Every drop of blood lost felt like a sin on Kaku's part, and he went silent in punishment to himself, unable to find anymore words right now. Kaku looked to his hand went Nanari placed her weak one over it, taking a few breaths as she spoke to him. Jasper was gone to get help, but Kakushin was glad he was missing right now, it meant Kakushin could calm himself down. When all Kakushin's hatred was merely pointed towards himself, he finally nodded a little. "Yeah." The King muttered, shuffling to sit more comfortably. It was hard to simply sit and watch Nanari suffer like this, which was when Kakushin remembered something. The realisation didn't cause him to smile, or cause anything to change on the King's expression. But, he silently lifted his other hand, summoning a tiny, faint light from it, and placed it down over his other hand, that kept pressure on the wound. Kaku still possessed Peace magic, and even if it had failed so far to keep any kind of peace, at least it would calm down the pain Nanari experienced, and dull the senses around her wound at least. Once Kakushin had done so, his brow creased slightly at Nanari's request. He didn't know how much a chance he could give to an enemy. Sure, the kid was Nanari's, but he was also the one preventing Kakushin from even seeing his children. But, for the sake of preventing any more violence, at least in this household, Kaku nodded slightly. He went to respond, before holding his words when he heard Jasper return. He came back with another Human, no doubt a Saint. Kaku clenched his fist for a moment, before relaxing it, and looking to the side. He looked away from Jasper and his friend, leaving them to do their work, and keeping his hand near Nanari for her support alone. Once Jasper's accomplice had done what was needed, Kaku cleared his throat. "There is no possibility of me ever forgiving you... but, thank you, for helping her." Kaku muttered, before only partly glaring to Jasper now. "You want to help... but you also can't give up my children? Fine... then help end this war, by being the one to start it." Kakushin commanded, glare beginning to harden. "Declare war, Jasper."

Nanari sighed when some of the pain was numbed, smiling softly up to Kaku, glad he had now calmed down. She knew she was asking a lot from him to give Jasper a chance, but Nanari knew Jasper didn't want this to happen, any of it, and there was definitely something more going on then what he was saying. She squeezed his hand once more, trying to let him know she was thankful to him for this, considering she had no more strength to talk... That's was until Jasper and another returned, and Nanari felt searing pain in her shoulder as she let out a blood curdling scream. It was the most pain she had felt at once, not something she was use to, and she could slowly feel herself slip unconscious, she half remembers mumbling "play nice" into the room, fearing what would happen now she was no long able to stop them from fighting. But she couldn't be sure as things turned black, the last thing she heard was Kaku speaking, even if what he said never stuck in her mind. She could only hope that her home would be in tack, and that Burea and Tulus could keep an eye on Hane while she was out of commission, and someone would have the brains to find Tenshi for her.

Jasper held his breath through Nanari's pain. He couldn't imagine how Baxton must feel when he did this to everyone, a healer with powers that came at a cost. All the Saints could at least claim they preferred his treatments to one like Vadium. Even so, Baxton must have it hard at times. But, as Jasper looked to him, Baxton only looked determined, and smiled a little to Jasper when he'd completed the healing. There was hardly room to relax once Nanari had fallen asleep, as Jasper felt the pair of eyes burning into him. Kakushin wasn't pleased, even beyond all that had happened, he still wasn't happy. Jasper supposed he did have a right, considering all that had happened. Though the Saint was surprised when Kaku thanked him and Baxton, the latter tipping his hat a little to the King, before checking on Nanari's wound, and her general condition. Jasper shock his head, ever so slightly, with the weight of having to agree to what Kakushin asked. Right now, and for as long as Jasper was aware, there was no way he could give up the young Prince and Princess. As hard as it would be to understand, they were safest where they were, with the Saints, right now. Kakushin compromise, made Jasper go pale, and caught Baxton's attention. "I.." Jasper began, having to pause and swallow the information down a bit more. He didn't know what to do, or think. What punishment would he face if he declared war? Jasper feared to think of it. "I think you should as well." Baxton suddenly stated. "We attacked first, it's only respectful. And the last thing we want is for others to believe we're nothing but savages." Jasper caught a glimpse of Kaku's fists clenching further, the violent temptation in his eye, but ignored it to think some more. To be fair, it was in Jasper's power to declare war. He had been appointed the leader of all Human armies, after all. The gave him power, power controlled by the council like they were his puppet-master, but it still meant Jasper could do something. He finally sighed, slowly getting up, and having Baxton quickly go to support Jasper on his tired legs. "Very well... By tomorrow, the word should be out. I promise I'll declare it... your majesty, so you don't have to." Jasper replied, looking down to Nanari. He assumed Kakushin would be staying here, to take care of Nanari, and the Angel also resting here upstairs. So Jasper could take his leave. He had a promise to fulfil now, which meant there was no time to rest, and Jasper assumed there never would be a time to rest, ever again.
