Chester smiled into the hug as Ru came over... Of course he had something to do with this, she should have expected it really, because he was in far too good a mood to have not know. Chuckling as her assumption was proven correct, Chester turned to Akvan quickly. "Never trust him... Ru seems nice, but he has a way with teasing... Its all over for you..." Turning just as Kaku brought her into a hug, Chester smiled into his shoulder. "Thanks brother. And sorry, for my less then happy mood in the past, it must have worried everyone..." Once Kaku released her from the hug, Chester moved to hug Akvan again, really not wanting to be parted from him for too long, before giving out a laugh. "Like we weren't before... Seriously, we have been family for far too long to think things are just becoming official... Though some cases are special... We just have to find someone for everyone else now..." Smirking slightly, Chester knew it was easier said then done considering some of the rather... Extravagant personalities her family had. "But hey, no time to talk bout this now, right? We have far too many speeches to get through... And food, and cake, and the dance..." Sharing an amused look with Nanari, Chester leaned to Akvan, whispering in his ear. "Love you, and we'll sneak off later or something for time to celebrate alone... If we can get away of course."

Akvan was glad to see Kakushin and Rurushu now, since he wasn't panicking any longer, and thanks to them Akvan was able to even do this. After all, today was their big day, and Akvan had his own big day also made a part of it all as well. Smiling, Akvan nodded to Kaku, although he didn't see his speech as something to be proud of. All Akvan did was make a mess. He chuckled along to Chester, wondering what kind of thing to expect from Ru now. Smiling, Akvan wrapped his arms around Chester. That was a point, this was one big family now. Akvan never assumed he'd get this kind of family, but spending so long in the clan, and with his sisters, and now with an endless list of those to care for. It seemed silly for Akvan to once think that he'd never have family again. He listened to Chester, going a little red at the dance idea. It was a shame, but Akvan doubted he could do that with his legs. But he didn't think long on it, remembering what Chester had told him about all the speeches to look forward to before. As everyone began moving off, going to their seats to look forward to the speeches themselves, Akvan waited with Chester for a moment. "I love you too, and I'm sure there'll be a chance, o-once everyone's r-relaxed a bit."

Nanari chuckled slightly, she was fine being alone in that respect, she had plenty of family and friends to be with to keep her happy. Nodding to Chester slightly at the mention of speeches, Nanari headed back to her seat, allowing the others to return to their own also before standing and addressing all the guests. "Hey everyone. I'm Nanari if you didn't know... First off, I would personally like to say thanks for being here to support these two hopeless dorky brothers of mine... I know they appreciate it." Taking a breath, Nanari smiled to everyone. "Now, before we eat, I know we have a lot of people wishing to give speeches in here for the happy couple... So if you all don't mind, we shall get through as many of these as we can, before finishing the rest of this reception so that the lovebirds can get on their, probably much anticipated honeymoon." Winking to the newlyweds, Nanari continued. "I'm going to start, and we shall go from there... Right okay..." Taking another quick breath, Nanari scrounged her mind for the speech she prepared. "First of all, I wish to say congratulations to the both of you, and I'm pleased that you are now officially my brother Kaku... Even if It took seventeen years of agony watching you both for it to happen." Nanari gave a light chuckle. "But seriously, you two are just, perfect for one another, and I couldn't be more pleased to be here with you on this day... Now I know several speeches in here are solely to embarrass the two, so I'm not going to do that... Nor am I going to give a much longer speech then this, however I will just finish off by saying... I hope you both enjoy your lives together from here on out, starting of course with today and your honeymoon, and I most certainly hope you enjoy the surprises myself, Chester and Tenshi set out for you, with the help of Neko in a very special place..." Winking to her brothers, chuckling lightly to herself, Nanari smile to both. "So then, to finish, I would like to be the first to make a toast to Kakushin and Rurushu." Nanari waited while everyone picked up a glass. "I hope the years together bring much joy and happiness to you both, for good or for worse, and that you adopt many more beautiful babies in the future..." Lifting her glass, Nanari took a sip before looking to Hane. "Hane-y as one of the best men, I say you can go next... Good luck." Sitting in her place, Nanari gave a light smile to her brothers before turning her attention to Hane.

Hane was silent all day, it felt like his voice box refused to work, where the rest of him was forced to go along with it all. The ceremony was over soon enough, Hane silently flying ahead to Shiro to prepare last things for everyone else. The cake he had made with Mo's assistance was placed in the corner of the room, and everyone who was around the castle were busy setting up tables or cooking in the kitchen. Hane didn't have as much to organise as he thought coming up earlier than even the newly weds, which agitated the old man. He'd hoped to get his mind off today with a bit of organising silently and with himself as company. But instead Hane was forced to go sit down, watch everyone flow in, nodding slightly to Kaku and Ru as they passed to sit down. Hane seemed like a statue, looking down at the folded piece of paper once hidden in his jacket, a speech that had taken far too long to write, and Hane didn't even like at all. He remained in his frozen state for a good long while, even to the point when everyone was seated and Nanari began to speak. Listening politely, Hane paled slightly when she put attention onto him. Hane glared for a second towards Nanari, before sighing. Well it was best to be second than to wait, he supposed. Getting this over soon would be best. Sighing, Hane rose to his feet, glancing down at the notes before ignoring them all together, placing the piece of paper back in his jacket's pocket. "I would also like to express gratitude for the attendance of you all, and grant you a warm welcome to Shiro." Hane began. "First of all, I would to admit my true feelings on today's events, and my opinion on the word 'marriage' and everything to do with it." Hane glanced towards Tenshi, before looking away quickly. Hane took a deep breath, face expressionless. "I believe love is a pointless trial of one's life. It only ends one way, in tragedy. It is the true breaking point of society and is the cause of all sadness and heartbreak. For over two hundred god-damn years I have believed in this, and I have never allowed myself to fall into such a state as 'love'. Nor do I approve of seeing it in my students. Marriage is an even deeper fall into danger and nothing but a means to a gruesome end. How two can connect by a bond supposedly so strong it will last until the end is preposterous. Love is not eternal, it is a natural emotion like any other that fades over time..." Hane paused, before staring directly towards Kaku and Ru. "However, today has changed my opinion on such a matter." Hane added finally, looking forwards. "The next to speak will Chester."

Chester couldn't believe the words that Hane was saying, how did his original nice speech turn into this depressing monologue on how marriages were doomed to fail... She has half a mind to stop him, but knew it would cause a bigger scene then he was already causing with this. Well that was until his final words, that really made a one eighty and contradicted everything he previously said. Smiling slightly in amusement over it, Chester made her way up to get the attention off of Hane, and more on the embarrassment of the kings. Skipping to the front, Chester wanted front row seats to see their reactions. "Well then, here we are, seventeen years late for this marriage... But finally here. I cant blame you, both hopeless, idiotic dorks, trust me I know, I got full force of this, watching and waiting for it to happen, even after you Ru." Chester pointed an accusing finger to her brother, smirking slightly. "Made it perfectly clear you liked the guy, the erotic dreaming, spacing out when Kaku was mentioned... The songs. Sheesh I'm surprised you didn't jump the poor bloke earlier on." Chester gave a light chuckle before continuing. "But hey, don't get me wrong, I love the fact you finally made Kaku my actual brother, it gives me a legitimate reason to tease the guy. Like the questions to be asked after your honeymoon, and Tenshi's speech." Chester sat at the head table in front of her brothers, giving each a wink. "I remember the first time Ru ever met Kaku, well, the explanation Ru gave anyway, and exactly what Ru thought of him... From what I remember, Ru was trying to recruit more outlaws back in the days. And Kaku, the newly appointed Guardian of Peace was sent to stop him, obviously the two clashed in a fight, both trying, and failing to outsmart the other, despite Ru's mention of being the better one... But what Kaku never heard was exactly the thoughts Ruru had of him... Here's an example, 'ARG, THAT NO GOOD ROTTEN PEACE KEEPER, I WOULD KILL THE BLOODY GUY IF HE WASN'T SO BLOODY HOT.' Now Ru was blinded in rage when saying all this, and didn't remember a single word. HOWEVER, we all know that when blinded with rage, one tells the truth... And that wasn't all he said, I'll let you interoperate what else was mentioned." Jumping from the table, Chester began walking back to her own seat. "Now, I wont embarrass these two much more, as I now others will. So all I have left to say is, hope you enjoy your eternal future together." Sitting back in her own seat, Chester looked to Ikiru. "Wanna go next?"

This day was going wonderfully, despite Ikiru's team mate, Hane who seemed to never respond or give Ikiru any chance to joke around. He was too serious, and it almost riled up the happy Ikiru before hearing Hane's speech. Of all the confused people around, Ikiru was one to actually chuckle out loud over it, turning to Hane as he state down and hugging the old guy. "So you do care huh... Well I'm sure Ka-Ka is grateful that his daddy approves." Ikiru muttered in jest, being soon shoved away before listening into Chester. Her speech was amazing, Ikiru could only wish to have that kind of info on what Kaku was like, though he was sure Neko could cover that soon. Ikiru's speech, which of course had no planning whatsoever, might be a little different, perhaps show the poor newly weds some mercy before Ikiru could only guess what the other speakers had planned. Nodding to Chester, Ikiru got to his feet. "Alrighty everyone, I'm Ikiru, Ka-ka's little brother and best man." Ikiru hummed a little, since it was obvious that he was only just thinking on what to say. Finally getting something, Ikiru smiled brightly. "I didn't always have a big brother. I had a really nice sister, and a good friend who I loved to prank from time to time. But things got a little bad, and I lost my really nice sister, and got changed into something not very nice. But in all of that, my good friend decided to be my brother as well." Ikiru looked around, "I think we all know how much Ka-Ka cares about others more than himself, and even after I did bad things, and he was running out of time, Ka-Ka still wanted to help me. I knew that my big brother, no matter how long he'd held that title, would do all he could to help. But I told him to do otherwise." Ikiru turn to smile to Kakushin, "There was someone out there who needed Ka-Ka's help much more than I ever did, and someone who'd also help Ka-Ka. I thought I'd never see my brother again, but now things a whole lot different. Now everyone's really happy, my big brother has a even huger family, and we all have two adorable Kings to look after us. And all I can do is thank Ka-Ka for saving me, so that I could see how happy he is now. So thank you big brother, and my new brother Ruru... thank you for giving him that happiness too." Ikiru finished, leaning on his staff. "Sooooooo... Any last speakers before we unleash Tenshi?"

Rex knew when the first speech was said that his wouldn't compare, that, and he knew Tenshi had the best speech down already, but he still stood up wishing to say his bit. "I would like to say a few quick words." Rex took a breath before looking to the newly wed kings. "Congratulations to you both for a start. And all I wish to say is, enjoy your future together. Ru, Kaku I know you both had a little tiff some point in the past, but I could tell when I helped Rurushu that day that the two of you would get over it. Many don't find their other half in life, not the one they were 'born' to be with anyway, but being here today, watching the two of you... Its proof enough that you have obviously found yours, and I couldn't be happier for the both of you. You deserve this happiness forevermore, and I'm sure that no what comes to pass in the future, the two of you will remain side by side to accomplish great things..." Nodding slightly, Rex took his seat again. "Anyone else? I'm sure Tenshi is wanting in on her speech as soon as possible..."

Neko was enjoying his role, after the stress of a certain misbehaving Usher during the ceremony. But after that, the cat could relax, be happy for Kaku and be both impressed and amused at Ru's dress. Neko couldn't really judge, as cute as he might look, having a cat in a suit felt very unnatural. But it had been one request of Kaku's that Neko agreed on today. Now Neko was relaxing on his seat, letting the stress leave his wriggling whiskers as he waited for speeches to start. Of course there were all sorts, from the cute and caring Ikiru to the very... open Chester one. The latter being very much an inspiration to what Neko had prepared. He and Chester had, after all, been partners in this kind of crime against Ru and Kaku for some time. Listening to Rex speak, Neko meowed for attention on him. The cat stretched out. "I think I'll have a crack at it, if that's alright." Neko announced, leaping from his table over to jump onto the table in front of Kaku and Ru. "First of, I'd like to say... you two took your damn time. Geez, I thought waiting for you fools to realise you loved each other was bad enough. But seventeen years? I never planned on baby-sitting this useless Angel that long." Neko's tail swished from side to side, and he stopped to lick his paw momentarily. "Now then, we've all heard the Demon side of this little romantic tale, but the Angel one hasn't had much light on it. Especially around how my idiot Angel friend felt after meeting this equally idiotic Demon. Now Kaku was just getting a fresh look on life, thanks to the pressure of your's truly to try and get him out of his bad funk phase. And what was one of our first jobs? Well, Chester's told you the basics, but no one knows what Kaku did. On our way back, Kaku red with anger, or so I thought, turned when he saw a wanted poster of a certain Demon. Taking the poster of Ru, Kaku told me he wanted to go and tell others to keep an eye out for this dangerous Demon." Neko turned his head from Kaku, ignoring his priceless look to glance to other Angels in the room. "Anyone actually remember being showed that poster? No? Maybe that's because Kaku kept it all for himself, staring at it when he thought I wasn't looking, and sometimes even talking to it when we were supposed to be sleeping. 'Those purple eyes of yours are amazing, may one day when you stop pissing me off, I can look into them some more.' I honestly thought, that if Kaku never got his act together and confessed to Ru, he might be marrying a picture of the guy today. Of course, Kaku said a lot more to that beloved poster of his, but I am aware there's a young child here and I don't want to scar him for life, or anyone else for that matter..." Neko glanced to Tenshi, a smile in his feline face, "I'll leave that job to you, Tenshi."

It was finally her turn, Tenshi had been waiting for too long to be able to do her speech, and the second the go ahead was said, she was up and in the middle of the room. Now she loved the other speeches, they all had their charm, but there was no way, she was going to be beaten in the speech making today, and from the sounds of it... Everyone else knew it, seeing how they all were in on it in some form... "First of all... Best men, bridesmaids... Get em'..." Waiting for the two kings to be held down securely. Tenshi having asked, and, or blackmailed them all into helping keep the two sitting, Tenshi gave a smirk. "Now then, we all have had some extraordinary speeches today... But mine is just the icing on the cake. So cover the young child's ears, I will not be holding back..." Turing with an evil glint in her eye to the new kings, Tenshi took a breath. "Now then, I have been watching these two from the first moment they met, oh and how I knew things would escalate from there... Oh how I planned it all. Lets go back eh, to when this all began... It was just innuendo after innuendo in the middle of a fight, talking about how Ru was a nice little doggie... I was about ready to go down there and slam those bloody two together and throw sense into them... Gods it was painful to watch. But luckily, they did that themselves... Isn't that right Neko. How I could have cut the sexual tension with a knife... And things only got better from there... The two running off to a secluded part of the world for some much beloved 'alone' time.... But they didn't know I was cheering them on... And watching. HA! That's right, I know ALL about the fish incident and what came after... Who knew Kaku could scream in the best of ways so loud... I heard it all the way up in Shiro... And the screams didn't just stop there..." Giving the two a smile, Tenshi turned towards the guests. "Now, seventeen years ago, it was no coincidence these two were picked as Jiko's, like I said, I planned it all... Guess what those two were doing in the few days they completely disappeared off the game... Man, if only I wasn't in a team, I would have pelted more then just clothing with paint." Winking to the audience, Tenshi looked to the kings. "I've been waiting for this day for years and years... Watching the two of you was painful, and amusing the entire time... A few nosebleeds may have occurred too... Like seriously, that boy can scream... And Ru's the 'female' one... So I couldn't be happier for the two of you today, and I hope you enjoy your honeymoon, I would love to hear all about it... Myself helping with preparation of course, knowing how... Adventurous the two of you can be and all..." Winking once more to the newly weds, Tenshi went back to her place with a skip in her step, before looking over to the others. "I think you can let them go now... I said my piece."

Kaku was kind of hoping that tonight could just end on that sweet note. Having one marriage and one proposal, and then everyone just celebrate and drink the night away. But no, Nanari announced the speeches, and Kaku knew there was no escaping this now. He sighed, sitting down and wincing. Nanari claimed they had a lot of surprises tonight, and Kakushin took that as his cue to begin drowning out his future embarrassment. Toasting to Nanari's speech, Kaku downed his drink, pouring a new one immediately at the ready. Next was Hane, who began with something Kaku was ready to hit him for starting up again, after all the horrible opinions Hane had in the past. But then his tone changed, and Kakushin rolled his eyes. Hane could never be positive, even if he wanted to be, there was always a twist to his words. Downing the second glass, and deciding on one per speech, Kaku listened to Chester's. It allowed him to relax a bit, let the red and embarrassing attention fall on Ru, whilst laughing aloud at all the new info Chester gladly gave out about Rurushu. Cheering to Chester, Kakushin kissed Ru's cheek, which already felt boiling hot before taking care of the third glass. The next speech was a sweet one, not something Kaku expected from Ikiru, but perhaps his brother didn't want Kaku dying quiet yet. He smiled over to the Guardian of Life, nodding his head in silent return. It was nice to get at least one or two good and actually kind speeches, rather than murderous attempts to make Kaku and Ru squeal. Rex's was equally sweet, though was also news to Kaku's ears, since he never knew of the Guardian of Help and Ru's relation seventeen years ago. But Kakushin soon lost his curiosity after two more drinks. But he could drink by the bottle and not be gone enough to not feel the effects to come. First, Neko. And Kakushin had already mentally prepared himself in part. But it wouldn't be enough. He went bright red over realising that Neko never fell for Kaku's lie about that poster, holding himself back from trying to swat the Cat. But instead, Kaku just drowned the red flush away, only making it worse as he got all the more colourful from it. Then at last, Tenshi was 'unleashed.' By one look at the sparkle in those evil eyes, Kaku attempted to down as much of the bottle as he could, but soon, the combined strength of Hane and Ikiru forced Kaku back. Tenshi knew everything... everything. And no amount of alcohol could save Kaku from going so red from hearing it. "No! No more!" Kaku yelled desperately, struggling against the two best men. There was no use, all ears were aware of things now, and Kaku knew Tenshi beforehand had a lot of information on what Kakushin and Ru... got up to. But he never thought it was this far. Once the nightmare was finally over, and Kaku was released, the painful silence screamed in Kakushin's ears. He glanced to the wicked, Angelic witch, putting on the best pretty much drunken smile he could, before slowly lying back on the floor, waiting for death or anything better than what just happened.

Ru had mentally prepared himself for the speeches before today, knowing they could all go either way. So the fact they weren't so bad so far, up until Chester that is, was both terrifying and calming. Toasting to Nanari's speech, Ru was grateful for all she had done today, and for not having an embarrassing speech prepared, he knew Tenshi's would be bad enough. The next few went, and Ru had to chuckle at Hane's, he had to admit, it was so typical, and yet so unexpected from Hane. Chester's was less then appreciated, face lit up red throughout, hoping to have taken that information to the grave with him... But Neko's speech aimed at Kaku later on more then made up for it. Kissing Kaku's cheek back, smiling to his husband, Ru knew that the others drinking was to help through the speeches, and Rurushu would most likely be doing the same if he wasn't such a lightweight with it. But then came Tenshi, and Ru got ready for the worse, eyes widening in panic as the girls and Gensho got a hold on him. "Uhh, guys? Is this really necessary?" Question answered once Tenshi began her speech. Struggling against the bonds to try and shut her up, Ru knew it was hopeless as there wasn't even an inch to move... Nanari making sure of that. "Geeze Nanari... For someone so small you sure are freaking strong..." Attempting to block out it all... Terrified over how Tenshi knew so much, not even he prepared himself for how much she knew. Once the Ex-Queen sat down, the others moved away, slight chuckles heard throughout the room. Ru turned to Kaku, giving half a chuckle at the sight, before rubbing his temples and joining Kaku on the floor. "Well, so much for, time alone... Ha-Ha. Err, I say we lay here and pretend she didn't just blurt any of that out in front of everyone..."

Post by Just Mo on May 19, 2015 21:00:08 GMT
Mo liked today. It was a nice change from what he normally did. Sitting around in Aura making food for no one, talking to himself and regretting many decisions of his life. Now things looked bright again, one of Mo's trusted sons was up to take the King title from the purple Demon and the troublesome Exitium. And since then, Mo could continue baking and cooking without as much worry. He still didn't like being around too many others, feeling only guilt over how his timidity and hesitation meant a lot of them had faced grief. But to repay them for everything they'd done, Mo agreed to marry Kaku to Ru, and spend one day away from his kitchen. At least for a few hours. After all, Mo was the one cooking as well. Leaving the ceremony to start things up, with a bit of Hane's help, Mo had the first courses done and ready to go once the speeches had started. He watched from the corridor near the reception, chuckling at he listened to all the different talks. He jumped up to one of the walls to watch Tenshi speak, almost falling off of it throughout. Of course Mo knew of his friend's... hobby, when it came to bringing together their once children. She had an obsession with making relationships, and Mo couldn't blame Tenshi for it, it was adorable. Or at least seemed adorable until Tenshi began going into details about everything. As everything died down, and the Kings did so almost literally, Mo began leading the first course into the room, everyone taking their seats as they smelt and saw the food. Mo waddled up to Tenshi, glancing to the passed out Kings and shaking his head. "Must you be so detailed, my old friend? I can't believe you'd include that in a speech, and we might just need to find new Kings if you really have killed them." Mo jested, smiling to Tenshi before making his way to Ru and Kaku, making sure not to get too close to their little bubble of shame. "Your majesties, I... can't really apologise on my friends behalf, I've known that person far too long now. But the food is ready and being served... if you think you can stomach anything." Leaving them to their misery, Mo began circling the room, taking some plates himself and giving them to people. He was glad to be the one serving a particular table. He tapped Akvan's side, grabbing the boy's attention and tried not to well up just seeing him so alive and happy again. "I would just like to say, it is good to see you again, and so well Akvan. I... can't apologise enough for the past. But, I can congratulate you on today, I didn't see, but I heard it all." Mo said timidly, hoping he'd been forgiven by now for the things of the past, but still felt guilty just thinking about what Mo's decision put Akvan through. Mo hopped up to give the boy a hug, taking a deep breath before carrying on to serve the rest of the meals.

Tenshi watched the scene unfold in front of her in Ernest, laughing as the Kings laid down to 'die,' they would forgive her one day, and look back and laugh... Talking to a few around, and receiving praise for her delightful insight on certain situations, Tenshi kept an eye out for someone. Smiling to her friend, glad he made the appearance today, Tenshi gave a chuckle. "I don't know what your talking about Mo... My speech was just beautiful..." Giving him an amused look, Tenshi let him head over to the kings to say his piece, before she followed suite and looked down to them both, before sitting before the two and smiling. "My speech was just perfect wasn't it? I mean, I had so much more I could say... Like seriously, you guys can just go at it like... Rabbits, loud, whimpering sweaty rabbits that are just too adorable when not partaking in activities." Tenshi knew they would one day try and get back at her, it was expected, but at least they wouldn't be alone, Tenshi already planning something for Chester and Akvan... Even if it wouldn't be as bad. But she knew the kings would forgive her, and if not... Then they didn't have a choice. "Your not really dead are you... Because if that the case then I know the perfect way to bury you both, so your joined together for eternity, literally... It will definitely have to be a closed coffin though, unless you guys are cool with it being open..." Giving one last quick glance to the kings in their misery, Tenshi made her way before giving one last quick glance... "Just wait until you have your first dance... Tradition states something with that beautiful garter belt you shalt be wearing Ruru... And I sure am hell going to make sure that happens, because you know, you cant hide anything from me, or your guests..." Winking to them both, Tenshi skipped away back to her table to start eating... Not wanting to wait for the rest of the night.
