even if you tried. But I have no intention on killing anyone, I'm here to explain things and leave, nothing more, nothing less." Taking a breath, Yume crossed her arms before looking to the others. "The Mun Clan has a plan to find Mitasu, but we need more help from strong individuals to go into the dream world. We are asking you, and this is the only way these nightmares can be put a stop to. The Mun Clan is filled with Angels and Demons, alongside Humans, you are not to touch them, nor will they go after you, they are willing to comply with any conditions you may have..." Yume didn't know what more to say, not without explaining the entire plan once more.

Rage was clearly getting the best of Marzzi today, the Angel knocked his gun away and put him in an arm lock far too easily. In his defence, this woman was a lot tougher than she looked. Marzzi growled, trying to pull himself loose of the woman's grip until it began to hurt. The filth tried talking into Marzzi's ear, and in return Marzzi tried and missed to hit her with his thick skull. "Fuck off, Angel bitch." He spat, before the woman did something interesting. She let go of Marzzi, allowing the big guy to turn around on the alert, keeping his eyes fixed on this Yume as he backed up towards Jasper. As much as Marzzi wanted to kill her now, Yume had something to say that perked Jasper's interest. And as pissed off as Marzzi was right now, he wouldn't step in yet, unless he could tell the smaller leader was getting into too much danger in his curiosities. The beastly Human rose a brow, seeing Yume's gesture towards him, and grinning to it. Such a confident little Angel, sure she had one over him earlier, but Marzzi learnt from his mistakes, and hadn't even used his magic yet. If it came to that, then this Angel woman would truly be buried into the ground. Marzzi huffed, folding his own arms together. "Then hurry up and explain, Angel." He grunted, finding his own interest being dragged along by Yume, considering it was about the nightmares. Marzzi could admit that he'd want in on killing the nightmare murderer, and knew that if strong individuals were needed, then Yume came to the best. But if the Saints were to help, helping along with a bunch of Angels, Demons, and Angel and Demon loving Humans, then there would certainly be conditions. Marzzi huffed once more, "Keeping us in the same place as the Mun clan? Risky business, can't say I won't get tempted to spill some Angel or Demon blood. Jasper, I'm all in to help, since you know how I feel about these nightmares, but I don't want to be anywhere near those freaks. So my condition is to have a separate room for all Saints helping, got it?" Marzzi replied, relaxing his arms down. "And these nightmares better be a challenge, Angel, or else you'll be wasting my time, and I don't like it when my time's wasted."

Hino was quick to make it to the Temple when someone came rushing over on his walk there exclaiming about a problem with an Angel. It surprised him slightly that an Angel knew where they were, but figured it was due to being in an old Temple, which then lead to him wondering why one was willing to walk into a place where Humans were trying to kill their race. Hearing the Angel speak about the nightmares, Hino hovered back a second to get his head wrapped around what was happening before snorting at Marzzi's reply and stepping in to show himself. Hino wasn't one to fully hate the other races, so wouldn't be cruel to their guest, nor cause unnecessary problems for her, he trusted that she was here to help as well, even if Marzzi didn't think so. "This Angel has stormed into our safe haven Marzzi, I give her points for guts in doing that." Nodding over to the Angel, Hino looked to the other two before sighing and returning his gaze to Yume. "Excuse Marzzi, as you should know, were not a fan of Angels and Demons in here, or those willingly associated with them. I agree though, a separate room should be fine, alongside one of us guarding the door, with one of your Humans, I don't see why we need other conditions really." Looking to Jasper for confirmation, Hino basically told him that he was willing to help, these nightmares bringing too much horror and fear to people for them to refuse over bad blood, and Hino wanted to make sure the kids in the orphanage could finally get some sleep again.

The leader continued to eye Yume's hand. He'd burnt people before with their consent, but he still didn't like it. Though, if Yume knew what would happen, then Jazz could live with the moment of guilt. "A cursed burn is no ordinary burn, but... I'd impressed with the consideration." Jasper replied, before slowly moving his hand to Yume's. If a handshake was all it was, then Jasper could attempt to humour the Angel. He only touched her hand for a second before letting go, flinching back at the hiss he heard coming from his cursed palms. Taking a deep breath, Jasper tried to forget about it, hoping Yume was happy with the gesture now, however quick it was. Jasper respected Yume's desire to only speak, and nodded his head in approval, glancing to Marzzi as he shifted around uncomfortably. He was an aggressive guy, but well trained to only attack when ordered to, or when he couldn't hold it back anymore, so Jasper let the big guy be for now. Jasper was silent as the others spoke, his eyes closed as he thought long and hard about their options. Marzzi was right to have such a condition, and his comments seemed valid enough. And what Yume was after was the Saints help, be it along side Angels and Demons, they'd have to answer. The group was strong, and they'd be the winning pieces for this game Yume was presenting them with, and by helping, the Saints would be the ones to save the Human race from this current terror. There was no way Jasper could refuse. He finally got his head wrapped around the situation, enough to open his eyes, smiling to Hino as he entered the picture. "Then we're in agreement, the Saints will help fight this Mitasu, if it brings an end to the nightmares. However, this doesn't mean we've allied with your kind, or the Demons. We are simply working together towards a mutual goal, nothing more. As for the one guarding, I will do so. I wouldn't feel comfortable being inside a dream whilst all of this is going on, and I doubt with my cursed body, it will be easy work anyway to get me into this dream world either. I will guard in a separate room from everyone else, with a Human that I feel I can trust to remain respectful of the situation." Jasper announced, smiling to his friends slightly, before looking to Yume. "With the conditions set, and in return for our help, just tell us when we start."

Yume turned her gaze on Marzzi, smirking slightly. "Damn right I'm a Bitch..." Before looking back to Jasper as he spoke, and moved his hand, she was glad he took the chance, and though it stung a little that split second of the handshake, it wasn't even close to what she's had to endure before. Letting her hand drop, Yume looked behind as another appeared to give his opinion after Marzzi's. Nodding slightly to the conditions, Yume believed it would be so much more then that, so it was a surprised they asked for so little. Smirking slightly though, as Jasper explained how they wouldn't be allies, Yume gave a laugh. "Haha. I didn't expect you to be allies, only need your help for this. Once done, you can go back into trying to kill us all you like, I don't care, its not like I will be sticking around, I'm going straight back to my solitude away from all life." Nodding slightly, Yume understood where he was coming from, with having to keep an eye on Kyuban's as well as the others, Yume didn't think she could help out his curse magic either in the dream. So it would probably be best he stayed behind. "Okay, there are plenty of Humans in the Clan, I'm certain you will find one you can trust. I considered this already, and one named Nanari should be your best bet, according to the others. She loves the other races, but will remain respectful with your dislike of them." Yume had made sure to be prepared with what she could say when coming here, knowing exactly how big of conditions the Clan would allow, and any other aspects involved, such as a common ground between everyone when around. Giving a look to them all, Yume hardened her gaze. "Were planning on tomorrow night to begin, because who knows how long it will take. I suggest you all get some rest so your prepared, I'm happy to watch over the sleep to make sure no attacks happen in the night."

Marzzi glanced to the small fry, almost smiling to Hino. Then his frown came back, along with another frustrated huff, "The more guts, the easier the target is to take down, that's how I feel." Marzzi grumbled. He didn't like being excused, any insults towards Yume were on purpose, Marzzi didn't care how annoyed it made her, it would only bring more joy later on when any kind of interactions happened on the battlefield. Marzzi was happy with his condition, along with Hino's, but he didn't say anything, looking at Jasper as he seemed in deep concentration over this. What went on in that mind of his. Jasper was by all appearances a teenager, but he had the mind of a leader twice his age, and twice as wise as anyone else around. Marzzi could admire that in the kid, along with brute and awesome strength even the gorilla couldn't match. Marzzi listened in, and finally smiled properly. "Heh, well put boss. This doesn't change anything, only give us a chance to show the world what Humans can really do." Marzzi replied, a smirk on his face. He pressed his thumb into his chest, "With Jazz guarding us, I ain't got anything to worry about then, I'll be there. And I don't need your protection bitch, if there's an attack in the night, then just a chance to defeat these nightmares before anyone else." Marzzi stated, giving Yume a final glare before going to turn around. He patted Jasper and Hino's shoulder, before beginning to move off. "I'm gonna go prepare myself, there won't be any need to hold back in this dream place after all."

Hino scoffed and gave a look to Marzzi. "If more guts means easier the target, you might want to throw away some of your own confidence and guts..." Smiling slightly in amusement, Hino made sure that his words set in Marzzi's head before turning back to the matter at hand, nodding slightly at Jasper. It seemed simple enough, Jazz looking over the two, though Hino doubted that the other races would try anything, because though he had his reasons for hating them, he knew they could be respected with this sort of ordeal, if only because many lives were on the line, yet he wouldn't mention that out loud, he guessed Jazz knew as much, and Marzzi would just cause problems. Laughing slightly as Marzzi walked away, Hino turned his attention to the other two. "I have no reason not to help, its not like I really care who it is involved, as long as this problem is taken care off, too many are dying." Being the truth really, and he was sure some others might feel the same way, even if its only a little. Hino doubted that is Marzzi got the nightmare tonight he would be able to fend for himself, its not how they had worked so far, but he should have expected as much. "I guess I will go and get prepared as well, and let Ashi know I may not be back to the orphanage for a few days. And Angel, I wont need the help with sleep, I'm sure there are others who need it more then me." Waving to the two, Hino headed off, he suspected it would be a busy few days.
