Name: Ikiru Sonzai-Seikatsu-Yoi-Sutekina-Shiawasena-Saezuri-Shigoto-Watashinonamaeha-Hontoni-Nagaidesu-Sore-Dake-De-Itte-Iru-Bara-Wa-Akai-Sumire-Wa-Aodearu-Watashi-No-Namae-Wa-Nagaidesuga-Sore-Wa-Atarashi-Nanimonai-Suru
Age: 33
Gender: Boy
Race: Angel
Job: Being Happy
Rank: 1 Star
Appearance: Ikiru is and has always been happy. He is always seen with a smile, and appears as brightly as his personality. He has very light blonde hair, and pale skin, both of which common in Angels. His eyes are a soft blue, although they are closed often when Ikiru smiles so much. He's a small Angel, almost fragile looking, with thin arms and legs that look as though they could snap with a sudden gust of wind. He wears a long white shirt, finished off at the forearms with black. When it's cold, or more often when he feels like it, Ikiru wears a thick, hooded coat, mixed in the colours of white and blue. He always carries a long, golden staff. The staff is covered in symbols of little origin, and on the top end is semi-circled and jewelled with small white and blue crystals.
Personality: It's a surprise that Ikiru wasn't made the Guardian of Happiness. Although when meeting him, besides his joyful personality, it's clear as to why Ikiru hasn't yet received such an important job. He is kind, loving, enjoys having fun, but he is absolutely hopeless at nearly everything. An example of how hard it is to trust the funny Angel with a job can be from his name alone. When he became an Angel, and was given the idea that it was a new life that he himself could rule over, Ikiru decided in such fashion to change his last name. He is irresponsible, but longs to protect others and at most his sister. Ikiru makes friends easily, sometimes the friends he make don't actually like him back, but it never stops Ikiru from annoying them. What knowledge Ikiru lacks in fighting and understanding how the world works, he makes up for in a wise understanding of emotions, and exactly how others are feeling, even if they are trying to hide it. He has heightened abilities in knowing when people are sad for example, and will try his best to turn their frowns upside down.
Likes: Having fun, cute things, food in general, dancing, colourful things, magic, day, night, sleeping, running around, when people ask for his full name, shiny things, being entertained, being lazy, drawing doodles, failing at any skill, making others as happy as he is, making toys (his only noticeable skill)
Dislikes: Short names, grumpy-faced friends.
Weapons: Ikiru has no weapons, his only real skill is running away. He could supposedly use his staff to whack others on the head.
Magic: Life Magic (Minor): A much weaker form of his sister's magic, Ikiru can cast small orbs of light into inanimate objects to 'bring them to life'. However, his magic cannot work on objects larger than a fist.
History: As a Human, Ikiru was the young member of a travelling circus. It was fortunate that he was born into the family, because his lack of any skills would have forced Ikiru out of the family if his blood didn't run through the circus. His older sister, Dove, was a happy teen when Ikiru was just a boy, and her beauty and balance made her a popular acrobat during the circus shows. Ikiru was given mediocre jobs, like handing out treats to the crowds or helping in creating props. The circus was widely known, and very popular. But the fact that the family of freaks considered themselves as a family, never accepting outsiders, meant that as the years passed, the younger generation was put through more and more work. They were young adults, but the siblings were worked to the bone like trained elders. Dove was doing performances more often than sleeping, and soon the strain really got to her. Ikiru didn't like seeing his sister show such fake smiles during her wonderful performances, and so despite him being talentless, Ikiru decided to join in the shows. He became a comedian, without even meaning to. But his failures on stage at every other circus trick meant that the audience found Ikiru hilarious to watch. So the young man was made into the company's clown, and succeeded in loosening the pressure off of his sister. But things for Dove weren't sweet for long. Due to the summer heat, she collapsed during a performance, falling the long fall to her death.
The death of their greatest performer dropped the circus into depression, emotional and financial. But Ikiru was ready to remember his sisters memory, and carry on making others happy. He brought the circus back to life, reminding their family to have more fun, and soon the circus became as popular as in it's golden days. Ikiru lived through many years, performing and making the world around him smile. Until one day, when the old Ikiru was one of the eldest members of the circus, a tragedy befell the circus during a show. Ikiru was on stage, when suddenly fire lit up the stands. From the confined space inside of the circus tent, no one could escape. And Ikiru knew it, so he stood, around his loved family and audience, trying his best to encourage hope and happiness amongst them. After all, Ikiru didn't want everyone to die in a sad way, life should end on a high note, not matter the time or location. He brought some spirits up before the end, and that was well enough for the old circus clown to be given a bright new life.
Ikiru was reborn an Angel, and soon adopted by his older sister, who had lived as an Angel, watching his process from afar. Dove had also become Guardian of Life as an Angel, and Ikiru learnt everything he could from his older sister. She told him of their Human lives, and Ikiru knew that he wanted nothing more than to carry on his old work. Making others happy. Ikiru made friends easily, and some were eager to see the young boy grow and become more skilled in doing the job of an Angel. They expected him to get a Guardian role, but alas the Queen didn't see the young boy as worthy, not yet. Ikiru didn't mind, a job title or not, he still went around helping others. When surveying Sohul life with his sister, Ikiru met his Human-murderer, Hisan. The Demon was instantly titled as a friend, since Ikiru didn't really care about their past, since he wasn't one to hold a grudge against anyone. But the Demon God hated Ikiru's guts, and the Angel knew it. He, along with the other sour-soul Demons of Dranar became Ikiru's project. He was obviously pro-peace for Demons and Angels, and so thought that bringing some rays of happiness to his Demons 'friends' would help improve relationships. Ikiru still believes he can do this, despite how difficult Hisan's frown was to remove, and looks to make a pro-happy future for the races, along with his sister.
Free Item: Pet: Phoenix
Shyni, a phoenix that Ikiru and Dove adopted when they found the poor creature dead in Sohul. She was brought back to Aura, where her ashes could recover and rebirth the fire bird. Her fire is almost identical to light magic, as she is a white phoenix, and her loyalty to her two masters is unbreakable. She is as happy-go-luck and irresponsible as Ikiru. Which is fine whilst she's still small, but could cause a lot of problems when she's full grown and the size of a house.
