Yume lead the way all the way to her cabin before turning to the large angry group that followed. "Mitasu is just by those rocks behind the lake, probably hiding behind them, with a plan. Be careful, we may not be in her domain anymore, but that doesn't mean she cant use her magic to manipulate and torture you all. I will warn you all of anything that's made from her mind, in case she has allies from this time." Yume didn't know how she felt about people now knowing where she lived, it meant that once all this was over, she may be getting un wanted visitors like before this began. But she promised to help, and so far, they hadn't broken her conditions, so its not like she had a reason to break hers. Unfortunately. But against it all, Yume was looking forward to a good old fashioned fight, not ever getting involved with one due to her isolation, probably the only one looking forward to it for the wrong reasons, oh well, its not like she cared. With that in mind, Yume carried on, this area known like the palm of her hand, so Mitasu couldn't hide for long, if she was in the first place, it was off to kill her bitter rival.

Post by Just Mo on Aug 27, 2015 21:56:17 GMT
Plans weren't going as well as Mo had hoped. Maybe he should have told Mitasu about the difference in time, but he didn't want to hurt his friend like that. Telling her that all the others were gone, all their allies, even Shinda was lost to some horrible void. Mo didn't know if just himself as a survivor would be enough to get Mitasu on his side. Things were troubling Mo as he got word that the others were trying to defeat Mitasu, going into nightmares to fight her. That might just reveal to Mitasu what world she was in now, which was problematic for Mo. He went to find Mitasu first, hoping his friend finally had the energy to wake up properly now. And that was just the case, but rather than a happy reunion, Mo was yelled at. Mitasu demanded answers, about the time she was in and why everything was different, and about the Sun child she was fighting, that wasn't being used as a Sun weapon like the one's she knew. Then the purple Demon had to explain everything. This time line was far from the one Mitasu thought she was in, and her face dropped and emotions were crushed when Mo admitted that no one else survived the war but them. The tipping point was when Mo claimed that it was thanks to him that the Sun child was running around, after he'd forced it's awakening years ago. Mitasu and Mo alike knew how much their 'boss' hated those things, and Mitasu just lost it. She tried to attack Mo, even freshly awoken, and the purple Demon did what he could to get away. He dodged what he could, but Mitasu was one to teach Mo what he'd once known, and even much older, the purple Demon struggled to fight back. He ended up running out from the rocks, landing in the shallow part of the lake, with a few cuts on his little body. It was then that Mo noticed the others. He didn't want them here, but at the same time, this was the most perfect time for them to come. Seeing Mo injured like this, they could help protect him from Mitasu's rage, so long as they took care of her before the betrayed Demon spoke about Mo too much in front of them.

Tenshi wasn't looking forward to this fight, despite wanting to end Mitasu, but she kept it to herself, seeing as she needed to be in good form to help. But when noticing where they were, Tenshi could see why Yume was ready to go, and knew where, at least they had the advantage with one knowing the area. Tenshi was about to step back and let a few others go on ahead, just so she could be sure on what this message meant, but the notice of Mo in the distance pushed away that thought as she went running over to help her friend. She briefly wondered how he knew where Mitasu was, because there was no way he would be able to just come across her, not here anyways, but that was a question for after the fight. Holding her dear friend, Tenshi healed what cuts he currently had before finally allowing herself to speak. "You okay Mo? You should know better then to fight Mitasu alone." Tenshi feared for her friend, seeing how both saw what she could do at the beginning, and fighting alone in a battle like this was a sure death. And one Tenshi vowed to make sure didn't happen. Looking back to the others, Tenshi gestured a little up ahead by the rocks. "I'm assuming she's around there. Careful, she may be better in her nightmares when it comes to mental wounds, but in the real world, she has a sharp attack, don't let her catch you off guard."

Reverting back to this form felt so good. Akvan remembered using it when fighting Zuura. But that hadn't been the real him, there was no control then, even if it felt like there was. Now, Akvan was in full control of his Eteru, and the strain was so manageable he could barely feel pain. He could barely feel anything, as he followed everyone else, it felt like he was as light as the air around him. This was the first test and success for the new prosthetics Ningen had given Akvan too. Both legs were implanted with a magic cube containing Akvan's Solaris magic, so they could change as he did now. It felt like a beyond impossible invention, but there was no denying Ningen's genius, and once this was over, Akvan would need to thank him again. Getting his mind back and focusing on the task, Akvan stopped just behind Yume, immediately recognising where they were. He glanced to Hada, covered by her Faeri armour, and Labari in her old form too. It looked like for now, Flood, Fairy and Fable were back and ready to fight. Akvan wouldn't change what life he had now, but it was nice to get a taste of the old one again. He caught a glimpse of something purple, letting Tenshi run first towards Mo. Why he was here, Akvan didn't know, but it was certain that the ex-King was in trouble, perhaps trying to get rid of Mitasu himself. With the team they had, Akvan was confident that this wouldn't take long. He'd calmed down from what happened before, the fury had been released when Akvan was able to obliterate the Dream world. Now he knew the others had a bone to pick with Mitasu, and Akvan was here to help with that, and make sure the others weren't hurt. "Amicus." Akvan cast, holding out his palm. It looked like some beautiful plant like structure emerged from his hand. Golden vines sprouted, before moving towards everyone around him. The vines entered their bodies before seemingly disappearing. "I've given everyone a share of my power, we don't know what to prepare for, so this should give us the edge." Akvan announced. He'd still be able to fight, perhaps not at the strength he'd shown in the dream, but with everyone's powers boosted with Solaris magic, Akvan knew he wasn't going alone anymore. "Umbra." Akvan summoned the golden shadows around him, before sending one hurling at Mitasu's hiding spot, forcing her to reveal herself, or at least destroy where she hid.

Mitasu hated Mo for the lies he gave, and part of Mitasu wished to give up this petty fight now, with no reason to take over, considering Mitasu never wanted the power herself. But she was too far in, and would at least destroy the ones who dared entered her realm knowingly. Mo was just as weak as she remembered as she taught him, so it was no surprise that he lost quick into the fight she picked. And now knowing about this Sun Tear, made that fight a little easier to handle. In hearing her old rival care for Mo, Mitasu gave a smile, of course, the dear thing still believed Mo was on her side, always had been since that final day, she had no idea who awoke her. That would most certainly be a way to get her revenge on Mo, as well as break Tenshi even more, as it was obvious she was effected by her message, even after all these apparent years. Knowing the Sun Tear and others would try to scare her out, Mitasu moved silently to another space hidden, before conjuring up her first trick of the evening, power much stronger now she was fully awoken, and fear set into their minds over what could become. "Go distract them will you my dear. Tenshi must miss you very much." Mitasu didn't get to face Rifi back then, her boss killing the child before she got that chance, but she saw how close he was to Tenshi, one she did fight, and how he fought. She knew him almost as well her Tenshi, Mo and Shinda, so she couldn't wait to see of Tenshi's reaction, when facing her beloved again. And considering how close she must be to all here, watching someone so important break before their eyes, will give Mitasu a much loved advantage. Laughing as her old hiding spot disappeared, Mitasu got comfortable as to watch the show, sending Rifi out from another area. Mitasu had work to do, people to break, and considering who is here, an old friend of many is perfect for this, because, of course, death is just an illusion to her.
Note: If u don't know who she's also bringing back after your next reply, I will cry. Xxx

Post by Gensho Night on Aug 28, 2015 13:50:45 GMT
Of all places for Mitasu to be hiding, it was right under their noses. Right next to the river where Gensho had numerous unfortunate experiences. If he'd looked around some more, they could have found Mitasu without the Demon God having to go through all that Yume put him through. But there was no going back now, they were all here and ready to end this. Gensho wouldn't be able to equal the fury of his brother, but Chester meant a lot for Gensho too. She was all he had for a long time, and hated to see her hurt. He didn't know what Akvan did in the Dream world, but it got Chester back, and made Yume laugh. The God of Night could be proud of his brother, Akvan was looking a lot better then he used to, even under these circumstances. They stopped in the wastelands near Yume's home, Gensho able to remember this place well. He wandered closer to Yume. "To think, she's been just there all this time." Gensho commented to her. He was surprised as everyone else to see Mo here as well, since no one saw the purple Demon these days. He looked here to fight, but wasn't doing well. If Mitasu was strong enough to take on Mo, then this battle would be tough. Although, no doubt Gensho and everyone else could appreciate the boost in power. Gensho felt the strength flow into him from Akvan's magic, unable to imagine how this was but a small fraction of what a Sun child could really contain. With this, they all might just have a shot at ending this quickly. Mitasu's tricks didn't change in the real world, as Gensho caught sight of someone leaving the rocks that wasn't the Demon witch. They went for Tenshi, so Gensho had no inkling who this was, but was prepared to face more of Mitasu's allies.

Tenshi kept her friend close, not wanting to lose him any time soon, mindlessly paying attention to what was happening behind her. She felt a slight pull in her, the Sun Tears magic flowing and giving more strength, it would come in handy with healing too, making the use more powerful. This being something Tenshi knew she would have to use at some point. But Tenshi heard the silence, and dread flowed through her, slowly looking up, Tenshi's eyes widened, before she straightened up and held out a shaking hand with a blast of light magic. "Hello there Slow Poke. Its been a while..." Tenshi's breath was broken as she panicked, unable to let the blast go, he looked exactly as she remembered, sounded the same, even if she knew that he was dead long ago, she couldn't help but see him as alive right now. "Rifi..." Taking a few steps back, Tenshi could feel herself shake, telling herself this wasn't real, this was a fake, despite not believing it herself. And as he gave a smile, the one she remembered as his 'bring it on' look, she couldn't move as a blast of magic came towards her, gaze stuck on the man she loved, and still loved from all those years ago.

Post by Hane Light on Aug 28, 2015 14:25:41 GMT
Hane had been unable to pick up on the determination that the others had. He just wanted an end to this, and almost didn't want to face Mitasu again. Her cruelty had effected them all long enough, though perhaps that was why it was necessary to play by her evil rules once more. Hane followed close behind Kakushin, who wanted to be there no matter how fresh from the dreams he was. Tonight hadn't been as scarring for the Kings, only because the night had been unfortunately pinned on Chester. But in her wake, the rest of the team planned on getting things finished here. Hane was ready to promise that, not showing it, but feeling guilty for allowing the Demon King's sister to be hurt as she was. Hane remained silent as ever, watching the Sun child's magic flow into him amongst all the others as well. The magic felt good and pure, and above all powerful. Now everyone here, even those most unfit for battle were given a new edge, and Hane was impressed with the mist man's work. He'd not focus on that for long, seeing the first figure leave Mitasu's hiding place. It obviously wasn't her, but either an ally of hers or an illusion. A man who no-one could recognise, but Tenshi. And Hane caught the look the old Queen had on her face as this man walked closer. Her shock was like a more visual form of the shock Hane had when forced to see his old, dead friends. So, this Rifi must be someone from her past. It didn't look good, and Hane was forced to leave his post. The new strength gave Hane more speed, so he was able to reach Tenshi and push her out of the attack's range, seeing as she was frozen in place. Hane blocked the light attack with his sword, albeit with a sloppy defensive strike. Even though some of the magic skimmed his shoulders, it barely hurt. It seemed this strange magic the Sun child used did more than just boost strength, but defence as well. But that wouldn't stop them from being tormented, and Tenshi looked broken down already, a sight her old Guard had never witnessed before. "Lady Tenshi! We cannot allow Mitasu's illusions to steal our focus. Whoever he may have been to you, right now he is nothing but Mitasu's weapon."

The reaction from Tenshi is the exact one Mitasu wanted, and after sending out her next card, she knew of one other thing to play that would break her even more so. But for now, Mitasu got more comfortable, and conjured up yet another. Now, those in her realm, has already had their cards played, but there were some who didn't go in, and this time, she focused on them, not to say Onrah wasn't friends with others, but he certainly had an impact on others. "Onrah, go show them exactly why you were God of Death. I grow tired of these people." Mitasu watched as this illusion left to find the others. She wanted revenge on the Sun Tear, as well as break some others she knew would be effected, like the reason her rival in magic came to help them. Once these fights ended though, Mitasu was prepared to fight herself, finally wanting to get blood on her own hands, she may hate Mo for lying, and not care to win as she nothing to fight for. But she would do what she could, for her own fun, as well as trying to break the others even more, for future use.

Note: Hada is in green
It seemed Mitasu wasn't quite done trying to torment them. Tenshi was targeted, probably by someone of her past. She'd already broken down today with just Mitasu's words, now the evil Demon witch was using someone Tenshi had obviously once known and cared for against her. It was sickening, and Akvan would have gone to help if Hane wasn't already rushing towards her with the same task. He'd keep her safe, and it wasn't long until Akvan couldn't concentrate on her anymore. Mitasu's next little trick, it was truly a foul one. But Akvan almost felt happy for a split-second when he saw the one-eyed, freakishly tall figure approach from Mitasu's hiding place. "Well well, little brother... if you're in there. Looks like you've toughened up a lot. Still trying to convince yourself that you're not a monster?" Onrah asked, and under his disguise, Akvan's breath shuddered. Onrah had done nothing but encourage Akvan in his life, and this nightmare did the opposite. It was so obvious that it wasn't the real Onrah, and yet it still hurt just like it would if the God of Death was really here. Akvan was stuck in place, watching as Onrah looked to the equally frozen Gensho. "And Gensho. Not much can be said about you. I mean, what have you even done these past few years that was any good? Other than failing to make the peace you once promised me you'd make?" Gensho was already broken just by looking at Onrah, and words alone finished him. Akvan only held on because he needed to, for at least everyone else's sake if they wanted to still fight with the power he'd granted. "Brother? What kind of guy insults his little brothers like that?" Came a voice from next to Akvan. It was Hada, speaking loudly through her golden armour, "You rude bastard, this guy doesn't sound like the one Akvan told me about at all!" She commented, pulling the frozen Gensho back and standing between them and Onrah. "I'll take care of you for them, as Akvan's sister. And don't think that makes us anything, Death guy, I refuse to be related to you right now, so bring it on."

Labari watched as yet another figure appeared, knowing that this was an illusion above anything else. Mitasu was playing a dangerous game with them all, and Labari had had enough of it. Growling slightly, she stood behind Hada as she pushed the others behind. Before looking back to her brother. "Don't worry guys, we have this one, you just focus on Mitasu. And brother. Its just an illusion, most have experienced this, so I understand how you must be feeling." Just watching the Clan turn against them when they were targeted was bad enough, so Labari knew how they must be feeling when their deceased brother returned. And it seemed just as bad for Tenshi, though none but probably Mo knew who it was, Labari could feel the emotion. Turning back to this Onrah look alike, Labari glanced to Hada. "Looks like its me and you fighting together again, ready to take him on? He's tough, or so I've heard, so be careful, especially with Mitasu pulling the strings, we've seen what she can do." Labari got ready to fight, this magic flowing through her giving Labari the strength to face him, despite knowing what they were up against.

Post by Hada on Aug 29, 2015 21:19:23 GMT
Through the eye-holes of her helmet, Hada stared down this fake Onrah. This was annoying, Akvan always talked about his older brother and all the influence he'd had on Akvan in the past. In fact her brother sometimes gave his older brother credit for the things he did to help Hada. She always wanted to know this kind soul her brother had known. But the guy before them now was a disappointment at best. And rude, insulting Hada's brothers like that. She wasn't going to allow anyone to bring their spirits down, and so she'd cut off this phony's tongue if she got the chance to get close enough. Hada looked to Labari as she seemed ready to rid their brother of this meanie. "Yeah, we got this. And this isn't anything like the guy you told me about, brother. He's just a nightmare, and so we'll get rid of him like one." Summoning Joyeuse by her side, Hada pointed it towards the Onrah illusion. She got herself ready to strike, though nodded to Labari, giving her sister a smile she probably couldn't see. "Heh, guess so. You promise not to hold me back like usual?" Hada replied to her sister. "I'll go attack the front, see if you can find a way through his attacks." Hada added, thinking with her head for once, just like the other two always told her. Hada could take the damage with her armour, especially with her brother strengthening it. Whilst she took the hits, Labari could find the weak spot. A simple plan that was fool proof, and Hada should know. Twisting Joyeuse around in her hand, Hada charged forward, summoning her wings at the last moment to do a more spectacular, jumping attack. Onrah smirked, letting the sword just skim past him. He had his death magic, and used it against Hada, pulling her golden string to get the woman off balance for his own attack. His hands were tougher than they looked, it winded Hada, even through her armour, but fortunately did no more.

Labari nodded to Hada, drawing her bow and getting ready to do as Hada suggested. She may be a little over the top some days, but she knew a good plan when she see's one. "No holding you back sis. I want in as much as you do." Labari had no reason to hold back in this fight, considering this wasn't real, and nothing but an illusion from the source. It would be difficult to find the weak spot, considering the others explained how they didn't seem to in their nightmares. But she may be able to find a way to distract him instead. As Hada attacked, Labari made her way round, just out of his eye sight, it seemed his magic still worked, despite the illusion, and Labari knew what she could do to help. Lining up an attack with her bow, Labari aimed for his hand, in a hope to leave it in usable for his magic to work.. It was a long shot, but without armour or close attacks it would have to do. The reaction after the shot was instant, she just skimmed his hand to her position, and the illusion whipped his head round to her, holding a golden string, ready to be cut. Leaving Labari useless, until that string was removed from his grasp.

Post by Hada on Aug 30, 2015 21:17:22 GMT
More than just being winded, Hada felt like the Death magic had an effect on her. She felt stunned, and unable to react when Onrah's attention drifted quickly to Labari. There was an evil smirked pressed on his face, and Onrah's actions were fluent as he dropped Hada's string, moved closer to Labari and summoned hers, tugging on it to get her closer. Hada took a few deep breaths, lifting her sword and head to focus back on the fight. But by the time Hada was ready to fight, Onrah had already put Labari in a hostage position. He looked to Hada, but had his hand over Labari's string, just ready to cut it. Hada didn't know how Death magic worked, but she could take a guess at it when considering the golden strings. Onrah knew how to fight with his usually non-aggressive magic, as he did now. But... how could this Onrah have Death magic. Hada considered something smart, that the simple fighter had never done before. Death magic wasn't something an illusion could have, surely it was too powerful a gift for something Mitasu created to use. And, Hada wasn't sure the thing that stunned her earlier was the magic, but rather Onrah's hit. Her moment of thought done, Hada returned to her usual style. She would go by her gut instincts now, her gut feeling. Hada ran at Onrah, slicing right through her sister's golden string, and right across the illusion. The golden string dissolved, and Hada smirked as it had no effect whatsoever. "A bluff, pretty smart, but I reckon the real Onrah was smarter." She commented, watching the fake version crumble to the ground. Mitasu tried to make it look as real and scarring as possible, with crimson blood coming from the cut, but Hada knew it was nothing real, and nothing she should let herself be weak to. The golden knight looked over to the rocks, calling loud. "This all you got Mitasu, you coward! I've seen little kids fight better than this!"

"Lady Tenshi! We cannot allow Mitasu's illusions to steal our focus. Whoever he may have been to you, right now he is nothing but Mitasu's weapon."
Tenshi picked herself up from the floor, watching Hane all the while as he saved her from the attack. It was obvious this wasn't the real Rifi, his magic not being right, but his look, his voice, it was all too real. And she could feel the tears pouring down her face, and body shaking. She checked Hane's shoulder, blurry eyed, and no thoughts on what she was actually doing. "I know. I KNOW THAT! But he looks and sounds so real... I cant... I cant do this Hane." Tenshi hated feeling so weak, not being able to help out. But the pain from all those years ago, was still far too fresh in her mind. And Mitasu was just adding to that, seeing as she knew. That was the hardest part, not the fact Rifi was here, illusion or not, but the fact that he was too real. None knew of her past in great detail, just snippets here and there, not even Mo knew it all. But Mitasu did, and she knew it well. "Hane, please. I cant fight him. I just cant." Tenshi hated to ask this of him without asking, after hearing what happened for his own Nightmare, and how he fought on through it, but Tenshi just couldn't, no matter how much she wanted to.
