Notes: The girls are currently 3, since Nephalems age quickly, they appear around 7.
Nights would normally be peaceful in the house. The girls were finally understanding what a good night's sleep was, and it was only when Terra decided to wander around for no reason that Mizetto or Ari found themselves waking up. Zuura had told them that Nephalem's grew up to maturity quicker, but the Demon had never expected it to be this quick. By one year old, the Glacie and Terra were already talking and waddling around. At three, they could have normal-ish conversations, cause even more trouble as they ran around. The only thing to gain from the intelligent little nightmares was the fact that when they were tired, they actually remained asleep, no crying in the middle of the night. But even with that said, Mizetto felt like he hadn't got enough sleep in ages. Because he refused to sleep properly, with the news on midnight murders growing ever more apparent everywhere. Someone out there wanted to watch the world burn, killing random people in the middle of the night with no proof left behind other than cut up and attacked bodies. No one knew who this murderer was, or how they were going about. What made Mizetto so nervous, was the fact that they seemed to have no specific target. From the elderly, to the rich, to the young and most vulnerable. Mizetto was glad they had Clue in the girl's room to look after them at all times, but even that didn't allow the Demon to sleep through any subtle noises during the night.
Just as it was getting later than late, and Mizetto had found himself caught into sleep for once, there was a very distinct scream. A young scream, and it shot Mizetto right awake. He looked to Ari, and then to the door to the girls room. Clue was already barking like made, and the screams didn't stop. So Mizetto took no hesitation to run right into the room to face whatever was going on. The room, apart from the girls and Clue, was empty. The window was fine, and nothing had been stirred. Nothing except Terra. The golden haired girl was crying very loudly, clutching onto her left eye. Even in the dark, Mizetto could see the streak of blood coming out from around her hand. "Terra! What's wrong?" Mizetto started saying in panic, by the girls bed immediately, he looked to Glacie. She'd been woken up by the commotion, and seemed terrified but unharmed. Mizetto wanted to see what was causing the blood, trying to carefully move Terra's hand. He only got a glimpse, but it didn't look good. "Clue, what the hell happened?" Mizetto asked back to the Wolvine. Clue was whimpering. "Nothing... it was all silent, no noise, or new smell. All of a sudden, Terra woke up and was hurt." Clue explained. Terra wouldn't stop crying, and she had a good reason to not stop, and right now, Mizetto was at a real lose what to do. It was so sudden.

Note: NPC for Takeo and Okashi in this.
Ari hadn't had a proper nights rest in weeks, from worrying that her babies were growing too fast, to the night time murderer who left not a single trace. She faked sleep most of the time nowadays, laying away and just listening all night, only Okashi had figured that out so far, Ari being too good at hiding her exhaustion, besides the naps at the table in the morning. So far, there was nothing, and even with Clue in the room watching them, it wasn't enough, Ari knew Mizetto wasn't sleeping properly either, and that just added to her worry, so things weren't looking good. What made things even worse then that was the constant worry that one of her family would get attacked while they were sleeping, and not being able to do a single things about it, which was the exact case when Ari heard the scream, and shared a panic filled look with Mizetto for a second, following him behind close enough for her to trip over him, Ari fell to the floor between both her daughters, listening to what Clue had to say... It being exactly what she feared. Giving a quick glance to Terra, and then to Glacie, Ari felt the motherly instinct to cradle both in her arms, especially when she saw briefly the state Terra was in. But she had Mizetto for now, and she could tell Glacie was in hysterics and panic over her sister. Cuddling Glacie close, Ari kissed the top of her head, "stay calm okay, can you be strong for mummy?" feeling the slight nod, Ari moved over to Terra, and placed a hand on her daughters shoulder, letting her know she was there. "Mummy and Daddy are here baby girl..." Shaking Ari looked to the door as her fathers entered the room. "What happened?" She watched as her fathers eyes grew, and filled with anger at the sight of Terra, before Okashi, always the calm rational one, calmed him down, "not to worry about just yet, lets go get help..." Dragging Takeo out the room, Ari couldn't have been more grateful to her fathers. "Mizetto, what should we do?" Ari was at a loss right now, wanting to help her injured daughter, and take care of her other who was in near hysterics.

Mizetto looked at Clue for a bit. He wasn't mad at his friend, but Clue looked ashamed in himself. The one job the Wolvine had, look after the girls, but it looked like Clue had failed that. The Demon wanted to reassure his friend that it wasn't his fault, but Terra really needed the most comfort right now. Mizetto didn't know the first thing about healing or looking over a wound. So he didn't know if he should make Terra remove her hand from digging into her wounded eye, or let her keep it there. But what made him decide was the blood still dribbling down through the gaps between her fingers. So Mizetto did the one thing he knew how to do, Mizetto began chewing on nothing, and ripped a piece of his sleeve off. Spitting out the saliva he'd built up onto the material, Mizetto carefully lifted it Terra's face. "It's alright, here... look. We'll put this over it, make it all better." Mizetto suggested to Terra, who'd lost her voice already, only able to continue whimpering. It felt like Mizetto had to prize Terra's hand from her eye to get the wet cloth to it, and once removed, the Demon didn't want to have a second look at what state the eye was in. Swallowing as he managed to get the cloth over the wound, which Terra took a hold of as well to try and force the pain away, Mizetto used his free hand to make sure the poor girl was comfortable in every other way. "There, now we've just got to be very brave, and wait for help." Mizetto said to Terra, though he directed it to Ari as well, sharing a glance to her. "D...dream l-lady." Terra muttered through her softer cries. Mizetto frowned, stroking her hair gently. "Dream... lady? What about Dream lady?" Mizetto asked carefully. Terra whimpered a little more, as if thinking over what happened to her to get to this awful stage, before lifting her hand and pointing it towards her eye. It wasn't hard to get what the three year old was trying to say, but it was still confusing. Mizetto looked at Ari, his expression questioning whether his partner also got the message or not. What was Terra saying? Did someone in her dream do this, was that even possible?

Ari could tell that Glacie was still shaken up, and directed her daughter over to Clue for a bit, in a hope it would help both her and the Wolvine, as he seemed shaken up as well. Focusing on her eldest for now though, Ari flinched slightly at the wound when seeing it, not something she would ever wish on another, especially her own child. But hearing about the dream lady made Ari freeze up, it wasn't something she thought possible, not to this degree and when thinking on it any other day, but Ari couldn't put it past things, knowing that Yumi had control over dreams, meant it was entirely possible to be in one. Looking over to Mizetto quickly, Ari didn't know what to say. Thinking on things now, it could be a possibility, a mass murderer getting into homes undetected, randomly, and leaving no clues beside a dead, or beaten body... There's no way a normal being could do such a thing. "Its possible, that some dream lady did this. We would need to ask others though, one who would know being someone who wont help..." Ari knew Yumi wont help them with this, the Angel having had no visitors for years. Giving her daughter a hug of reassurance, Ari hoped her fathers would get back soon with help, it really was needed. "Your being so brave Terra, such a strong little girl..." Kissing the top of her head, Ari moved her gaze to Clue and Glacie. "So are you Glacie, okay? Clue, this wasn't your fault..."

Mizetto didn't know about whatever Angel looked after dreams, he was just sure that if Terra was getting through the pain just to try and tell them this, then she couldn't be lying. And added to that, there really wasn't anything else it could have been, as far-fetched as the dream lady sounded. There was no way someone coming in and doing this attack wouldn't have alerted Clue first, and the fact that there was no blood anywhere else but on Terra, and the door and windows were untouched. So Mizetto was all in favour of believing his daughter, and would certainly never let something like this happen again. Whatever magic defences they needed to put up, however much it would cost both money and sleep-wise, Mizetto didn't care. Mizetto listened to Ari, wondering who she meant. "Well, whoever the reluctant person is, we'll make them help. And if not them, then the clan, all the smart people there, they ought to know somethin' right?" Mizetto replied quietly, still soothing Terra with stroking her hair. He tried smiling for the poor girl, she was more than brave. This was toughness too, some grown men would faint or even die from shock from losing an eye. And yet, here a three year old girl was still awake and kicking, as good as that could be in the current situation. Mizetto glanced to the door, hoping himself that the others weren't long. He looked down at Clue, who was smothering his whines by licking and looking after Glacie. "You're both brave girls, and if we just all hold on together, soon your granddaddies will come back and bring some help, makin' everythin' better."

Note: Okashi, Takeo and Tenshi NPC's until next lot of posts, where Tenshi will become separate.
Ari hoped someone knew something, because with all that had happened recently, this was the first lead anyone had for this killer. Ari sure as hell wasn't going to pass up finding out more, Yumi wouldn't be swayed for help, but it was worth trying, even just to see if it was a possibility. "Someone knows something. But at least we have a direction to go in..." Ari really was proud of both her little girls, both showing strength in different ways... Even if part of her wished they didn't have to be strong for this, wishing it never happened. Internally cheering as she heard the door downstairs, Ari wondered who they managed to find, that being before Tenshi walked in panicking, almost pushing both her and Mizetto out the way to get to Terra. "Hey there little one... I'm going to need you to trust me okay? I'm here to help..." Trusting Tenshi to do the best she could, having years of experience with Healing, Ari made her way up to take Glacie into her arms, and look to her fathers. "Thank you..." Those two words directed not just at them. Okashi was still holding a fretting, and angry Takeo back, trying and failing to calm him down. "Okashi, let me go and find the guy who did this..." "Terra needs you more..." Sighing slightly, Ari coughed a little before getting the attention of the two bickering. "It was someone in a dream who did this..." Under different circumstances, Ari would have chuckled at the look on their faces.

Mizetto nodded. It was nice having such a huge family, beyond the ones in this house, to turn to. Mizetto didn't know how he'd gone so long, or anyone for that matter, without knowing the clan. They were always a huge help, and Mizetto had a few things in his life to thank them for. The little cries from Terra weren't as loud as they'd been, and in this situation that was worrying. Mizetto's ears also heard the others come back, and Clue himself barked in relief as others flooded in the room. Mizetto moved as he saw Tenshi, having to hand it to the old guys for finding probably the best healer out there. Whilst Ari had moved to the others, Mizetto felt glued to the ground, giving Tenshi the room, but also not taking his eyes off the situation. "How... how bad does it look?" Mizetto asked, the concerned and scared parent fretting still, even if the previous Angel Queen was here. Clue wandered up close to Mizetto, offering his friend a Wolvine-like hug, by resting his head on the Demon's shoulders. Mizetto did look up when Ari explained what Terra had said to the others, all the while patting Clue's head. "Is that kind of thing even possible?" He asked towards the others, wondering if more heads meant a better answer.

It always seemed that the days Tenshi got a break, it was interrupted by something, not that she often minded. But with two panicking grandparents somehow finding her on the walk around Sora, the first time there in weeks, Tenshi knew something bad was up. Rushing to the household, Tenshi knew it was bad the second she walked into the room, having pushed Mizetto and Ari a little out the way to reach the injured Terra, hoping to calm her down, Tenshi slowly move both the hand and cloth from the eyes, wincing slightly at the blood and wound, "Terrible, I can already tell you that, unfortunately, and I'm sorry to say this, but Terra has defiantly lost an eye." a child shouldn't have to bare such a thing. With a wave of her hand, Tenshi managed to stop the bleeding, sealing up the worst of the wound, at least they wont have to worry about anymore blood loss. But with hearing the description on how this happened, Tenshi froze up, and her blood run cold... There was only one able to do such a thing... And they should not be alive. "Mitasu..." Tenshi didn't hide the hatred in her voice, nor the worry. Ignoring the gaze for a second, Tenshi focused on Terra, Healing up what else needed to be done, this being such a little wound compared to others she had to heal, so it was quick to be fully done. "There we are, such a brave little girl..." Ruffling her hair slightly, Tenshi poured a little magic into her to ease the pain, and help Terra sleep, Mitasu wouldn't aim for this one again. Standing up, Tenshi looked to the others in the room, Before making her way over to Glacie, and sending a little magic into her to make the younger drowsy. This wasn't a conversation she needed to hear. Taking a breath, Tenshi knew she would have to explain... Her past coming back far too much these past few months. "Its entirely possible, but only by one. Mitasu. She should be dead, having lived back when I was mortal, before all this happened. She killed so many back in those wars, and injured far more, all through dreams, the second they were completely helpless to save themselves. A cruel woman, her only intention to serve her leader... The last I remember, she was sealed up by another, cast away into a void not to be seen again, but if someone has found her, has managed to unleash her again... We don't have much time before she's killed enough for her full power to return, when this here, this isn't just a one off, its everyone, and in much worse conditions."

Mizetto did get a look at the eye before Tenshi was there, and he'd already thought it was bad. But hearing it from Tenshi, that one of his precious daughters was going to have only half of her sight from now on, really didn't hit Mizetto very well. He'd scrunch his hands into fists if Clue wasn't so close and trying to calm the Demon down. Taking a few deep breaths, and trying to keep a positive face on for Terra, Mizetto only turned serious once she was asleep again. The Demon caught the name Tenshi mentioned, not really understanding what it was for. And once the Angel was up and going towards the others, Mizetto followed, Clue moving to go watch Terra ever so closely like he used to do when she was just an active little baby. Folding his arms around his chest, Mizetto listened into what Tenshi knew. So this was definitely a dream lady's doing, and knowing that as fact only made Mizetto madder. He knew for a fact that even getting a chance to fight this, Mitasu, wouldn't be thought about twice. Mizetto glanced to Terra, thinking of all the other helpless kids this woman must be making her victims. "Well whoever this witch is, we're gonna take her down." It was typical of Mizetto to not think over HOW they could take this bitch down, but right now after seeing what she'd done to innocent Terra, the Demon wouldn't be happy again until she was removed, permanently. This spread beyond Mizetto's family, if Mitasu got her hands on power, she'd be like another Exitium, another plague on the world. So hell yeah, they needed to stop this. Trying to calm down a bit, Mizetto shuffled towards Ari and resting Glacie, just knowing his other was probably thinking the same sort of thing.
