This was one occasion when Hane didn't have to play fair. There were no rules or jobs to follow, other than staying close enough to the Queen so that Hane didn't suffocate. But Jiko-Jiko was a time when the small Angel could really show off in front of others, and put those who'd once teased his size and appearance by burying them under paint. He enjoyed the festival, which was an odd thing for Hane, but simply because he'd watched it grow from it's first year to now. How big it had become, and how that his team had always won. Some considered the immortals unfair, since they'd had so long to perfect their paint throwing skills, but Hane didn't care. All he wanted was to collect as many points and gifts for Queen Tenshi as possible. And this year, Hane was rightly focusing on taking down the Angel Jiko. His student, how thrilling a battle between them would be. Which was why Hane now chased his pupil around Sora, following the colourful blur of an Angel as he tried to duke the following, hungry paint-wielding Hane. His team was spread out, with the Queen following close behind Hane. And so it was only a matter of time before the poor Guardian of Peace was cornered, and scavenged of all Orange gifts. All to Hane's plan, so long as another team didn't interfere.

The red team had managed to 'find' (more like force) a tip, letting them know that one of the Jiko's were in Sora for the time being... And knowing what Takeo had told her about the last few years, the Jiko's normally stuck together, or remained close. So where there was one, there was another. Ari was currently in her 'human' form, trying to blend in with the crowd not taking part but watching out for the chases, as much as Ari loathes to admit it, her size.. and, age, did allow for perfect disguise when trying to out wit the other teams. She knew of one team also being in the area, though she knew not on which one or who was in it. She was keeping a close eye out for a flash of paint or running Jiko's or other teams, hoping the rest of her team had better luck with what they were doing. But Ari was much more excited, as she caught a glimpse of a rival Demon, one she would love nothing more than to splatter with red paint. Slowly taking one of her paint balloons, Ari lined up the shot, begging to whoever was watching that she wasn't discovered already, or miss. And threw the balloon right at the back of Mizetto's head... Now to wait an see if she scored some points for her team.

Mizetto felt like the luckiest little Demon. He was on a team of immortal, seasoned fighters. He could get all the glory of the obvious win his orange team would have, without putting much effort into it. Apparently, Mo allowed the younger boy onto the team to see what kind of Demon the young Mizetto was growing up to be, and whether he would deserve a job from his performance. Mizetto, for once, didn't care about the opportunity to become a God. He rather cared about all the mischief he could get up to with his purple Demon dad. As usual, the orange team had split in two, two Demons and two Angels. Mizetto tried to keep up with the strangely fast little Demon King, following the purple tail as they sniffed out any targets. Another unfair advantage to add to the orange team's list. They had an original Demon on their team, one with four nostrils and a very accurate sense of smell. Mo could sniff out anyone with a mile radius, which meant there was no hiding around the purple Demon. Eventually, the crowds of people watching the festival got thicker, and the Demons were forced to slow down. Mizetto caught his breath. He felt so exposed without the comfort of a Wolvine to protect him. Clue was on a different team, and it had taken at least half a day to explain the concept of this to the new participating Wolvine. Clue had almost lost his team a lot of points by following Mizetto around even after the games had started. It had taken a lot of convincing to stop Mo from pelting the poor Clue with paint. Mizetto followed behind Mo, before the Demon King stopped, suddenly grinning. Zetto didn't know why until he felt the smack of something on the back of his head. Mizetto rubbed a finger over the paint. Red, hopefully paint, and not blood. He glared, looking around the crowd to spot someone that made the Demon give a devilish smile. "Hey pops, mind if I handle this one?" Mizetto asked down to Mo, who had already placed himself comfortably against the wall of a building to watch the show. Grinning, Mizetto commanded the stone floor of Sora to form a battlefield around them. Stones lifted to create shelters and short walls to crouch behind. Mizetto took a dive for one of the defensive walls, throwing a couple of hopeful paint balls at the small Angel, as the crowd parted around her to escape the messy fight.

Ari quickly created an ice dome to hide behind and a shield to protect herself from the impending paint attacks. It was good thinking on her part with the shield, moving it just in tile to stop one of the paint balloons to hit her in the shoulder. That wouldn't have ended well, not after her self talk about how good she was. Hiding slightly behind the dome, Ari threw a couple of paint balloons, hoping that her partnered team mate for this hunt out was near by, and somehow knowing not to get involved unless she really had to. Looking at Mizetto through the ice, Ari smiled and threw yet another paint balloon, trying to work out how to get rid of the others defence while not getting hit. "Don't think your going to hit me with that paint Mizetto. My team are very focused on winning this year and there is no way in hell im going to let them down."

Mizetto hated feeling the sticky paint on his head, it only reminded him of his mistake when letting his guard up. He should have remembered that the tiny little ice parasite ran around Sora, and that she'd have sights on the Demon boy for a rematch. Mizetto hid behind a stone barrier, watching as the red paint ball flew over the top, splattering far from Mizetto. The Demon chuckled, now he had a defence, he could focus on how to get back at the sly little Angel. He began to pick up pieces of stone, using magic to stretch two stone slabs into body-sized shields. He then made them float like a pair of closed doors, getting up to hide behind them as Mizetto moved away from his barriers. "Yeah well I'm on team Immortal, Tiny. We've not lost since the games began!" Mizetto called back from behind his two shields. He then smiled, thinking of something to do that was both fun and tactical. "Let them down? I'm sure they can barely see you, Tiny, so I doubt you'll get in the way. Though I feel sorry for anyone on your team, stuck with a tiny princess. Hey, who's the one who has to carry tissues around for every time you cry when you've lost?"

Ari inwardly cursed when none of her attacks came close to the arrogant Demon. How she wished to paint him red. Setting up her own line of defence, two curved ice shields hovering next to her own body, as second line of defence, Ari looked around to make sure no other team members were joining the battle, knowing Chester would be nearby ready to help. Her eyes flashed, she knew what he was doing, he was trying to get to her where it made her angry... It almost worked, if not for her wish to not get splattered. Instead she gave off a menacing laugh. "Team immortal wont be winning this time round... They have some over-confident and arrogant, vertically challenged midget on their team.. Who may I add, has already been hit. Oh and I though you learnt by now... I. Don't. Lose." Throwing another paint balloon, Ari collected a couple on a dish of sorts, and sent it in the opposite direction to Mizetto, before sneakily circling back around ready to drop it on his head. "I hope your team has tissues ready themselves... Because they will hate you for making them lose this year round."

Mizetto's confidence in his team couldn't falter, no matter how much this tiny Angel tried to demoralise them. Heck, who could doubt the success of a team that hadn't lost in 150 years? And, not to put Mizetto down, but team immortal had won with worse team-mates than Mizetto. So he didn't have any fears, not even if this brat covered him in paint, which would be impossible, would his team come even close to losing their first place position. So the Demon chuckled, glancing to Mo as the King slept, a grin over his face as he was clearly listening in with those big ears of his. "They win every year with an over-confident and arrogant, vertically challenged midget on their team, and he's the toughest to beat, trust me." There was no issue with Mizetto having faith in the Royal Guard's wicked temper during the festival. Hane's sadistic side that came out during Jiko-Jiko had been a torch carrying the immortals through to victory, or how the King and Queen had put it. Mizetto was barely given a moment to blink before Ari tried to circle around him, using her magic and paint to try and catch the Demon off guard. But, with a grin, Mizetto rolled to the floor, commanding his two shields to face the sky. Around the sides, Mizetto saw the splatter of red paint, almost brutal looking, before flipping back onto his feet. Holding two more paint balls, Mizetto sacrificed one shield, moving it under his feet to hover, whilst the other one remained to his side at the ready. Mizetto dashed to the right, aiming the paint balls before throwing them harshly towards the younger Angel. "We never lose, even if by some mythical chance you win, princess, Mo's gonna wake up and make you wish you'd never messed with us!"

Ari smirked at Mizetto... She knew this year the royalties wouldn't win, hell she had a crack team, though she would never admit that out loud. Ever. Ari moved her own shield in the way of the paint bombs... But only just, she was now nearing on burning anger at the Demon, and was ready to splatter his entire being in paint, from the outside in. "I can deal with what ever is thrown at me hobbit." Throwing a couple more paint bombs, that she now really needed to restock on before facing a certain green haired guardian of hers, Ari was quick to get out her wings and fly upwards, setting off another two, before circling around to the back of Mizetto and chuckling. "I told you. I ain't going to lose." Creating a quick and weak ice sphere, Ari filled it with red paint, before throwing it to Mizetto's back, she hoped at least some of the paint would get on him... She had to admit, grudgingly, that they almost had the same level in fighting, though Ari was clearly better, and it would take a little more than throwing paint bombs randomly for her to get Mizetto.

Mizetto had to admit that he struggled to keep up with the Angel's attacks once she summoned his wings. The story would be different if Mizetto chose to also fly, but he didn't want to fall that low as to rely on his wings for speed. Defending the last of the flying paint bombs, Mizetto didn't turn in time to block the last one. Although he managed to smash the paint bomb, he neglected to see that the paint was in fact embedded in ice. And so, as Mizetto smashed it, it splattered all over his rocky defence. It was a small amount, but a bit of paint splashed over Mizetto's shoulder. It looked funny to wince in pain at paint, but Mizetto was used to feeling pain from this girl now, and so instinctly thought he felt pain. He growled as he looked at his shoulder, and then to Ari. Before he could attack again, a certain purple Demon stood between the two children. "Tenshi and Hane have moved far, we need to regroup." Mo stated to Mizetto, smiling despite the loss of a good point for their team. Mizetto looked a little embarrassed, before noticing how a couple of the skulls were missing from his hat. The Demon tried not to grin, but found it amusing to watch two floating skulls carefully position themselves about Ari, holding paint in their misty bodies. Mo turned to address Ari. "Well my dear, you'd make the Queen proud, if she were on your team, but even I must congratulate you on the win. But I'm afraid me and the midget have to go now, good luck." And with that, Mo clicked his little hand, and the two skulls threw down their paint bombs with force towards the Angel girl. As it was happening, Mo summoned his wings, grasping Zetto by the scruff of his neck and rushing off to regroup with the others, making sure they weren't around for anymore of Ari's 'vengeance'.

Everyone who knew the two Angels knew how a chase between Hane and his top student would almost always end. Hane could give Kakushin credit on his determination and physical strength, but when it came to speed, none could outmatch Hane. And Kaku knew it, hence why he made many turns in the chase, before getting caught between two buildings. Trapped like a colourful little rat, Hane jumped down from the roof, Tenshi by his side. Things would be over quickly, their gifts taken and the poor Jiko left to clean himself up. Hane made sure to make it as painful as a rain of paint could be, after all, to him this was punishment to his student for not escaping. Kakushin, now soaked in orange paint, glanced up at something on the roof. It was the other Jiko, laughing down at his partner's paint-based demise. But the Demon Jiko couldn't hold his joyous content for long, as Kakushin cursed up to the Demon, the clean Jiko had troubles of his own. A Human from the red team, climbing agilely over rooftops was soon approaching him. Hane thought it wise not to partake in a second fight, especially with their supplies of paint low currently after raining hell down on the Angel Jiko. And so with a huff, and slight smile towards the exhausted and sticky Kakushin, Hane followed Tenshi out of the alley, intending to meet up with their Demon team-mates to share the loot and restock.
