Percy sniffed, the last few effects of those unintentional tears leaving his system, before giving Tenshi a half smile. Being told that he felt a little better always reminded Percy of when this hadn't been a problem. When he'd been younger, more free, able to spend a day not fighting his own mind. He'd love to have that sense of freedom again, of 'feeling better' again. It was a bittersweet hope of his. Percy did know to some extent that he liked Nanari. He had plenty of examples of how these kinds of feelings worked for others. But, he'd never do anything with them. She was a friend, perhaps one day a close friend. There was no way Percy would fall like others had, because like any ordinary fall, if it ended badly, it always hurt. And Percy didn't like pain, Angus showed him a few good examples of why Percy wasn't looking to get hurt anymore. He chuckled to Tenshi's words, "Thank you, but... I don't think it's so easy. I could give it all the time in the world," And believe Percy, he could actually do that, "But I doubt it would help. Some magic just isn't meant to be tamed." He explained. He glanced up, smirking slightly at the new, edgy glare Hane gave him. "It's not like my uncontrollable magic is going to hurt anyone, other than myself. Relax, please.." He explained over to Hane, getting an even more set in glare, before Hane finally retreated back to a cautious gaze. Percy decided to let Tenshi believe it was big of him to repay his debts, and not because he didn't have a choice. It was pay the debts with money, or blood, and Percy was getting a little sick of the latter. He'd willingly swindle people of money for free alcohol, but quickly realised it never worked quite how he wanted it to.
"I don't intend to. She just... spends way too much time in the Tavern." Percy jested, giving Nanari a look and soft smile.
