Hane had remained a silent worker the entire month of Jiko. He'd been far too used to them now to get any enjoyment. To him, all he wanted to do was punish his student for no reason. And Hane had done just that, in fact he'd dried poor Kaku of any Orange gifts, leaving the Jiko covered in Orange paint and dreading ever meeting Hane on a Jiko day again. Hane glanced to the others, smiling slightly to the Queen. As usual, he'd done her proud this year with his festival service, scoring the most points for the team. When they went move off, Hane followed close behind her majesty, doing a spin in the air as they circled. Whilst the others aimed all around. Hane aimed for a spot where his golden eyes saw movement, firing many bombs like a machine gun. He landed like Mizetto to Mo, landing behind the Queen to allow her to have the most fun throwing paint at others. All the while Hane remained behind, mostly defending the Queen from getting hit from anything. Using paint to deflect hits.

Post by Gensho Night on Dec 28, 2014 22:12:25 GMT
Poor dear Ningen was having a hard time, and Gensho was being the literal pick-me-up for him. After all, the God of Night didn't want anyone on his team to miss out. Plus, Ningen was a Noble, so it could hurt to earn some Demon points for the Baransu council. Gensho smiled as he held up his pale, sickly little Human, keeping his Demon eyes open for any new movements. Nanari went off with Makeru, and Gensho took off to the air to dodge most of the attacks. Ningen and his fancy gun could do wonders at a distance, so playing the game like this was best. Gensho was free to fly and flap around happily, singing a song as he watched paint fly. He watched dear Nanari run around too, glad to see all of his little family having fun. Well, almost all of them. Makeru still remained a grump, although he was open to helping, he wasn't much of a talker.
Gensho had tried pulling on that thread without luck, and so just left the ex-Angel to his own devices. Entertaining himself by playing legs for Ningen was fun enough, and so Gensho tried not to worry about the grumpy Angel so much. Gensho smiled down to Onrah as his older brother came in typical, massive fashion riding a giant dog, and tapped Ningen's shoulder. He pointed to the confident Demon, hoping his silver haired Human friend got the idea. Onrah made himself a target, which was probably what the Demon had hoped for.

Post by Makeru Kage on Dec 29, 2014 21:07:54 GMT
Mak did the bare minimum in battle. His reliable airship was enough to keep his team happy and thinking that he was ready to participate. In truth, the Angel just wanted this festival over, so that he could laze around his boat for a few more days of solitude before the Outlaws and their plans changed that forever. He was probably one of the only ones to not see this festival as a distraction for the worlds troubles. Which was unlike Mak. Normally, he was open to using any excuse to get away from life's trouble, but this trouble was more than even a fun group festival could handle. Makeru sighed, tossing a paint bomb from hand to hand as he followed Nanari. She seemed like a nice little Human lady, but Makeru knew he couldn't get too close to her, or the other Human. Makeru knew they'd both perish soon, the sickly one obvious to kick the bucket first, but neither deserved the pain of having a friend betray them, and so Mak refused to become one to them.
He did look after the small Humans though, just like Gensho seemed to do. They might be each on the battlefields of paint, but Demons and Angels naturally took a guarding position to their Human team-mates, because of evasive and naturally better senses for dodging paint. Makeru might not be able to fly to Nanari's aid, but he could deflect any paint bombs. He himself got hit by a few, because his defence being primarily lent to the Human woman. Not that Mak, or his team, probably minded if they won or lost this battle. They just aimed to have fun, and fun was what they were having, Makeru excluded. He kept his eyes pealed on the rooftops of building around them, in case the pesky, not quite game legal Purple team was lurking around somewhere.

Post by Onrah Death on Dec 29, 2014 21:21:44 GMT
Onrah always knew one day he would be riding a Wolvine into battle, crying a tremendous cry of battle as he coated the enemy in blue paint. That was a lie, but for Onrah, and dream of his could be true. He was loving this festival, despite his sister's sometimes awkward behaviour around him, Onrah was prepared to end the festival in a blast. He adored Clue, never being able to socialize with a Wolvine before. Fortunate for Onrah, he'd never been God of Death long enough to sit through the major downfall in the Wolvine population. And so he didn't feel entirely guilty for the rare prizes Clue's race had become. He did however, treat the Wolvine like an equal, when he was riding on the cute creature's back. Scratching Clue's ear, Onrah called out to all around the square, pointing a paint bomb. When he'd spotted Clue's young master, the Demon had been all the more ready to repay his new friend, throwing a bomb with all of his might for Mizetto's head. Of course, Mo was quick to block the attack without the boy knowing he'd been almost hit. The old man was too soft, he didn't want Mizetto thinking he'd failed the team by getting hit too much, and so took many of Zetto's hits for the boy. Onrah didn't blame him, and smiled to his purple King with a nod, before throwing more bombs at the smug purple face. Afterwards, Clue began tensing up, dodging paint coming from the sky, yelping when it splashed on his head. Onrah comforted the timid wolf, before looking around. "Think you can get up closer to them?" He asked Clue, to which the Wolvine sneezed. Using his strong paws, Clue pushed them up and through the fragile roof of a shop stall, and then onto the rooftops around the square. Closer to his brother and his Human companion, Onrah grinned, aiming multiple paint bombs at Gensho's wings in a hope to bring down the God of Night to a less safe level.

Post by Takeo on Dec 30, 2014 19:39:37 GMT
Takeo headed straight into the fray, mostly in a hope to find Ari and get his battle with her. He had not seen the miniature Angel throughout the entire event, and he assumed as he was not attacked by her she had not seen him either... Which in itself was both a good and bad thing, for he knew that he would have got hit at least once if going into battle with her, and so far he had been hit with paint one other time, by who he knew not. But at the same time, he was hoping for a battle with her, as to see if she was as good as he thought her to be. Ducking out the way of oncoming paint bombs, Takeo threw a few of his own, not really caring who he hit. He also kept an eye out for Clue, he knew Onrah would keep him safe, he was one of the few Demons Takeo could actually trust, but that didn't stop his concern for the Wolvine mascot of theirs. Throwing a paint bomb, Takeo watched as it missed the intended target and headed down an ally way instead, it hit something, and for a second he watched, something telling him to check it out... But that thought went as soon as it came as he set his sights on Hane... Using all his might and everything he has been taught, Takeo aimed and fired at his teacher, hoping to get some revenge. Itami was still lounging around using her sins as a method to fight, and a sly way to get loads of points without having to worry about doing the work herself and dodging any paint, and on the verge of harming all those who dared to aim at her. But she kept a close eye out, she could sense something on the horizon, and she could bet all her team points that Exitium and whatever team he was on was behind it.

The murderous intent amongst half of Red Team really got at Akvan. He was used to killing, but killers were a different story. He didn't think anyone should have to kill in the world, excluding those who did it for the greater good, supposedly like Akvan and Onrah. But it didn't matter, for now, today Akvan didn't need to worry about those kinds of things. The only thing he needed to make sure of was that everyone played their part, and the Red Team could serve up the best finale of all Jiko time. Akvan counted more heads, taking a moment to muse over the fight between his two brothers. Onrah was obviously going to win. As kind as he was to help out a Human friend, he was open for any attack without being able to defend himself. Akvan turned his attention from the battle, smiling down to Chester. He enjoyed every moment this festival had granted them together, and hoped it wouldn't end after the finale. But Akvan didn't think he'd find another opportunity for them to be together that didn't involve one being in hiding, or being attacked in the streets by grieving, angry people.
He chuckled quietly, "Oh, I know we're going to hit them, and the thought hadn't crossed my mind." He replied with a smile, "Perhaps whilst stuck in paint lumps on the ground, we can add some more salt to the wounds too." Akvan almost jumped as a lucky paint bomb made it passed the defences to hit close to Ari and Exitium, it was a fortunate way to break up the pair that were almost ready to start a friendly fire. Akvan shook off the sudden bomb, turning to check on numbers. Then, squeezing Chester's hand slightly, he got up to look to the group. "All set, everyone's close enough in range for our attack." He stated, turning to unhook the make-shift walls. They spread open like two doors, making a small entrance into the square, defended on the sides. Akvan only opened it slightly, before smiling to the others. "Ok, plans are, defend Exitium for as long as his shot takes to charge, then get back behind the doors before getting hit." Akvan glanced to Exitium, trying to meet eye to eye with the powerful Demon. "Exitium, whatever anger you've got boiled up, I know you'll use it well, so... uh, do what you do best, I suppose."

Exitium sent a toothy grin towards Ari. He knew how much the shrimp hated his guts, and he liked it. Hate made Exitium work harder, and the more angry he got, the better he as at what he did. Sneering down at the small Angel, Exitium almost towered over her small frame, "I'll be painting the walls with you soon, tiny pest, if I didn't need to save my precious power for this." Exitium growled, leaning in closer before dodging a blue paint bomb. He huffed, looking at the wall as he waited for Akvan's word. The small God eventually gave the word, getting up to give the next set of instructions to them all. Exitium didn't need defending, he could get through any challenge and win. Correct, his power needed to charge before use, but he'd survived many relentless fights alone, dropping defence in the favour of obliterating his targets. Getting up, Exitium straightened his clothes up, walking towards the door, but pulling Akvan's scruff to force the younger Demon closer. "This plan of yours, do not think that creating it means this win is yours. I am the one bringing our team into victory, and don't forget it. That goes to all three of you." Pushing the boy away, Exitium took a breath and cleared his head. "That said, let's go paint this town red."
Cracking his neck, Exitium nodded to the side, holding his hands out as the walls opened out to reveal the battlefield in full swing. With the others deflecting or blocking paint blasts, Exitium could focus all of his energy on the pile of barrels in the centre of the square. He glanced to spot Itami, hidden away behind her familiars. Perhaps she would avoid the attack, but Exitium relied on his skills well, and knew that it would be unlikely anyone in Baransu would be able to avoid this. He closed his eyes, creating tiny vibrations in the paint hidden in the barrels. He couldn't cause a fiery explosion, that might actually kill everyone, which would be awkward considering the soon to be plans of the Outlaws. So, a massive, incredibly focused force blast, along with a particle expansion spell, should create the maximum effect. All planned out in a manner of seconds, Exitium was ready. The air around him grew heavier, no doubt the others would feel the strain, and suddenly all wind around Exitium was forced backwards, as an invisible missile of magic fired straight at the barrels. Upon contact, the explosion was a sight to behold all. From a pile on the ground, to a giant orb that reached up higher than the Baransu tower. The orb shrunk down into a tall spire, before the middle began to collapse down into one big red wave. Exitium could only admire his work for a short while, before retreating back into the shelter to avoid the full force of the sea of red paint.

Post by Ari Shirudo on Dec 30, 2014 22:47:48 GMT
Ari balled up her hands into angry fists, it was official she hated Exitium more then she hated all others, and when this was all over she was going to let him know it. Glaring towards him, Ari began to move forward ready to strike the Demon, but that was before the paint bomb hit the shelter. Quickly moving to look out of the gap to see who it was, Ari panicked for a second when she saw her Guardian take a double look at where they were... Luckily he turned around to fight another, but that slight bit of concealed panic was still lingering. Taking a look towards Akvan, Ari gave a slight smile... There was no way she was going to defend that idiotic Demon, she instead was going to go straight after Takeo, she wanted at least one battle before this was all over. Nodding towards the kinder of the two Demons, Ari was first out as the doors and was straight into throwing paint bombs, she especially made sure to aim for the back of Takeo's head. She did not care when the barrels went off, she was willing to get covered in her own colour paint if it meant a few extra moments attacking others... But she knew if she lingered out here then she would possibly get hit due to all the stray bombs, and reluctantly headed back over to the shelter just out of the red bombs range. Ari watched in fascination as the red paint painted Baransu, and she hoped this got them enough points to win..

Chester smiled towards Akvan and jumped when the sudden paint bomb appeared in the shelter, luckily it wasn't because anyone knew they were there, or so she hoped. Squeezing Akvan's hand back and gave him the warmest smile she could. She listened as Akvan explained the final plan, and scowled at Exitium as he spoke, she's had patience with him, letting him be leader and get away with acting cruelly towards the team, but this was the last straw for that patience. "You may be the only one who can do this for the plan, but we are in a team... I know for a fact Ari has scored more hits then you have, so don't go making it seem like everything is your doing for the win..." Chester scowled at the Demon and turned away, she had nothing more to say to him, and if they were to meet after the festival, or not, it would be far too soon. Nodding towards her other two teammates and giving a reassuring smile to Akvan, Chester headed out to attack and, unfortunately, defend Exitium. Making sure she wasn't hit, and luckily gain another point manually for the team, Chester watched as the town was literally painted red, quickly ducking back inside, Chester curled herself into Akvan's side to watch, hugging her friend and smiling. "Truly an amazing plan Akvan... And I have to admit, its amusing to watch."

Post by Just Mo on Dec 31, 2014 19:21:24 GMT
The teams were even on the battlefield, Mo was happy to take a few shots in return to hitting many opponents off-guard. He had Mizetto to defend as well, as good as the young Demon was and felt as if he was, he was still only ten years old. So Mo continued to make sure most fire was aimed at the purple King, rather than Mizetto, making sure the boy was in belief that he was doing well. Grinning, Mo catapulted orange paint bombs along with Mizetto's stone-built ones, aiming for his second in command, Onrah, who rode majestically around on a Wolvine. The dog seemed to be owned by Mizetto, since it couldn't keep it's attention away from the young Demon, and vice versa. Mo managed to deflect the shot aimed by Onrah at Mizetto, swatting the boy's head with his tail to get Zetto's head back in the game.
The game of equally fun, and equally challenged proportions on all sides was continued for a few more minutes, before two hidden doors appeared in one of the alleys. Mo didn't know what to expect at first, not being able to see who opened the doors. Not until Mo spotted the chilling and menacing grin of Exitium walking from the alley did the Demon King know what was going on. Those barrels, Mo thought he could smell something funny inside, and as it turned out, he'd been right. But his team was closest to the middle, and it would be impossible, wings or not, to escape to a safe distance. Besides, the moment Mo realized what his God of Destruction had planned, the barrels were already exploding. Red paint completely engulfed Mo and his team, before rolling out to catch any other unfortunate soul in it's sticky grasp. Once the paint had rested, Mo got up slowly, shaking red paint off of his ears, whilst struggling to look through the gloopy paint around his eyes. He had to take his hat off to red team, this was indeed a very cunning plan indeed. But Mo couldn't move, the first in so many years that his team had lost, the idea froze the eternal Demon in place. He glanced over to whatever red blob Tenshi and the others were, looking gloomy if still impressed.

Post by Just Tenshi on Jan 2, 2015 21:42:34 GMT
Tenshi could feel something on the horizon, she wasn't known for knowing almost everything for no reason after all. But she didn't try to find out what, or try to bypass it, she would let events happen as they happen. Throwing around a few paint bombs, Tenshi chuckled as she hit a couple of un-expecting victims and did a little victory dance when she managed to hit Takeo... In all the years she's known him to take part, the only other people to ever hit him was Hane and Ari, she Tenshi was feeling pretty pleased wither herself. Turning around to throw another bomb, Tenshi caught the gaze that Mo was sending in a direction, and once she saw the grin of red team, she just smiled and threw her hands out, ready to allow the paint to engulf her, it wasn't hard to tell what they had planned, especially considering it was Exitium carrying out the plan. Shuddering slightly when the paint hit her, Tenshi laughed as Hane attempted to keep her from getting completely splattered, of course to no avail. Getting rid of any access paint from her body, that she could, Tenshi gave a smile in the direction of red team and began to laugh. She knew one day one of the teams would finally beat the immortals, and she had to hand it to them on how they did so, she also knew that her little purple friend would be a little down about finally losing, but they always had next year. "I always was thinking about updating my wardrobe to get some colours in... But I guess dying my old clothing would work too.. Congratulations to the Red team, I admire your thrive to beat us."

Post by Gensho Night on Jan 2, 2015 23:11:36 GMT
Ningen was happy to pay Gensho for his troubles in any means, and if shooting the Demon's friend was what the God wanted, then Ningen put his best shots into making it so. He smiled to Gensho, charging up multiple shots on his gun before aiming for the Demon riding the wolf. Ningen took careful consideration of the Wolvine, knowing amongst Nobles who owned such magnificent creatures that they weren't as tough as they looked. This particular one looked ready to be spooked at the word go, and so Ningen made careful analysis of each shot so as to make sure he didn't hit the poor wolf's head. Hitting Onrah a few times, but in turn receiving a few himself, Ningen tried to hold on to his companion and Gensho noticed some new event going on. Ningen followed his gaze to a new group entering the fray, one that was possibly hiding and expecting the correct moment.
What the correct moment was for, Ningen was about to find out. Gensho held on tighter to the frail Human, pulling them up higher as the barrels exploded, and a red pillar erupted into the sky. Ningen looked in awe at the display, and then to Gensho as the flying Demon seemed just as awestruck. "Uhhh.... shouldn't we fly away?" Ningen asked, looking with concern from the growing red pillar to his friend. Gensho chuckled, lowering their altitude until it would be safe to fall. "Oh no, this plan can't be escaped, my little brother.... he's a smart one." Gensho said, looking toward the alley way. "Well done Akvan, enjoy it." And with that, the Demon almost embraced the oncoming wave of red. Ningen didn't quite get what was going on in the Demon's head, but he understood in the ways of fun that they couldn't escape such an awesome red wave. And so with a splat, the pair were washed down towards the street like flies splashed by water. They'd land safe, cushioned by the paint coating everything, and so the Green's could fall with a smile on their faces.

Post by Nanari on Jan 3, 2015 21:40:35 GMT
Nanari just laughed every time she was hit with paint. She was here to have fun, not turn the festival into a deadly competition over who was better. She managed to get in a few hits herself, but things began to slow down once an ally opened up, and red team she guessed stepped out. She could feel in the atmosphere that something was about to happen, and from the looks of some of the others faces they guessed it too. Her feeling was right as a wave of red paint rain came down upon Baransu. Scrunching up her shoulders and just letting Baransu and everyone in it, including herself be painted red. Nanari just laughed and clapped for red team... It was a brilliant plan, one many are sure to keep in mind ready for next year. Mak from the looks of things didn't seem too pleased with the result on what just transpired, however Nanari was more convinced that it was because his collection of apples he had on him were now inedible, rather then the fact they were covered head to toes in paint. And when also looking around any sight of Tulus was lost, the poor cat probably being buried under the gloop.

Post by Clue on Jan 3, 2015 23:07:55 GMT
Clue was enjoying playing steed more than he should. Possibly because Onrah was skilled enough to make sure the furry ball of fear wasn't hit by too many paint bombs, and unknowingly because others were going easy on the skittish Wolvine. So Clue was happy to run circles around the square, Onrah balanced on his back, crying words of war as he knocked down others with his paint bombs. Eventually Clue was asked to climb up closer to a flying Demon, openly accepting to try his best. Keeping a weary eye on Mizetto every time they moved, Clue climbed the building to let Onrah do as he wished and fight who Clue gathered was a friend of his. Something else was happening in the square, Clue barking up to Onrah to get his attention, pointing his snout to the newcomers. Onrah seemed to chuckle, mutter something and then go quiet. He then got down from Clue's back, almost looking as though he was admiring what was going on.
Clue was in hysterics, the moment the red explosion happened, he was ears down, running around the roof crying out. He was splattered with paint just as much as anyone else. But unlike the others, Clue immediately shook off his heavy coat of red paint, before running down off the roof and towards the square. Smelling was made a world harder with red paint stinking up everything, but nothing could beat a Wolvine's nose. And so Clue managed to find a blob of paint that smelt just like his master, Mizetto. Carefully biting down, Clue pulled his small master free of the suffocating paint, forgetting the fact that they were on opposite teams until he was certain his Demon master was safe. And also clean, and so Clue didn't wait to begin coating the red painted Demon in slobber.

Post by Itami on Jan 3, 2015 23:21:52 GMT
Itami didn't pay attention to what was going on around her, the sins she conjured up was doing all the work for her. It wasn't until she saw an ally door open up and Exitium walk out... And the second she saw his face, Itami was quick to bring back her sins to create a barrier around Itami to keep the paint of, of her. Luckily it worked, as her sins took full force of the red wave, leaving Itami completely clear of paint. She would have to congratulate Exitium on this later on, after condemning him for almost getting her covered in paint, before the plan is set into motion. She would also have to drill him for information concerning her toys... They seemed too cosy for those who met just a month ago, which meant there was more to this then Itami thought. Takeo on the other hand, got full force of the wave, but this was after he was hit in the head with a red paint bomb, he knew instantly who it was, and yet had no time to react before the wave came down upon them. Glaring into the very same ally way that he thought was fishy from the start, Takeo knew he would be extracting his revenge on Ari later on.
