Jasper was surprised. The Saint's numbers were no where near complete, or even noticeable yet. And yet there he'd been, given the order by Nobles to move his unit into their base/home for the future. A place called Seigin Temple, emptied and prepared for the Saints to use as their home from now on. It did make sense that eventually, Jasper and his men would need some sort of headquarters to train and hide out during more major events. But Jasper had never thought it would be this soon, when the numbers were lower than ten. Of course, moving into the Temple hadn't been Jasper's only order. He also needed to notify the others to keep an eye out for Human potential, and look into hiring more officers. Jasper would do that when he could. Right now, today was about scouting the area they'd been given. Perhaps making a map, and possibly assigning living quarters and looking for any secret rooms. Temples were known for their secrets after all, no doubt this place was swarming in all sorts to find and put to use later on.
Jasper began by walking around the wide open ground in the centre of the Temple, the middle held a fountain no longer working, covered in moss and other parts. Marzzi could, if he was really interested, look into getting it fixed and working. Right now, Marzzi was basically the handyman of the group, ordered more often than not to the fixing and repair jobs rather than anything else. Once Jasper had some more hands to help, he was sure it would change, and it wasn't like Marzzi really hated it anyway. Jasper continued looking around. There was a lot of overgrowth. That was a job for Hino, the man liked his fire, and controlling it would allow him to clear out the unwanted shrubs without burning down the entire Temple. Jasper sighed, trying to refrain from thinking over everything all at once, and continued walking through the empty Temple. Obviously, he was the only one here right now. He'd sent word out to the others, all on various jobs or other duties, that they were to report to the Temple at some point today or tomorrow, just to get a feel of the place like Jasper currently was. Jasper walked back into the corridor of the Temple that had lead to the centre garden, walking back out to the front of the Temple to look out for any of his friends approaching. Jasper would make the most of the alone time to explore, but he knew it would be much more beneficial, and... fun, to do so with someone else.

Hino knew he could easily get lost in Rycora, he had done so in the past, only getting out because of help of another who seemed to know the forest, so finding the Temple in which the Saints were taking over, wasn't the easiest task. But somehow, Hino managed to do so. he had left Ashi in charge of the Orphanage today, knowing the Wolvine would be fine looking after the kids, but Hino needed to visit today, as he promised to take everyone out to the ocean tomorrow. Rushing over as he saw Jasper return to the Temple entrance, he could already tell it would take work repairing it to its former glory, but it would be something they all pitched in to do at random intervals. Waving over to Jasper, Hino took a quick glance around to see if anyone else was around, currently there wasn't, but again, the Temple wasn't the easiest to find. "Hey Jasper, know of anyone else joining for today, or are they all turning up tomorrow for an exploration?" Hino hoped a couple of others would join, much more fun that way, but even so, just him and Jasper wouldn't be too bad.

Rycora forest was full of so many damn trees. As dumb as it sounded, Marzzi was a city boy, he never walked around the forests much, so this little adventure to find the new camp for the Saints wasn't as easy as he'd thought it would be. All the trees looked the same, and it was driving Marzzi crazy to walk around the same paths over and over again. He wanted to be the first one there, other than Jasper, because everyone knew how their leader was early for everything he did. But it looked like the trip around Rycora would take Marzzi all day, and Jasper's instructions weren't simple enough for the hard headed guy to follow. Growling to himself, Marzzi made a u-turn as he reached what he was certain was the same giant tree. He did suppose that since this Temple was so hidden, it was the perfect place to hide out. Not in plain sight, and the Saints could probably stay there quite happily without worrying over intruders, minus the occasional woodland creature or a problematic forest fire. After a few more turns, Marzzi came to what certainly looked like an old-ass Temple, except it was the back of it. Though it was faint, Marzzi heard some talking going on around the other side. Breaking into a mini sprint, Marzzi was soon to come around the side, waving a hand to the two small guys. "Starting the party without me?" Marzzi called, going up to Jasper to lean on his shoulder. "So Jazz, what's it look like in there? A load of crap, or something we can work with?"

Jasper was known for having a good instinct. He came back to the entrance to only check if others were there yet, and at that moment, two turn up. The boy smiled to the first arrival, Hino. He was obviously Jasper's first prediction of someone arriving today. As much as Hino made a lot of effort for his other job, as second in charge, the fire user did like to be around during important events like this. Jasper raised his hand to wave back, "I've sent word to everyone, whether they can find it is another thing. All things going well, Hino?" Jazz replied, ready to listen before hearing the massive footsteps of someone else. There was only one giant in the Saints, so it was obvious who else was joining them. Jasper chuckled as Marzzi began being... Marzzi, so used to him acting all top dog. "A bit of both. But I have high hopes for it. You can sort of tell from here, but it's pretty big, too big for our current numbers. But that's something we've been asked to fix." Jasper replied, looking to both of his comrades. "Nobles told me, that along with permission to use Seigin Temple, we need to also take matters of recruitment into our own hands. So you two, any ambitious type people you come across, ones who look like they can handle a lot, ask them about us, it would be nice to learn a few more names." Jasper instructed first, smiling to Hino and Marzzi, and shoving the latter off of his shoulder. "Anyway, I doubt we'll see anyone else as soon, so why don't you two just follow me, I haven't explored much myself, a bit around the main garden, that's all."

Hino smiled over to Jasper, "Yeah, busy a lot. But I guess having two jobs so to speak does that to someone. Love it though, so I cant really complain." He really couldn't, he did love both jobs, and one wasn't that difficult, not in comparison anyways. Chuckling slightly, as Marzzi came to view and made his announcement, Hino couldn't help but think it was so typical of his friend. "Hey Marzzi. But too big is better then too small, so its not that bad." Listening to what Jasper had to say, Hino did know of someone who would possibly join, he had been meaning to ask anyways. "I know a guy, often stops by the orphanage for a few hours for a meal and a safe nap... I'm sure he'll jump at the chance to join when I ask him. And Ashi is willing to help out as you know, but she cant handle too much, and she is my main worker at the orphanage, so we cant ask that much of her." But Ashi would play as the perfect mother hen for the group, if they needed it anyways. Hino didn't know of anyone else at the moment that they could ask, but he would most certainly keep an eye out, there were quite a few out there that will be willing, many Hunters and Exorcists too, so that was always a given. Looking to the Temple, Hino gave a nod. "Many will turn up tomorrow I think, so lead the way, I'm anxious to see how big the place really is, and how much work we need to put in."

Too right the place was big, but Marzzi saw that as a perfect opportunity. Lots of space meant he could go big on his next builds. Marzzi was thinking a huge space for a Weaponry, along with defences around on the few turrets the Temple seemed to have. Marzzi stepped down from where Jasper stood to rub Hino's hair a bit. "Gotta agree with Small Fry, I'd hate to see us forced to live in some tiny place. This Temple looks like the perfect spot to let loose, and there'd be no need to hold back during training, right guys?" Marzzi replied, before thinking on others he may know to join. Marzzi used to be a simple officer, arresting more petty criminals. He couldn't think of anyone on the same force that looked promising. But, there was one case. He wouldn't mention it, only think on it. The case considered not an officer, but a criminal, a very talented one. "I'll keep my eye out, I don't have much of a wide range of friends, if that's hard to believe, but I'll look anyway." Marzzi agreed, before smiling even wider. Marzzi couldn't wait to get a look around. At Jasper's slightest movement, Marzzi had already gone ahead of both of the others to get first looks. The main garden Jasper mentioned really was a sight, it was huge. Probably even bigger once the jungle of growing weeds was removed. "Well damn, if this is only part of the place... Can't wait to see were I can put all of my toys." Marzzi stated, beginning to wait a bit for the others.

Jasper smiled. "I've always admired how you can run two jobs as you do. I've probably said it before, ever need help, and I'm sure I can spare the time. In fact I'd be honoured to help, all you need to do is ask." Jasper replied to his second in command. It was a nice thing to do, offer a shelter for children of this cruel world. Offer them a chance at a decent, honest life. Even those not so young, Jazz knew that Hino and Ashi were willing to take anyone in. Jasper listened to his men's opinions, nodding his head in agreement. "The space will be used, I'm sure. I'm just surprised we've been given so much of it. I suppose the Nobility really believe in us Saints. Which means we should be grateful, Marzzi, that they've given us such a nice place. Training is always good, but please don't let loose too much. You break anything, and you'll be the one fixing it, after all." Jasper stated, smirking to Marzzi. Jasper was barely an adult, but it was easy to tell who was the real child here. Jasper raised a hand to his chin, supporting it with the other. He was curious over Hino's suggestion. "That's a good start. Let me know what he thinks, and if it's possible, I'd like to meet any potential members beforehand, and test their skills. As much as I wish to accept any who want to make a difference, our line of work isn't child's play. It's dangerous, and will only get more so. I want to make sure I have comrades who can least through that danger, and reach the end all together." It was almost obvious to say, but Jasper felt the need to clarify, just in case some wannabe heroes decided to show up and beg for entry. Jasper made a turn for the inside, shaking his head as Marzzi ran off forward like an eager child. Jasper hummed, "Since you're here, Marzzi, I'd be happy to discuss were the Weaponry will be set, and you can choose living quarters as well. That goes for you too Hino, I have a feeling this place is full of all sorts of rooms. And I haven't picked out living quarters yet. Naturally, it's all first come first serve, since I don't see a need to assign them so much. So find anywhere you like the look of, let me know." Jasper instructed, before looking out to the gardens. "Another job for us to get to as some point, clearing this overgrowth. Should be easily done with your help, Hino, whenever you can spare it. And Marzzi, I feel like if I just let you loose on this place, you'll start fixing things up on your own anyway, so feel free to find jobs for yourself."

Hino rolled his eyes as he shoved away Marzzi's hands, always being treated like a child when it was obvious who the child really was. But looking at the temple from the outside it looked huge, and with the secrets within, it would only get bigger, but Hino had to agree with Jasper, it wasn't worth letting too loose with training. But he wasn't surprised about how much was given. seeing how the saints expected this group to soon be over run with people helping out, and with weaponry, the dorms, and all over living space, it would quickly be used up. "It'll be worth finding the biggest room for training, and fixing it in a way that all sorts of damage can be taken... Marzzi could have full responsibility of keeping it in good condition though..." Hino knew it was probably something he could handle, while he and Jasper tackled everything else. Thinking over what Jasper mentioned, it made sense, even if Hino knew this kid could handle it. "Sure thing, Ashi will probably handle supply runs and such things instead then, as long as it no weaponry or the sorts, then the orphanage can work as ground for storage while we transfer it over here. As for the kid I mentioned, he can handle it, I've seen him fight, but ill send him this way for a proper test, if he accepts." Which honestly, he knew the other would, he hated Demons and Angels almost as much as Marzzi. Rolling his eyes once more as Marzzi ran off, Hino kept a good eye out for all around, working out where could be improved or fixed, but Hino had to admit, the size of the place really was impressive. Looking to Jasper, Hino hummed a little. "I wont need a huge room, as I have the orphanage to stay at. But a room big enough to hold a bed, desk and some wood for my craft will be good, wont need much more." Looking around the garden space, Hino already was internally working out where to tackle first. "Busy tomorrow, but I'm sure after that, I can tackle the overgrowth, have this space done in less then a day, everywhere else a couple more in total. And I can help fix up a few places, I can create support beams and such for places that need them." It would take a lot of work, but Hino knew this entire space that was easy to find, would only take a few days if they all pulled their finger out to help.

Marzzi chuckled. Always holding him back, but Marzzi supposed he could live with going a bit careful. "I'll lay off a little then, but I don't know why it'd bother you guys. As far as me letting loose, I fix whatever I break. And fix it even better than before." Marzzi looked from the two judgemental younger guys, "You two should know how the Marzzi's rules work by now." Marzzi half listened as Jasper explained more on the recruitment front. It was in the big guys intention as well that any new additions to the family knew how to survive. Jasper training them was one thing, but if they wanted to know real toughness, then Marzzi was the guy. He supposed around ten minutes under his Weight magic would test to see if they can resist being crushed. Marzzi was all ears when talked turned to Weaponry and were Marzzi would crash. "Hell Jasper, I'm fine having my room BE the Weaponry. Just give my a sack of hay or something, and I'll be sleeping pretty amongst all the babies. But in seriousness, the Weaponry needs to be some place really dry, perhaps underground or as far away from water supplies." The fixer grinned as Jasper made a good point, Marzzi was already thinking of ways to build up this dumb to a place worthy of their ranks. The happy brute nodded his head, walking ahead a bit more, testing the stone pillars as he went. "What this place needs is some modern material. Screw all this ancient stone crap, I need some proper stuff. Tough rock and a bit of metal. Then we won't need to be worrying over the place falling on our heads. Jasper, think I can get what I need for repairs?" Marzzi asked back, leaving all the finances and goodie-getting to Jasper.

Jasper was all ears to suggestions, nodding to Hino. "I believe, back when this Temple was still operating, the central garden would have been used to train. I can see us having two training areas. Inside, and outside in this open area." The boy chuckled to Marzzi, giving him an apologetic nodded. "We know, we just don't want the thing you break being one too many pillars that cause the entire place to collapse. I'd be happy to have you rebuild us an entire base Marzzi, but it might just include digging up some buried comrades as well." Jasper replied, smirking slightly to Marzzi as they all moved around the place. Jasper nodded to Hino. "So long as she is alright with it, though we could use a transporter. I'll make sure nothing dangerous is left in her hands though, I'm sure Marzzi can handle those trips. And this kid, just make sure you don't scare him off. I know a lot of people who'd turn running if they say our team's gorilla here without knowing he was friendly. So I'd give some pre-warning over Marzzi, if I were you." Jasper said to Hino, making sure Marzzi would only barely hear the last bit. "We'll keep that kind of room in mind, I'm sure somewhere in this place we'll all find the perfect rooms. And we can all focus on fixing another time. Explore for now. I've already located a fountain under all that jungle out there, so who knows what else this place has. I'd expect an old worship room, and perhaps some secret rooms as well. As far as an underground room, Marzzi, I'm guessing the place probably used to have some sort of storage room like that." Tuning into Marzzi's comments, Jasper sighed as he thought on it. Depending on what raw materials Marzzi wanted, they should be able to get some. If not from the groups own money, then from the Nobles who had already proven their love for the Saints. "I'll get it done as soon as I can. For now we can rely on using wood, or whatever stuff you have back at your old place, right Marzzi?" Jasper was sure, since this was his only job and duty, that he alone would be working all days on this place. What Jasper couldn't do with curses, which for long term work were pretty unreliable, he'd get done using favours people owed him. People the Saints had saved, or the ones Jasper personally knew from his life. He knew of an older man who'd lived opposite Jasper's childhood home, who seemed to be into a lot of building work. If he could handle a place like this at his age, was another thing.

Hino nodded to Jasper as he explained things, already thinking over how to approach the kid. He really was a strong fighter, and Hino knew he would join, even if it killed him, but it was making sure Hino didn't make it sound as if they were using him, as that was far from the case. As for Ashi, Hino knew she would be fine with it, the dear Wolvine wanting to help all she could, both at the orphanage and with the Saints. "Don't worry, that will probably be the first thing I mention, but I'm certain that the kid will, fight back, so to speak." He had a spark, that not even Marzzi would deter. Hino didn't really get much more involved with the construction talk, that being more Marzzi's forte, but if they could have people come to the temple, he knew of a couple of little rascals that would be willing to help with clean up and such. "I'm sure Marzzi can make do for now Jasper. Right buddy? And if your needing help, a couple of the teens at the orphanage are good with handy work, and wont mind helping with clean up, if your wishing for the extra help, they've been wanting to get their hands dirty for a while now." In which they had, Hino on more then one occasion has heard them talking about joining something like the Saints as craftsmen, so this could be their ideal opportunity.

Marzzi chuckled to the way Jasper put it. Of course he'd be careful when it came to something like that. This place looked like a load of crap now, but Marzzi was sure it would become very close to all the Saints, especially after the work put into restoring it. So Marzzi wasn't going to wreck the place like some giant ape when he training. It could always be a possibility, but Marzzi of all people knew what could and what couldn't be broken when it came to keeping the Temple from being levelled. The big guy was never insulted by the others when they joked about him. In fact, Marzzi took his scary looks with pride, so he had to agree with Jasper's point, others needed to know that Marzzi wasn't some sort of threat to them. Even as a officer going around town, those victims and civilians around Marzzi would sometimes be more scared of him than the criminal running around harassing them. Marzzi hid his disliking of wood, knowing Hino loved his carvings. Wood was unreliable and soft, but Marzzi supposed it could offer a lot in terms of precision jobs. "I got a few scraps here and there, and I can... I suppose... take apart a few of my old weapons to use the materials." Marzzi replied, trying not to have his voice change when mentioning breaking some of his kids apart. A brow was raised to Hino. Marzzi didn't know the new orphan kids, since Hino had built that place back up from the ground. But there was a little soft spot left in Marzzi for the place, and the hopeful kids inside. Marzzi chuckled, "I like the sound of a couple of apprentices, if we want this place clean and alive again as soon as possible, then I'll take the help. Cheers Hino." Marzzi replied, looking around the gardens once more.

Jasper was willing for other kids to join, but, calling him a hypocrite, Jasper didn't know how well kids would survive. Those his age, or younger, had so much more they could do with their lives. Jasper felt that his case was different, it had been the moment he'd been cursed, already Jasper's lifespan had been hashed, so in respect to how long everyone would live, Jasper was already an adult. And he knew what dangers would be faced, and how death would probably be a friend to a lot of people close to him. Jasper just didn't want ones joining to get the wrong idea, getting hurt or worse after thinking so much of the Saints. He'd just have to rely on his trust to Hino and Marzzi that they'd round up some good men and women, tough and loyal ones. Though there was help beyond fighting, as Hino and Marzzi began talking about. Jasper left the conversation to them, his eyes caught by a small wooden hatch, covered mostly by moss and overgrowth. He brushed the greens away whilst thinking, the Saints could use more than just soldiers. It could use cooks, craftsmen, mechanics, traders, all sorts. If this group was to become the inspiration the Human council was hoping for, then all sorts of skills were needed in the end. Jasper looked down at the door he'd found on the floor, leading probably to a brewery or some sort of underground room. "Help from anyone, is what we need. Friends, family, anyone you think can do something for this place, or for the Saints, ask them." Jasper replied to both, looking back to them before pointing towards the door. "Think we might find a nice dry room down there, Marzzi? To sort all your precious toys?" Jasper asked with a slight smile, before beginning to open the stiff door. Down below was a sea of dust and darkness, nothing but a small, rotting ladder leading down to it's depths. Jasper hummed, moving away from the cloud of dust that came out of the opening, before glancing to the others.

Hino smirked over to Marzzi at the thought of him taking apart his weapons, knowing how much the other probably despised the idea. But he had a heart, and placed a hand on Marzzi's shoulder. "The orphanage gets some money for projects each year, if you are truly willing to take on the teens as apprentices I can give you some of the money so you wont have to take apart your babies. But if I do that, go easy on the two, and no dropping them if they don't live up to your standards... It would be their first big project..." Hino knew Marzzi would give them all the chances they needed, but he considered all in the orphanage as his kids, so he needed the confirmation just to make sure. "And I will let them know tomorrow. Thanks." Hino looked through the door humming softly, noticing the state of the ladder, before looking back to the two. "Who knows what we might find, but I suggest we be careful if going down, the ladders state means its unstable, and may take little weight before dying on us... And considering we don't know how far it goes." Hino wanted the others to be safe, and as much as he would love to say wait until we have a better way to stay safe when exploring, he was curious as to what the place held for them, and wishing to see before the others turned up.

The tough guy was good at hiding his distress over taking his babies apart, but he'd do so for the Saints if he had to. Though, Hino came across with some sort of deal, that certainly turned Marzzi's frown around. Marzzi listened to the conditions and huffed, big shoulders moving, and a grin on his face. "You all think I'm sort of big scary guy. I know I can be, but I ain't all that mean. I don't expect to find my apprentices to be pros from the start." Marzzi replied, before placing a big hand on Hino's head, ruffing up his hair. "Thanks small fry, and don't worry about it, I get two pairs of hands to help me, and my babies can remain pretty. It'll be my pleasure." Marzzi added, chuckling before turning his attention to the leader. Marzzi knelt down to inspect the ladder himself. He wasn't a wood expert like Hino, but Marzzi knew a few things. For example, testing the most weight on it first would prove if it was stable enough. Or... remove the variable of weight completely. Marzzi nodded to himself before getting up. He tapped his hand on both Hino's and Jasper's heads, casting his weight magic into them. The pair would be light as a feather now, even if they didn't feel all that different personally. Marzzi did the same to himself, placing a hand on his chest to let the weight magic take effect. "There, issue solved, even the most wimpy ladder should hold us now. Just take slow movements you two, or my magic will break." Marzzi instructed with a grin. Some people thought magic based solely on weight change was pointless, here was an example of how wrong they were. Marzzi clapped his hands together. "Now then, suppose I'll be the test." Marzzi said, before slowly turning to head down the ladder. Carefully movements, his magic felt like a thin layer of paper wrapped around himself, easily broken if one moved to fast. So it was a careful process, but Marzzi soon felt a stone ground beneath his feet, and hopped off the ladder. He looked up, seeing the light above a little way away. "Not too far down, even if you fall, shouldn't hurt much." Marzzi called up before waiting to watch and keep his magic going if possible.
