Note: Mitasu will be talking in Italics during my replies, but nothing more until later, this being through Ru, Sky or Chester.
Sky didn't know where she was or why, the last she remembered was falling asleep unwillingly in the library up in Shiro. She didn't even sleep often, let alone when reading, so she knew something was wrong. Things felt funny, like she wasn't even in control of what was happening, mind working but not responding to her body, it scared her a little, this feeling of no control. It didn't help that the land she was in looked strange, well for someone who had never been in Rycora. Large tree's as high as Aura from Sohul, darkness covering the land, the distant sounds of wolves howling, though, she couldn't tell if it was night or day, with the little light making its way through the tree's. Sky couldn't see far ahead of her, being alone made it much, much worse, and she jumped as a voice echoed around the forest. "Welcome all... I want to play a game tonight... You see, there's many dark and hungry creature in this forest, ravenous beasts, and rabid wolves. Now, my dear guests, I know you can easily defend yourself, but such a small child could not, especially without the use of wings... Good luck my kings, dear little Sky is stuck all alone aren't you darling... Hahaha." Sky shivered at the words, knowing now that she was being hunted, and trying her wings really didn't work... She could only hope whoever else was here would find her, before something else did, but she knew, that until she could hear others, she shouldn't call out for them, books have taught her as much.

These nightmare were already unbearable. The first night was enough proof of that. Sure, the last few nights hadn't been as ruthless, but Kakushin was exhausted the moment he entered a new one. Mitasu was trying to hit all of them hard. And when she succeeded in doing that to someone like Hane, then no one else had any hope of beating her. Hane had gone mute for the last few nights, an understandable reaction, and one Hane constantly used when he was in a mood or when he felt any unfamiliar emotion. Kakushin could sense his guard was feeling worse than ever before in the old man's life, and nothing the King could do would help for now. They needed these nightmares over, or else the stress and exhaustion would end them all. Landing down in this new nightmare realm, Mitasu seemed to have set up a forest as tonight's playground. It looked identical to Rycora, though Kaku was sure Chester or Ru would know more, having lived here for quite some time years ago. Nothing about this forest screamed nightmare at Kakushin, but he'd yet to hear Mitasu call out. The witch set the scene, her laughter felt like knives in Kakushin back at this point, and the King drew his sword ready. "Sky?" He asked out loud, knowing that name from somewhere. He could even picture the girls face. Hane finally spoke up to confirm Kaku's thoughts. "She often spends time in Shiro's library, your highness, small girl with dark hair, she's withdrawn but apparently very smart." Hane described. He was like a walking book, with the names of every Angel alive written inside. As Kakushin's right hand, Hane did seem to work hard in knowing all of the King's subjects for him. Kakushin remembered Sky as Hane described her, nodding his head in thanks. He looked to Ru and Chester, "We need to find her, fast." He said, breaking off into a run with Hane close by his side.

Ru looked around the forest similar to that of Rycora, the place so familiar and yet so different, like Mitasu had taken the forest and changed its very layout just to spite them. And as she spoke, Ru's stomach dropped, knowing that there was more to this then just trying to save a child, but he didn't know what it could be. He could also tell that Mitasu would never be far behind them, but always out of sight, if this 'game' sounded as sinister as he assumed she could make it, then they had to work fast. But before Ru had a chance to speak, Kaku had taken off in a run, both him and Hane disappearing from sight. Ru gave a breath before turning to his sister. "Chester, you know Rycora's forest better then anyone... Where do you think Mitasu would have hidden a scared and confused child? It wouldn't have been in someplace random, and I doubt this Sky has any real control on what she does..." That's what frightened Ru the most, they had Yume helping them, this Angel had them, and didn't even know it... And with no idea on where she was, time was of the essence, Rycora is a big place, with many hidden elements, and even the best get lost.

Was it just Kakushin's imagination, or was the forest getting thicker, and darker, as they ran. "Your highness." Hane muttered, causing Kakushin to come to a stop, turning to look at his guard. Looking around, Kakushin realised the others hadn't followed them, and not only that, but Kakushin could even tell apart the trees, which way they'd come and which way they'd not. The King gritted his teeth. Maybe he'd jumped into this a little too quick, but one of his own was in trouble, as their King, Kakushin needed to keep Angels safe. Maybe that was what Mitasu was going on with this. She knew kidnapping an Angel would make Kakushin act rashly, and end up getting separated from the others. "Looks like you've figured out my plan." Came Mitasu's voice from around them. Kakushin looked around, making his sword glow with magic to light up the forest. Lighting it up, Kakushin almost jumped back. In the revealed shadows were multiple creatures lurking around, unnatural nightmares waiting to attack. Hane got himself ready to fight, whilst Kakushin still looked around for Mitasu. She was probably just amplifying her voice, hiding out somewhere far off. Hane began cutting down the monsters, and Kakushin was caught on whether to press on, or wait for the others. But either option was indirect. Kakushin didn't know what part of the forest this was, or which direction he took. So looking for either party would mean wandering aimlessly. Whilst Hane kept the monsters busy, Kakushin began shooting light flares above his head. Mitasu probably made it so that the thick forest would completely block out the sky, but there was no fault in trying to signal to the others, to anyone out there.

Chester shivered at the sound of Mitasu, knowing nothing good could come from her. She still hadn't been 'attacked' so to speak like the others, and Chester feared that with this being the Rycora forest, it was finally her turn. But she kept the fear in, knowing that right now they needed to help this child, it made her panic when Kaku ran off, her brother not knowing the forest, and she wanted to run after him, to make sure both didn't get lost, but it seemed Ru had other plans, as he turned towards her. Taking a breath, Chester spun around to look at the forest. "I know the forest, but this is different... Like, the whole forest is here, but mixed around so that things are in the wrong place... So, I have no idea where she could have hidden someone... But, if Sky is as smart as Hane probably thinks, then she'll remain safe, only calling out if she believes it so." Chester would have continued, but hearing Mitasu speak once more sent shivers down her spine, as she realised what she meant... In the time Ru and her have spoken, Kaku and Hane have gotten lost, separating the two. "Erm, Ru. Kaku and Hane are lost, plus we have Sky to look for... Mitasu knows how to play a dangerous game..."

Kakushin felt like he'd been toyed with enough. These dreams weren't getting them any closer to Mitasu, only towards their own misery. Kakushin's flares were probably ineffective, and Hane was coming to the idea that the waves of monsters wasn't going to end any time soon. So he back up towards Kakushin, "My lord, we should keep moving, staying still isn't a good plan." Hane suggested, and Kakushin nodded his head. "Either we find the others, or we find Sky, either way we've gotta keep moving." Kakushin agreed, blasting them an exit from the circle of nightmares around them with magic and rushing off into the forest again. Hane was close by, glancing to Kakushin as the King seemed troubled in his run. It was impossible in this wicked forest to know how Ru and Chester were fairing, and finding them wouldn't be easy. If they were hurt, Kakushin shook the thought away. This was the King of Demons and his sister, they wouldn't die that easily. Kakushin was the only clumsy fool around here, one reason why he had Hane by his side. There was no chance of a clearing around this forest, only more trees and darkness. If this was what Rycora was really like, then Kakushin knew even less about this place. Hane was no better, having never travelled here without his royalty before, not since gaining his freedom recently. Even so, Hane began to slow down, Kakushin following to see what the guard had noticed. Kakushin soon noticed the same thing. "Those monsters, they're not moving towards us, but somewhere else." Kakushin stated, Hane nodding. The two began trailing the monsters, making silent kills on the few they passed. This trail of hungry beasts would lead to at least someone else, Kakushin hoped. When the creatures finally noticed Kakushin and Hane, the Angels had already reached whoever the beasts were chasing to begin with. Whist Hane dealt with the monsters, Kakushin jumped forward to meet their little companion, "You alright?" He asked.

Sky had no idea what was going on, and for her that was the worst things about this situation. Sky liked knowing what was happening, and despite realising this was a nightmare, having listened into enough conversations to pick up that fact, Sky didn't know why she was here, or why she knew it... The stories she heard was that most didn't know they were in them, and she doubted anyone would randomly send her in without her knowledge if they were needing her help, which lead to her analysis that the one creating these nightmares wanted her for something. It was a terrifying thought, knowing you were being used and not sure as of why, but Sky was nothing less then persistent, and she knew eventually the answer would come to her, but for now, she took a few steps ahead before looking into the roots of the trees, in a hope to find somewhere closed off and safe until something else happened... But it wasn't long until she saw creatures heading towards her, before she found this safe place. Stumbling backwards, Sky shook in fear, but made sure to keep quiet in case a sudden noise caused them to attack, but she did let out a little scream when a voice spoke, and Sky reeled back, holding out her hands to stop him from coming closer. Looking closely though, she realised it was a face she knew quiet well, the one behind even more so, as he often had to reprimand her for sneaking into Shiro's library. Getting up and brushing herself off, Sky bowed down to the King ad his personal guard. "Thanks to both of you your highness. My apologies for causing a problem, I do not know how or why I am here in this nightmare, and I never wished to deter you from the task of finding out where the creator is hidden." Sky kept the fear she still felt to herself, knowing that at least with these two here, then there wasn't much to fear anymore.

Now that he could see her, Kakushin definitely remembered the little Sky. Mostly when she was being escorted out of areas she shouldn't be by Hane. But she certainly wasn't a rare face, especially on the occasional visits the King took to the library. Kakushin kept a little back, knowing how terrifying this nightmare must be for someone so young. And Sky didn't seem to think they were friendly to begin with, crying out as she assumed a foe was standing before her. Understandable considering how dark it was. But once she noticed who Kakushin was, the King was greeted in the usual manner, to which he still didn't feel used to. Laughing awkwardly, Kakushin smiled. Her way of speaking compared to how old Sky appeared was rather sweet. Kakushin felt determined to keep her safe from now on, and get to know her better, once this nightmare was over. "It's no problem at all, this isn't your fault." Kakushin replied, hearing Hane walk to his side after clearing the area of danger. "We are lost from trying to find her." The guard mumbled. "Hane." Kakushin warned, and the guard took a deep breath. "However, as much as a troublemaker Sky is, this as his majesty has said, isn't her fault." Hane added, much to a smile from Kakushin. He looked back to Sky, "Now then, we've found you, so we just need to find the others. And Sky, please just call me Kaku, I'm not fussed about formalities." He said, much to a huff from Hane, who sounded in disbelief at what his King said.

Sky red bowed as Kaku spoke, only looking up to give a small smile. Before standing up fully and moving her gaze towards Hane. She gave a small frown as he mumbled, now knowing what happened, before bowing again to Hane this time. "Mr Sir Hane, my apologies, but it is my fault, as you stated, you got lost searching for me. If I never fell asleep or was older I could have defended myself and wouldn't require your assistance. You both have a more important job then looking after a troublemaker like myself." Sky was a little frightened of Hane, always had been like many others, but after so many times of being escorted out of Shiro's library by him, she has come to realise he's not as scary as people make out, though, here in this nightmare, with her fears already heightened, Sky couldn't help but fear him a lot more then normal. Moving back so she was once again bowing down to Kaku, Sky gave him a small smile, keeping her shock to herself and standing up tall. "My utmost apologies once more, I didn't realise you also broke away from others in search of me, I do hope they are alright, and I would like to make it up to you by helping to search, Sir Kaku. Mr Sir Hane." Giving a nod to both in turn, Sky really did hope whoever else came here was alright.

Kakushin returned a second glare to Hane. Simply suggesting Sky was causing them trouble had convinced the girl that she was bad. And it was the opposite of that to Kakushin. He could never blame a young child for something like this. Kakushin didn't let Hane get a reply in. "You can't blame yourself for this Sky, anyone could have been trapped by Mitasu like this. And it's my job to look after troublemakers, a job I love to do." Kakushin knelt down to Sky's level, "Even if I was to go back and start this night again, I'd still do the same and try and find you. I don't regret the decision I made to look for you, even if we did get lost in the process. A minor problem when the result is keeping you safe, alright Sky?" Kakushin got across, giving the poor girl a smile. Hane was up and looking around, and Kakushin nodded to Sky. "We are honoured to have your help, but make sure you stay close, if there's any issues, don't hesitate to let me know." Kakushin got up, feeling it natural to simply hold out a hand for Sky to take, if she wanted something to hold onto to feel safer. "And, you don't need to break your back bowing so many times, or at all."

Sky looked up to Hane and Kaku in turn. Hane still frightened her, and she still believed it was her fault despite his majesties assuring words, and she understood it could have been anyone, but she was but a mere child, and Mitasu must have done that for a reason right? Taking a small step back as Kaku knelt down, Sky looked at him with glossy eyes, he being the first one to really treat her as the child she was, not even Hane did that when escorting her out of the restricted sections. But with what he said, had Sky thinking, be it due to her reading too much and letting her imagination run wild, or because she was one to think things over, though these thoughts she would keep to herself for now, until the time arises. Taking a breath, Sky looked up to Kaku as he held out his hand, reaching up, Sky hesitated and looked towards Mr Hane, she wanted to take Kaku's hand, but Hane had always told her what was expected from her when it came to Royalties, though she knew he did so begrudgingly, and holding onto royalties hand was never part of that talk. After a few more moments, Sky dropped her hand and bowed once more, smiling softly, finding her voice. "I could have found a way to stay safe Sir Kaku, especially as you are in the middle of something important. And of course, I will keep a close eye out for anything. I have been taught by Mr Sir Hane that respect is required when talking to someone of your stature, I am not old enough to help out around the castle as of yet, so politeness such as bowing is all I can give."

Kakushin did like royal address, he had done for a while. Though mostly, it had only been with Hane. He just wanted some sort of respect from the old man, who'd treated him like a youngster even when Kaku had gained the throne. For everyone else, Kaku didn't mind what they called him. A little girl, or any of the young Angels lucky to be around, shouldn't feel a need to bow or be overly polite to Kakushin. It was an old and typical Angel way, but not something Kakushin expected to be kept up constantly. So there was much surprise when Sky refused the hand, making the Angel King turn and listen to her words. He didn't glare at Hane this time, instead rolling his eyes. He shouldn't feel too mad. After all the begging for Hane to treat him like a King, Kakushin couldn't hound him for telling others the same. But perhaps a stern talking to about brainwashing kids into believing Kakushin was some Godly figure that they needed to never relax around. Kakushin sighed gently, "Listen, I stand by what I said, it's my duty to help my people. Whatever the situation, I'll protect you and every Angel. It's the job I was given, and as much as I love it, I also take it seriously. And I want all Angels to be happy and comfortable, as well as safe." Kakushin said, pointing his hand over towards Hane. "Don't listen to that old grump, he's refused to even call me 'your majesty' for a good year, not until I gave him a gift did he cave in. Not the best to be getting instructions off of." Kakushin added with a subtle wink. Kakushin began to turn around. "And it's not all you can give. Living and growing up with a happy life, that is one way to help me." Kakushin stated, preparing to move off with Sky close behind him and Hane out ahead, attacking all shadows that moved.

Sky looked up to Kaku with wide eyes smiling softly. He was a good king, and he deserved the respect, not just due to his position, but she still felt a burden. "Sir Kaku, I respect your choice, and couldn't be happier you have decided to help, but I also want to help my fellow people, and I'm nothing but a burden in this place, I cannot fight, and you aren't here just to find me... But the one who put me here, she is terrorising many, killing many... I fear by helping me, you are falling victim to whatever plan she has." Sky finally voice her opinion, not at all upset. She had no friends up in Aura, her smarts too much for other kids to handle properly, few would miss her, but Kaku was here fighting for everyone, and Sky knew she was nothing more then part of a bigger plan, one that could cause problems. Looking to Hane though, Sky gave a small chuckle, he was a grump, but well respected by many, despite his harshness and mood. But Sky is more observant then people give her credit for, even with those who can hide their emotions. "I understand, but Mr Sir Hane has his reasons... He already respected you enough in his own way, was the one to train you, its only natural for him to keep you as an equal until he felt you needed the address, because in a way you earnt it from him..." Sky had done her research, and knew more then people would think... That, and she did like looking into peoples head... Giving another smile to Kaku, Sky didn't hesitate to take his hand, wanting to show how much her next words rung true. "Since you have come to rule many have grown happy, not that Miss Tenshi didn't do that, but with you its different, you were chosen as King, many respected you before that, and respect you now... You helped picked up many in the worst of times, and carry on that now. Im happy, happier if Mr Sir Hane didn't constantly take me out of the restricted section... But happy none the less." No sooner then she finished speaking, did Sky hear some ruffling nearby, moving closer to Kaku, Sky could do nothing more then point to where it came from.

Kakushin could tell Sky spent a lot of time thinking, her smarts were visible in her words, making her sound wiser than her years should grant her. Perhaps all the talks Hane had given her, and her hobby of ancient books had got her here. But either way, Kaku was felt his resolve increase with every word. A little girl like Sky deserved a far greater life then being living bait to Mitasu's games. Disappearing before the world got to see her talent. "It's harder than it looks to be a King, I think I figured that out a day after being granted this honoured duty. But I haven't looked back on any decisions so far. Including the one to find and help you. Mitasu is clever, she knows that I couldn't ignore the dangers you've been forced into, and she knew I'd try to find you. But, even though I know this is all part of her plan, it doesn't make me change my mind in the slightest." Kakushin said, almost surprised to then hear Hane add something from where he stood. "His majesty considers you with the utmost importance, rather than doubt your worth, accept his judgement, Sky. Lord Kakushin lives for the lives of his Angel subjects, even the most humble of us are considered like family to him." Kakushin looked a little to Hane, scoffing quiet in surprise how Hane said something so sincere in this situation. Still, he was grateful for Hane's point, glad he'd finally got his old teacher to understand the situation after denying it for so long. And Hane even said those things after Kakushin's point about him being a grump Sky shouldn't listen to. He nodded to Sky, remembering the day he'd earned his title from Hane after presenting the old man with a long desired gift. Kakushin glanced to Sky's hand, then listened and smiled along to what she said. "Then what would you say if I said you could go into the restricted section of the library as much as possible from now on?" Kakushin asked, unable to elaborate anymore as he too picked up on the foreign noise. Keeping Sky behind him, Kakushin readied his sword, as did Hane. "Who's out there?" Kakushin called, knowing if it was a person and not a nightmare monster, they'd respond.

The second Chester realised the others were missing, the two set off to find them, calmly walking in the direction they headed. The forest was a big place, and that was all they had to go on for now, they kept quiet during the walk, in a hope to either hear the others calling, or just keep out of the way of Mitasu, their last encounter didn't go so well. Except, when Ru next turned around to look to his sister, she was missing, the faint sound of laughter around. Ru gave a groan of annoyance, and that of fear... Now both Kaku and Hane were lost, alongside Chester and they still needed to find Sky, the latter he hoped was solved by the others, and the former hopefully still together... Chester he couldn't decide for, she was strong, and knew Rycora better then anyone, even with the difference, but she had also yet to be singled out... Clenching his fists, Ru carried on walking, a little quicker this time, until he heard some chatter in the distance, laughing as he realised who it was, Ru ran towards them, shuffling through the trees, and holding his hands in surrender as he showed himself. "Just me... And we have a problem, Chester is also now missing..." Ru knew if they didn't find her soon, then problems would arise. "And we still need to..." He trailed of when seeing the small girl hiding behind his husband, smiling softly, Ru bent down to her level, giving a small bow. "So you must be Sky, please. I hope these two haven't scared you, Mr Grump over there especially. Did you know father in laws can be so temperamental when they want to be." Ru gave Sky a small wink and amused smile, in a hope to both seem friendly and hopefully calm her down a little from the nightmare, no doubt it getting to her a little.
