Iruka kept a hand on his sword as they walked through the cave. "Maybe not strength, but intelligence. My family once assumed strength meant everything, but perhaps not. I class Demons by their minds now, Shinda is the strongest I've ever seen because of it. Showing strength isn't just about beating someone else, it's about proving your superiority, and that doesn't have to mean in physical power." Iruka replied. He rubbed Rifi's hair a bit. "The elders might be good, but their babies compared to what you can find down here. I'm not saying you won't win, but you can never tell just what will be your opponent in a place like this. Shinda is our best bet on surviving, so long as he can remain above any aggressive Demon we might find, they should leave us alone too." Iruka smiled, these two were brave, there was no doubt. The sense of adventure was stronger than the sense of fear, and Iruka could easily understand that with his own heart for learning and gaining more knowledge. Iruka stopped the couple when Shinda ran off. Iruka drew his blade before following, making sure to give Shinda a good lead. He was concerned for his Demon friend, but knew if Shinda was running into battle, it would be best to let him start without getting in the way. Reaching the clearing, Iruka stared for a moment at the behemoth challenging Shinda right now. Iruka looked to the small Demon that had been attacked at first, and wondered if deep down, Shinda knew how closely this resembled his young life, almost dying at the power of a bigger Demon. Concerned, but knowing he couldn't help in this fight for dominance, Iruka moved towards the small Demon, remained stood as he kept his sword ready, just in case the furry giant became more interested in the tasty Angels rather than in Shinda.

Note: NPC Rifi until next set of replies.
If that really was the case, then Tenshi knew that Shinda was the strongest of them all, even if they did somehow manage to find another who was mentally strong. She chuckled as Rifi's hair was ruffled, knowing how much he hated it, and full out laughed as he pushed away the hand and grumbled. "Oh don't worry, I know they are babies compared to down here, but I had to start somewhere didn't I? I'm planning to visit here more often for a good fight in the future..." Rifi proceeded to stick his tongue out at the other, before all stopped as Shinda ran off. Knowing something was coming up, Tenshi remained at the back of the group as the other two slowly followed on behind. Tenshi almost let out a screech at the size of the beast Shinda decided to challenge, but the smaller, wounded Demon is what caught her attention the most. Rushing past the others, shoving out of Rifi's grip to keep her where she was, Tenshi ignored everything said before and confronted the smaller Demon, looking over the countless wounds. Reaching forward, the little Demon growled to Tenshi, teeth blaring and poise to attack ready, but taking a moment to hesitate, Tenshi reached down to rip off a piece of her dress, holding it out for the younger to see. Knowing she would barely, if at all, would be able to understand, Tenshi thought over her words carefully. "Want to help... To help with poorly." "Ten, she wont understand..." Tenshi ignored Rifi, she knew that, but she hoped the talking would help, if only a little. It was easy to see how young the Demon was, so Tenshi hoped that also demonstrating what she wanted to do on her own arm would help. Reaching forward once more, Tenshi hoped that the younger would allow for the help to be given.

Notes: Iruka is also NPC'd.
Shinda's main concern was keeping this brute away from the others, and it seemed to prefer a style of ramming into it's targets, crushing down with it's boulder hands. The poor small Demon, who knew what kind of aggressive torment this hulk had given her before Shinda had appeared. Shinda glanced as the others went to the wounded Demon, just as Shinda had requested. He only got a glance at Tenshi trying to help it, before the bigger Demon made another attempt at crushing Shinda with it's huge paw. Shinda dodged to the side, but couldn't do anything but defend as the brute came across with his other arm, smacking it into Shinda's side. It hurt, but not as much as Shinda had expected. The thin, skin part of Shinda's stomach rippled in pain, but the scaled, armoured back was left unscathed. Coughing a little, Shinda shook the shock away, finding this the opportunity to strike. He dug his claws onto the hulk's arms, biting down hard on the arm. The brute roared in pain, before having to rip Shinda right off, throwing the small Demon across the cave. Shinda landed and rolled to make sure he didn't take damage. Growling again to the big Demon, Shinda's mouth was wide open, blood dripping menacingly from the hardened front teeth. The hulk didn't attack for a moment, seemingly poising itself. "Shinda! It's not alone!" Iruka called over, and Shinda glanced around just at the right time. Another, very similar Demon appeared from behind, jumping from one of the holes placed around the cave like a tunnel network. It's fist smashed into the ground next to Shinda as he dodged to the side. Left surprised, Shinda remained defensive as the now two Demons took it in turns to try and ram him. Dodging was getting more exhausting, especially without pause. But Shinda had to keep it going, at least for now whilst the others were helping the smaller Demon. Shinda didn't know why, but beyond winning, his main concern was keeping the Demon female out of any more danger. Grasping one of the monster's horns as it charged, Shinda used his strength to herd it towards the other, making the two fat balls of fur hit into each other. It did little to no damage, but gave Shinda time to move further away from the others to keep the enraged Demon hulks as far away as possible from his friends.

Rifi looked from Tenshi to Shinda in panic, knowing both were needing the help, and not knowing who to give it to. If Rifi turned his back on Tenshi, then the Demon may just go after her, and Rifi didn't want that at all, but Shinda was facing two Demons alone, and as much as Rifi had hope in Shinda and Iruka, he knew they couldn't defeat both like this. Giving a quick glance to Tenshi, Rifi knew this was something she had to do, something he knew she could handle if it turned sour... He couldn't interfere in his girlfriend trying to help, as much as he worried for her. So turning his attention onto Shinda and the Demons, Rifi held his hands together in concentration. Now, as well as learning to fight with the elders, Rifi had dabbled into what his magic could do, hoping to train it strong at a younger age. So using the energy he could, Rifi created a small but powerful blue shell, before filling it with a contained, but blinding light. Taking a breath, ignoring for the moment the whelp behind him, Rifi aimed towards the closest Demon. "Shinda, close your eyes for a second." Wasting no time, Rifi let the shell fly towards the Demon, smashing in its face, shattering, and hopefully blinding the Demon long enough for Shinda to do something, before Rifi prepared another in case, and kept an eye on Tenshi.

Tenshi took a couple of small steps towards the Demon, making sure to hopefully not startle the dear thing. But as the Demon moved forwards, mouth opening and biting down on said hand, Tenshi knew it would be a lot more difficult. "Ouch..." Quickly bringing the hand to look at, Tenshi grimaced as she noticed the small puncture marks, already trying to think of an excuse to why she had them, and attempting to stop the small blood flow. But in looking back up, Tenshi most certainly didn't expect the Demon to have guilt in her eyes, like she knew what she did. Taking a small breath, Tenshi held out her hand once more, but this time, stayed where she was, and carefully looking to the Demon, saying not a word. The younger hovered for a moment, but Tenshi noticed as she seemed to relax, and took a small and slow step forward, and then another, before she was sniffing the hand held out. Carefully, Tenshi moved her hand so it hovered above the skin, as she tucked a small strand of hair away from the others face, and moved to grab hold of her arm, looking up to make sure it was still okay, Tenshi began to add the cloth around the worst of the wound. She noticed as the Demon flinched at each movement, but she remained where she was observing, watching to see if Tenshi was to do anything else. Letting the arm go, Tenshi knew this Demon would need more care and rest, something she wouldn't find here. "Hey sweetie, your going to be okay..." What Tenshi really didn't expect was for the Demon to move forward once more, wrapping her arms round her, and burying her head into Tenshi's chest, unmoving.

All sorts of things were going on, and Iruka needed his attention pulled impossibly on both situations. But he decided to leave the smaller Demon to Tenshi, knowing it wouldn't be able to harm her much, and even if the little Demon was very feral, it wouldn't be able to attack for long before the others could pull it off Tenshi. Besides, he almost had a gut feeling that Tenshi could handle it, she had the heart for it. So Iruka continued to watch Shinda toy with the large Demon, making sure he was either too fast for the beast. But then another one came along, perhaps a female. It would make sense for the two Demons to be siblings, forming a natural alliance from birth and would also explain why they looked so similar to one another. Iruka's teeth were gritting together more and more. He wanted this to be Shinda's fight, but he also knew how much the danger had increased now that there were two Demons. Shinda seemed to be struggling on, trying to draw the two hulks further away. It was Rifi who was first to help, assisting Shinda in blinding one of the Demons. The issue here was that under that fur, the Demons were pure thick skin. Shinda could bit and scratch, but it wouldn't get far enough. No, he needed one weapon that he currently didn't have. Iruka took a deep breath. "Good shot Rifi, now both of you, stay here no matter what." He instructed, before saying no more. Iruka summoned his wings, running forwards to the monstrous fight. He jumped over one Demon, and flew out the range of the blinded one, until finally landing near Shinda and running next to his friend. "Shinda! Their too tough to win by wit and speed alone, pass me your tail!" Iruka instructed. Once Shinda's tail moved close enough, Iruka carefully sliced across the thick sheeting that covered the Demon's poisonous bladed tip, trying to get somewhere out of range before things got rough. Unfortunately, one of the Demons got a grip on Iruka's foot, yanking the Angel right back.

Shinda was calm, or rather he wasn't panicking quite yet. So long as he had speed over the two hulks, he could keep this up for quite a while. But the two monsters were strong, a clean hit on the less armoured part of Shinda, and it might just smash his spine or crack his skull. So Shinda needed to keep running, holding their attentions. That was the plan, when one of the Demon's suddenly threw up this weird gooey substance. It stuck Shinda's leg to the ground, keeping him immobilized and helpless to the other Demons attack. It smashed it's fist down on Shinda's leg. The thud echoed around the room, and yet, Shinda felt little to no pain, the hulk had to retreat and hold it's hand in pain. It seemed like Shinda's legs, covered in some sort of exoskeleton scales, could close up to become even tougher. Surprising himself, Shinda didn't notice the other Demon about to attack. But then he heard Rifi call over, and as instructed, Shinda's eyes were blocked from the blinding flash of light that drew away the remaining hulk. Given the time, Shinda managed to claw himself free from the goo, and run as the Demons recuperated and chased him. Then Shinda received even more help, as Iruka came across, running along side and asking for Shinda's tail. The Demon knew why, and was hesitant for the risk, but knew there was no other way. Feeling his tail so much lighter now, and very much deadly, Shinda watched as one Demon tried to snatch Iruka off like a toy. It didn't take any hesitation for Shinda to jump up, stabbing his tail spike into and through the Demon's arm. The monster howled in pain, dropping Iruka on the ground, where Shinda caught him and stood over his friend, growling up the Demon who was already experiencing the poisons effects. It shook its head, only able to grumble a bit, before foam appeared around it's mouth. The other Demon watched it's ally crumble in pain, staring over to Shinda with hesitation now. Shinda moved his tail so that the poisonous blade was displayed, hissing at the large Demon. It remained frozen, now knowing what could happen if it got even slightly cut by that tail. Shinda remained alert and growling, but knew this fight was more or less won now that fear and poison travelled through the two hulk's veins.

Rifi was never one to follow orders, hence why he was even down here in the first place, so watching as Iruka was snatched, he got ready to run to help before he remembered Tenshi would be unguarded if he did that. So tightening his fists, Rifi created another blue shell, ready to throw it at the slightest movement of the bigger Demons... He now knew what power Shinda had in his tail, so he knew being needed to fight wasn't an option. Looking over to Shinda and Iruka, Rifi took a breath. "Iruka you okay there buddy?" Glancing over to the demons, Rifi gestured to them both. "Think their going to leave?" he hoped they would, less danger, and they could focus on the injured younger, and Shinda wouldn't have to worry as much. But he didn't get his hopes up after hearing about how Demons worked, knowing them leaving would possibly only happen if Shinda managed to get the other. "Anything I can do to help guys?" Rif hoped there was, just watching things play out was far too painful.
Note: Not doing Tenshi reply this circuit, as I don't have much I can put.

When these big Demons grabbed, they didn't do so gently. Iruka felt like his leg was being pulled right off as the hulking Demon pulled him back from running off. Iruka wasn't in the air for very long, now that Shinda's more powerful asset was unleashed, and the little Demon easily stabbed it through the Demon's big arm. Shinda managed to stop Iruka from getting any more damage as he caught the Angel, and Iruka just had to play the little bit scared, victim as Shinda still needed to teach the two larger Demons who was boss. Iruka looked over towards the others. "I'm... fine. Just a little bruised. It would have been a lot worse, thanks Shinda." Iruka said, patting his friend's arm as Shinda remained frozen, staring down the last larger Demon as it began to get fearful. As Iruka noticed the creature almost bowing it's head, and avoiding Shinda's glare, Iruka smiled. "That there," Iruka pointed out, "is the Demon saying it gives in. It's not going to attack, but isn't about to listen to you either. Shinda... last thing you need to do, is really put some fear in it. The other one... It might survive the poison, but it's not going to be going anywhere for a while." Iruka instructed, assuming these Demons weren't so tough as to have an immune system against Shinda's very deadly poison. The Angel looked back to Rifi, thinking of how he could help. Iruka was fine walking, thank goodness, so that wasn't an issue. The last Demon was at Shinda's mercy, so there wasn't much to do. "Keep an eye on the poisoned Demon, I don't know if it will remain down or not." Iruka tapped Shinda's side, before getting up to slowly make his way back to the others, wit Rifi keeping eye on one Demon, and Shinda on the other.

Shinda was still sane, but his expression looked like otherwise. Perhaps it was the idea reminded in his head that these monsters could easily kill his friends, or just that Shinda's instincts were pulling his face into such a savage expression. But he looked ready to kill for blood. Jaws locked open, and revealing Shinda's many sharp fangs, along with his forked tongue, all drooling as Shinda growled constantly. His split pupil eyes were so thin and unblinking, just daring any sort of movement from the last enemy Demon. Breathing heavily, Shinda's eyes only moved as his ears opened to listen to Iruka. So Shinda's belief was right, his attack on its friend had made this Demon terrified of getting close to Shinda and especially his poison tail. All Shinda needed to do, was really tell it who was boss. And so Shinda sucked in his breath, letting out some sort of screech or roar. And he also got up onto two legs, stepping forward a bit and watching the hulking Demon back away even more. Tilting his head to the side, Shinda smiled a little to himself. This dumb creature was ready to treat the much smaller Shinda like a leader, just because Shinda proved himself. It was almost inspiring, if a little against Shinda's hopes at finding a Demon just as intelligent as he. Raising a hand, Shinda violently pointed towards one of the tunnels that the Demon had first emerged from. He wanted to test to see if it understood that, and surprisingly, the Demon did. Looking from tunnel to Shinda, the larger Demon purred a little, bowing its head in more fear as it back into the tunnel, running off to hide somewhere once it climbed fully inside. Shinda allowed his breathing to steady, before looking at the suffering Demon left. It barely moved, other than the raise and fall of it's chest. So Shinda gave it as much thought as a rock, instead going to Iruka to help him up. The Demon looked over to Tenshi, and then stared at what the little Demon was doing. A hug, something Shinda was used to, but he never expected a wild Demon to understand. Unless, the female Demon was a class ten, like Shinda. Shinda's throat purred a little, "Tenshi... Tenshi, is the small Demon alright?" Shinda called over.

Note: No Rifi reply as he's literally standing there listening in....
Tenshi tried to ignore what was going on around her, afraid on what she could see, especially with the shouting going on. Instead she focused on the child, because that's really all she was, bundled up in her arms. Crying softly. Tenshi wished to look more into her wounds, but couldn't bare the idea of moving the child from the embrace, not while she seemed so scared. Tenshi did go over what to do in her head, knowing they couldn't leave her here, not this young, not in this condition, Tenshi knew her mother would be easy to sway, even with the truth, the woman only wishing to keep others safe. As for her father, it would be difficult, or impossible, but if she managed to get her mother on board, then they could stand a chance, if only a small one. Once hearing Shinda, Tenshi looked up, keeping a comforting hand on the child's head. "She cant stay here Shinda, Guys. She's injured too much, and wont last long if remained alone. I cant leave her here... The poor thing is terrified..." Tenshi could feel tears well up in her eyes, especially after the Demon tightened her grip, like she knew what they were discussing, and making sure she didn't let go. "She's bruised quite a bit, and has a nasty gash on her arm, she's losing too much blood, and I'm not trained enough yet to heal it. Otherwise, she's fine, mentally I cant answer for though..." Tenshi really couldn't leave her here, and bundled her up in her arms more, the Demon was harmless, and needed help.

Holding back the pain in his leg as Iruka got up with Shinda's help, the Angel glanced from the two dangerous Demons. One was dying, the other was running away after Shinda ordered it to leave. Getting out of this place would only happen if everyone remained close together. Moving as a unit, with Shinda as close as possible, and the other Demons would leave them alone when keeping a distance from the dominant Shinda. He looked back to Tenshi and the small Demon, a look of sympathy on his face. Iruka knew from experience what trouble smuggling a Demon was. Not only keeping them secret from others, but what might happen if they were discovered in Aura. Not only the Demons would face an almost inevitable deathly judgement, but it's owners would too. Iruka walked over to the others after Shinda, before knelling down to the young Demon girl's level. "She would have died if Shinda hadn't taken the other Demon's attention away. She has a new chance at living now, and we should make sure she gets it." Iruka answered. Honestly, Iruka really was a softy, especially around Demons. It was a good thing he hadn't returned since getting Shinda out, since Iruka may very well adopt ten more Demons just from learning more from his friend. "But... it isn't easy keeping Demons in Aura, we all know what the punishment would be if she was found. It's the same with Shinda. Although..." Iruka looked a little closer at this Demon girl, now seeing something new. "She's... remarkably close in resemblance to an Angel. Even more than Shinda. There, might be a chance for it to work."

Shinda was soon moving after asking Tenshi, curious towards this smaller Demon now that he didn't need to concentrate on the bigger ones. Still purring softly, Shinda listened with an empty expression as he knelt down soon after Iruka, still staring at the smaller Demon. He didn't really know how to sympathise, but Shinda didn't like seeing the Demon hurt, or for her to die. She looked like the closest resemblance Shinda had to his own kind. And as Iruka put it, she looked a lot like an Angel, with a few Demonic features. Shinda began to blur out the others as they talked, instead trying something. He sniffed the air, getting the thick scent of the blood from the Demon's gash. Shinda's ears rippled, making a little clicking noise to try and get the Demon girl's attention. He didn't attempt to speak, instead making noises that Shinda usually made by instinct anyway. He stared with cooing softly, nodding his head slowly, looking from the floor to the Demon. As far as Shinda knew, right now he was certainly the Demon in charge. He'd defeated the Demons that were going to kill this girl, so was in charge of her as well. Not that Shinda was about to prove his dominance and scare the Demon, his ears could pick up how fast her heart was already beating. So what the Demon wanted to do was prove that he wasn't aggressive anymore. Shinda made sure his arms and tail were visible, along with more noises he'd used in the past when calm or friendly. Then Shinda sniffed again, unable to notice to bad wound. He made some sort of grunt, before shuffling closer to very slowly look right at the wound. Then, Shinda gingerly started cleaning it with his tongue, picking up the pace once he was sure he wouldn't be bitten for trying. This was all Shinda could think of to try and gain trust right now. He'd have to leave the others to talk it out.

Rifi looked down to Tenshi and the Demon, not really surprised over Tenshi's request, she always had been one to help. But he did fear for her, especially if her father found out, he wasn't a reasonable man, and this would surely end her life if it came out into the open. Rifi didn't dare move closer though, not wishing to scare the one in Tenshi's arms any more then she already is. Instead hummed over what was being said. "Iruka's right, she's remarkably close... But Ten... If your father found out." Rifi really hoped she understood what she was doing, even with the others help... Because knowing Tenshi, she wouldn't want to hide the girl away, instead let he live a normal life. Getting to his knees, as close to the two as he dared, Rifi looked to his girlfriend and gave a smile. "Whatever you choose, we'll be here to help, with anything. So you wont be alone with the choice, though, I can tell you have already made it." It was obvious her choice, but he knew she would need all the help she can get. "And if she really is as injured as you say, perhaps your mother can help. She's reasonable..."

Tenshi gripped onto the child with each word from the others. She wouldn't just abandon her when she needed someone the most, and she was grateful that the others could see that, if only a little. Tenshi looked to Iruka and Rifi in turn, smiling softly to them both. "I want to give her that Iruka, and you know as well as I do if she stays here she wont get it, and Shinda's efforts will be in vain. And I know Rifi... My father wont take it well IF he found out. Which he wont." Tenshi gave all a look, telling them that she had already made her mind up. Looking down to the Child, Tenshi wondered a lot about her, name, age, why she was alone... If she could learn like Shinda, it seemed likely so far. And she had to agree with the others, she was surprisingly much like an Angel in looks... The only things giving her away was the wings and tail and horns, otherwise it was a perfect match. Once again, smiling to the others, Tenshi gave a nod. "I know the risks, but we can pull it off... We have kept Shinda safe for this long, why not another? I mean, my mother is a kind woman, a drive to help others no matter who, she will help, as Rifi said... But we must never let my father get a whiff of this, not us coming here, nothing. We will not be in a good position. But thank you Rifi, Guys, for this..." Tenshi felt the Demon move in her arms, watching Shinda with sheer curiosity, Tenshi could tell that she was trying not to lash out, even with the help... But she could see the gratefulness in her eyes too, like the child knew she could trust them, trust him, even with dominance from before, and even with that, Tenshi could feel the light growl from the child, preparing to attack if need be.
