Nanari headed off into Mavie's room before kneeling down towards her. "Hey Mavie, Kaku and Neko have something planned to help you get better okay? Im not sure what but I trust them. Now you have to promise me that whatever it is, you don't tell anyone else, it may get them into trouble... And we don't want that." "Of course Nanari. I promise my heart that I wont tell." Nanari watched with a small smile as Mavie crossed her heart. Such a sweet childish gesture and Nanari was so happy that Mavie would get to experience more of these moments. She watched as Mavie and Tulus had tea together, before turning her attention towards the returning Neko and taking hold of the vial. Her eyes widened at the sight of the red liquid, she had been around so much of it before that it wasn't hard to tell it was blood. "Neko, is... Is this Kaku's blood?" Keeping her voice low, as to not alert Mavie as to what it was, before nodding and working out the best way to get it into Mavie's system. Though Nanari wasn't comfortable about Kaku being in the same room with Mavie... Over how he was giving the cure, she still wanted him to be as comfortable as possible, he was doing a marvellous thing after all. "That's fine, just let me make sure it will be okay with Mavie first... She is only five." Turning towards Mavie, Nanari took hold of one of her hands. "Mavie sweetie. I need you to try this and tell me if it tastes okay... There are many you will need to drink or have injected into you, and I would much rather not put a needle into your arms so many times, if I can help it." Nanari handed the vial over and watched as her little sister drunk the liquid before sticking out her tongue. "It doesn't taste too great, but if its what's getting me better then I don't mind." Nanari sighed in relief before asking the big question. "Sweetie, this liquid is very precious to Kaku, and he's letting you have some as its going to help you... But it means he got to give himself boo-boo's to get it... Are you okay with him being in here while he does that?" "That's fine, but I may not watch if you don't mind.. But I promise to thank him after." Nanari nodded towards Neko, before making sure Kaku could find a comfortable place to sit.

Kaku leaned against the wall of the bathroom. He had his eyes closed, thinking of the worst outcomes for the betrayal he was committing. He wasn't rethinking his choice to help, but simply wondering what others would think. Truth be told, out of all Angels, Kaku's and other strong Guardian's blood was probably the most precious. Twenty vials of blood seemed a lot, but compared to how much others would have to give, Kaku's sacrifice didn't seem as bad. The Angel smiled silently to himself, that said, he was going to be tired by the end of all this.
Neko almost winced as he handed over the vial. The secret was out now, even if known by only a Human medic and 5-year old, it was still broken. "Yeah," Neko whispered near Nanari's ear, "Angelic blood has healing properties, cures for any illness. For obvious reasons, Angels don't like others knowing about it." Neko stopped to watch Nanari explain to the clever, and very tolerant Mavie what was going on in a simple way. The cat wouldn't have been able to convince a little girl like Nanari could, what a kind gift she had. Neko took a hold of one of Nanari's hands before going to get Kakushin. "Nanari... this gift, it's obviously a big secret for Angels. But I, me and Kaku can trust you with this kind of thing, so thank you. For everything you're doing, and anything you'll do in the future. Now, I'll go get our blood cow." Neko winked, before shuffling off into the bathroom. The Guardian followed his friend slowly into the room, giving Nanari a smile and thumbs-up as he walked over to a chair. It would be a little hard to get what they needed with someone so young in the room, but Kakushin was grateful that Nanari thought it would be ok. Neko half-smiled to Kaku. "We'll slowly get the blood," He turned to look to Nanari as well, "Mavie won't need all of it now, just two or three vials every day until it's all gone. Even now, she's probably feeling better." Kakushin smiled as well as his feline friend, they may be breaking a lot of Angel rules, but knowing they'd succeed in saving a life just made it feel worth the risk. Neko carefully poked the knife into Kaku's arm again, making sure to cover his work so no-one else in the room could see. A few more vials were filled quickly, before the blood began to thin out. Kaku covered the arm in a towel, not yet feeling any different, but patiently waiting for the two medics to do whatever wonders they did. Neko sighed to Mavie. "It could be a while, I can't just drain him, since that might kill our cow." "Our what?" "Of course with a young lady in the room, she might get curious. So, could you continue on Kaku? I can... uh, keep Mavie company." Neko suggested, turning to face Mavie, before reverting to his feline form. Mavie's eyes widened in happy awe. "Wow! You're so cool and adorable kitty!" Neko chuckled a little, glancing to Nanari before letting Mavie cover him in cuddles.

Nanari looked to Neko before smiling. "I understand. And I promise, this secret is safe with me... It wont even be added to my research on the realms, I wont let anybody know. And its me who should be thanking you, both of you." Nanari gave them a smile before half watching Neko work when both returned to the room, and half watching Mavie to make sure she was okay. "Did you hear that Mavie? Just a few vials everyday, but don't worry, I'll make sure mummy knows. And of course, I wont explain what's in them... Just to trust that it will heal her." The last part was aimed at Kaku and Neko, Nanari really was going to make sure this stayed in this house, no matter the cost. But she trusted the Honning's, and if it was to help their little girl, they would do anything. Nanari averted her attention towards Neko as he spoke, and chuckled at the cow comment. "Sure thing, and thank you once again... If Mavie gets a bit too cuddly for your liking just let Tulus know, he will help... Right Tulus?" "Aye!" Nanari headed over to Kaku before filling up another vial, and letting Kaku rest for a bit... It was such a wonderful thing he was doing, no wonder he was turned into an Angel. "Thank you ever so much Kaku, I know you could possibly get into trouble for this if anyone found out... But I am ever so grateful to you and Neko, but you especially. Like I've said, we, I wont tell a single soul."

Kakushin smiled, watching his feline friend get to grips with the grips of a child. Poor Neko wriggled and tried to smile through the suffocating holds and kisses, but Kakushin could slowly see the cat relax a bit. Kakushin himself began to relax back against the chair, they still had a lot to come, but it was worth it to see the healthy and happy rosy cheeks of Mavie as she played with Neko and Tulus. Kakushin smiled to Nanari as she came over, leaning himself forwards so she could get a good flow from his arm. The Angel chuckled, "It's no problem, I've always been a problem for Angels, ironic being an Angel of Peace huh? And no need to thank me, it's a duty after all." Kakushin tried to make it sound simply like he was doing his job, since he cared too much to take credit for things he did out of compassion for others. Kakushin replaced the towel until the next vial was ready. He watched Mavie with a smile, waving a little if the little girl happened to look over to them. "To see that kind of smile," Kakushin muttered, watching the blissful girl, "I wonder why I don't just give my blood to all the sick." The Angel knew exactly why. Denying Demons any rebirths from sickly deaths would cause uproar. But Kakushin couldn't help the temptation, the idea of giving Nanari a supply to use for others, heal the world slowly so that every child could grow up in peace without the manipulation of death or disease.

Nanari watched Kaku as he spoke and gave a slight chuckle as she prepared the next vial... She could tell he was sugar coating that he was doing this because he wanted to, rather then as a duty. "I can see in your face that you want to do this... Not everyone, if any, would be willing to do something that could get them into so much trouble... And when you meet a person like that, you must be grateful... And thank them why you have the chance, before its too late." Nanari thought towards her brother, even though she was young at the time, she could tell he hated what he did to help her... And yet he still did so, and she herself never got chance to thank him. "So I thank you again Kaku. It does mean a lot. I didn't know if I could bare loosing another that I cared for... Call me selfish, but I wouldn't have been able to believe it." Nanari looked towards Mavie and gave a sweet smile... Neko seemed to be warming up to her as well, she made a mental note to bring over some cat toys for when Mavie got her kitten, so that the little thing wouldn't always be suffocated by the hyperactive girl. "You cant save everyone Kaku, but what you can do is make sure they have a full life in the time they have... Make sure they die happy and feeling loved and cared for." Nanari moved to fill up another of the vials, though there were still many more to do.

Kakushin eyed Nanari as she spoke. It made him think of what he'd just learnt, the coincidence of the face that Nanari's brother was Rurushu, as a Human. He was considering telling her, everything. Who Rurushu was now, where he was. But then he thought against it. Nanari probably expected the kind brother she'd once known to be a pure Angel, doing right. Whilst Kakushin held nothing against Rurushu for the organization he had himself in, he didn't know if Nanari could accept it. He'd prefer for the pair to meet on their own terms one day, without Kakushin's influence. Kaku brought himself out of the thoughts, smiling kindly to Nanari. He glanced to Mavie with her, thinking of the life she could have now. She could get a kitten of her own, create a whole life for herself.
Kakushin sighed, leaning back. "I know, death isn't something I can just deny. But I... experienced something once, and since then I refused to believe that people couldn't know peace before death. Everyone deserves a good life, the time to feel loved. Dying early means you don't get that, that peace. So that's why I strive to make sure people get a good taste of the peaceful life before they join us in the sky." He stated, smiling to Nanari. He kept quiet after that, starting to feel the strain as they filled more and more vials. Mavie was forever playing with Neko, the cat sometimes getting the chance to glance to Kaku. But the Angel remained quiet, face going paler as blood kept leaving. He knew this would happen, Kakushin could feel the chill and weight of sleep bringing him lower into the chair. But he refused to sleep, instead trying to keep interacting through the exhaustion.

Nanari smiled up to Kaku for his words, knowing the strain of the blood loss was getting to him, so she didn't respond, but instead squeezed one of his hands in recognition. Checking the amount of vials they had collected in the time they were speaking, she was pleased to see there were only a couple more to collect. Being the healer she was, Nanari was quick to finish up and hover her hand over the cut, sending a small flash of light to emit from the wound and heal over. Cleaning off the rest of the blood, and wrapping a bandage around it, making sure the cut couldn't reopen itself, Nanari gave Kaku a small smile. "All done. Im sure Fiona wont mind you taking a nap on the sofa... Or we can head back to mine quickly and you can have a bed to sleep on for as long as you need." Squeezing both of Kaku's hands, Nanari collected up the vials. "Thank you so much again Kaku. It really does mean a lot. I'll be right back though." Walking over to Mavie, Neko and Tulus, Nanari sat down with them. "Neko, you want to go check on Kaku?" Turning her gaze towards Mavie, Nanari smiled. "Im going to give all these vials to your mummy, you will need to take one, three times a day until they are all gone, and then you should be better." "Thank you Nanari." Watching as Mavie got up and head over to Kaku, she couldn't stop the grin from reaching her face when she gave him a hug. Nanari wanted to cry, her little sister was going to get better, and she couldn't be more happy. "Mavie said im going to have another friend soon when she gets Bubbles." Scratching behind the ear of Tulus, Nanari let a tear of happiness fall. "That kitten will so be spoiled by her."

Kaku seemed to come a bit more alive when he was done, but he still couldn't find the energy to get up. Sleeping here would suit him fine, even this chair was a good enough bed for the exhausted Angel. He watched Nanari patch up the wound nice and easy, yawning loud once it was safe. Kakushin waved a weak hand as Nanari moved over to see Mavie, and the Angel simply closed his eyes, ears awake as he listened up to the others. He chuckled as Mavie came over, followed by Neko. The little girl felt so warm, perhaps because Kakushin felt so cold right now, but he smiled, nodding a thanks as the sweet little girl. "You'll be alright now, yeah?" Kakushin asked the little girl. Mavie nodded her little head, "Uh huh, thanks to Mr. Kaku." She stated. The Angel smiled from ear to ear. "She's right, even though you're an Angel, what you did was amazing Kaku." The Angel's widened eyes didn't even compare to Mavie's suddenly surprised expression. "You're an Angel?" Mavie squeaked, a hand over her little mouth as she hopped up and down, giving Kaku another strangling hug. The Angel smiled and accepted the hug, looking from the regretting look on Neko's face to Nanari.

Nanari just chuckled at the look on Neko's face, she herself didn't really mind Mavie finding out, it was Kaku who needed to worry as he was the one who now had to put up with her. Though in a way she felt bad, Kaku was trying to hide that he was an Angel, so Mavie finding out... Wasn't something she expected, even if it was Neko who caused it. "Sorry Kaku looks like you wont ever be allowed to leave again." It felt as if a huge weight had been taken off her shoulders, knowing that Mavie would be okay... Nanari may have much more to do to find an actual cure for all the others. But her main concern was Mavie, call her selfish but she didn't want to lose her little sister, not another one. So knowing she could make such jokes, and knowing Mavie would be around for them, meant so much to her. "Mavie sweetie, you cant tell anyone Kaku's an Angel okay? Promise me." Mavie quickly glanced towards Nanari before smiling widely. "Sure thing Nanari. I tell no one." She looked back towards Kaku and jumped up and down once more. "Mr Kaku, can please, please, please with a cherry on top see your wings. Please!" Nanari couldn't help but Awwh at Mavie's puppy dog eyes. "Told you she would want to see them..."

Kakushin almost winced, but he didn't really mind Mavie knowing what he was. It wasn't a major secret, and the little girl looked like one to trust, considering she already knew one big secret. The Angel's eyes bounced as the little girl hopped in joy, chuckling along with everyone in the room. Neko felt the need to speak up when Kaku was asked about his wings. "He might be a little tired Mavie..." Kakushin lifted a hand, smiling in appreciation of Neko's concern. He might feel tired, but giving blood didn't take any magic energy from Kakushin. But it would still be hard to do. Then again, looking at the cute, happy little face. Kakushin wanted to give Mavie one more gift. He pushed off the chair, standing momentarily as he summoned the golden light that formed his wings, before falling onto one knee. Kakushin panted, but Mavie was too fixed on the feathered wings to be concerned. She clapped her hands, squealing and stroking the soft wings. "Wow! They're so soft and fluffy Mr.Kaku!" "Only thanks to my maintenance." Neko stated, grinning to Kaku as the Angel glared at him. Maintenance, more like yearly torture. Kaku didn't dwell on it, instead chuckling as he let Mavie circle around, patting and stroking the white wings as much as she liked.

Nanari watched in amazement when Kaku showed his wings... Despite being so tired as well, it meant so much to her, and she couldn't even begin to think of ways to repay him, he had done so much already, and yet he continued giving. She was desperate to go over there and feel them herself, but refrained from doing so, she didn't wish to look like an eager child, even if that was how she felt right now. "You know Mavie... We should let Mr Kaku rest. He's done a lot for you today, im sure if you ask nicely though he will visit again..." Crawling over to Mavie, Nanari whispered in her ear, but loud enough for everyone else to hear "We may even be able to rope him into joining us for our monthly picnic..." Mavie just nodded her head and went back to looking at the wings, they did seem so amazing. "Those wings truly are magnificent. Neko you do wonders with maintenance." Nanari studied the wings from where she sat, this was the closest she ever got to some before... "Nari im surprised your not doing the same as Mavie..." She heard Tulus and Mavie chuckle slightly before she paled, she was desperate to feel the wings, but really didn't want to act so childish and ask more from Kaku after everything he's already done... She was sure he wished to just rest now after all.

Kaku was a busy Angel, typical for someone with a Guardian job that required his full attention for the many ugly fights Humans got themselves into. Saying that, he did sped most of his work time slouching off or finding something more interesting to do. So even the thought of a picnic was enough excuse away from working for Kakushin to smile at. "I'm fine really, a good sleep sounds nice but I can wait." "I don't think you've slept for eight days Kaku." Neko butted in, rather stern look over his feline face. Kakushin wafted a hand, yes eight days without sleep sounded like torture. To a young Kakushin, it would have been impossible. But theses days, there was always something, or rather someone worth staying awake for. Mavie was straight back to looking at Kaku's wings, and the Angel grinned, moving one wing down under Mavie. He then lifted her up, as light as she was, clear off the ground with only one wing's worth of strength. Mavie giggled, holding onto the thick feathers in the lift, and Kakushin smiled, shaking her around slowly as he listened to the harmonic, happy laugh. He only caught was Tulus said, and looked at the pale look on Nanari. He smiled, gesturing her closer, and extending out his free wing for her to feel. He didn't mind people touching them. In fact Kakushin could trust anyone with his wings other than the plucking-happy Neko.

Nanari giggled when watching the laughing Mavie be lifted into the air, and knew it was something the little girl would treasure for the rest of her life. Though part of Nanari felt bad for letting Kaku do this, especially after hearing he hadn't slept for eight days and alongside giving blood... It must be taking a toll on him, and made a mental promise to bring him back to hers so he could have a comfy bed to sleep on for as long as he needed. Nanari's eyes lit up when Kaku gestured her closer, slowly reaching out she gently brushed her fingers across the feathers, they truly were so soft and fluffy. She was ever so small with each brush over them, to the point where she was barely touching the wing... They seemed so precious and delicate, almost too good to be true. "They're magnificent." Her voice was breathless and whispered, she feared if she spoke any louder she would wake up from this dream, she had always wished to see wings up close, but had never met an Angel... So now she was, it was hard to believe it was reality. "Seriously beautiful."

Kakushin smiled. To an Angel, it was hard to see the beauty behind wings. They were there for using in flight, sometimes battle, but not many Angels saw them in how others saw them. And yet, people like Nanari and Mavie saw them as precious, fluffy things. Neko saw them as a treasure, a prize to keep in mint condition. A twitch at the tickling, gentle touch from Nanari. She was so careful, for touching something that didn't break easily. Kakushin chuckled, letting Mavie drop from his wing, landing in his lap. "Mr. Kakushin, you're so cool, can I keep your wings?" Mavie asked, giving Kaku puppy eyes. The Angel giggled, "Ah, sorry. But I need them if I want to get home later. But..." Kakushin moved a hand across his wing, plucking out one that was looser than the others. Kaku showed Mavie the white feather, twirling it around a bit. "You can have this, something else from me." Mavie snatched up the feather, but was careful with it in her clutches. Little girl happy, Kakushin glanced to Nanari. "Would you like one?" He asked, moving to gently push his friend to make sure she hadn't passed into some sort of dream. Soon though, like a wall, Kakushin felt sleep hit him. He really was tired, and yawned loudly to prove it. Neko purred slightly, lying on the chair as he watched the events in quiet. "I suppose we should get going soon, I don't know how much more playtime our Angel can take."

Nanari was so occupied looking at the wings she didn't hear anything going on around her, it was like she was in her own little world. It wasn't until she was gently pushed that she even realised there was still company, or that she was asked a question. "Wha..? Oh, if you don't mind... They are beautiful." Nanari giggled behind her hands when Kaku yawned, and knew it was time to go, even before Neko spoke the same conclusion. "If you want Tulus can show you back to mine, you can take the bed in the guest room. I'll finish up here with Fiona quickly. Feel free to stay at mine as long as you need, its the least I can do." Nanari looked towards Mavie at her slight crest fallen face at hearing everyone had to leave. "Awwh, Mavie, I promise to be back as soon as I can, and im sure if you ask nicely Kaku and Neko may pay a visit too."
