Facing that boring old council again in one day would surely be the death of Ningen. He ran through the thick streets of Baransu, huffing and wheezing, trying to replace his noble clothes with his casual ones whilst running away from any pestering body-guards. People moved out of his way as Nin ran, which was a little annoying, he hated the idea that commoners thought they needed to part like the seas at a noble's approach. Not a few years ago, Ningen was just one of them, another fly of the swarm. Now it was like people feared they'd be hanged just for touching the side of a noble. Was this was the powerful beings of Humans wanted? Did nobles want to be feared like the beings of the skies they were supposed to be protecting Humans from? Ningen just didn't understand, and he didn't want to bare another hour of listening to the council try and explain themselves.
Ningen stumbled to a stop, coughing as he tried to regain some energy. Correction, either he'd die from the boring-ass meetings, or he'd die trying to run away from them. Sniffing, Ningen gave up trying to change into his casual clothes, simply placing his green jacket over the top of his noble clothes. Sighing, Ningen glanced back into the crowds of people. Somewhere in that swarm, at least two bodyguards were searching for the noble to make sure they got paid. And Ningen was hell-bent on making sure that didn't happen. He wanted to do anything but sit in that room, talking big about the future and yet doing nothing from it. Nin could do more good out here, helping people, then he could tied up in that silly tower. Ningen placed a hand over his magic gun, waiting for his breathing to stop wheezing before carrying on into the quieter area of Baransu.
