Flood didn't seem to understand, nobody ever did these days. Why couldn't they see that it was better to let Exitium have his way, then to fight for no cause. But she wouldn't try to change his view, just like how he wasn't trying to change hers anymore. But that didn't mean Chester was going to stop saying more on the matter, she had to make him and everyone else understand. "I've lived my life in regret from the moment I was growing up with the Outlaws seventeen years ago. And the events to follow from that have just pushed me further and further into a ditch to the point of no return no matter what happens. I will fight, despite not wanting to, to save my friends and family, there's no doubt about that, they have no regrets, and love this corrupted world. But myself? I regret living, and if this corrupted world ends, or if it survives, either way, I wont be around to find out." Chester began to laugh, no blame for trying? How she wished that was true, and Chester was waiting for the day things ended... She tried once herself, watched others do the same, and it never worked. "All anyone does is try in this world, and yet, it doesn't work... Every mundane activity is trying... Someone trying to save a life and failing, they get blamed for the death. One thieving to feed their poor family because they try and fail to do so by legal means, they get blamed for the misery of those they stole from. One having a dark magic, that they cant control, but try to anyways, and yet they still get blamed for randomly killing of people... All one does it try and fix mistakes, live on another day, and each and every turn they get blamed, we get blamed. Like I said, we can try and change things, and things will change, but not permanently, and with one win, another fall occurs... Try all you like. It wont work." Chester had heard of the Mun clan, Ru, Nanari, and Gensho were all talking about them... Nanari helping already, and Ru most likely going to join... Chester wouldn't be surprised if Gensho hunted them out to do so. Chester wouldn't join, there was no way in hell... Too many people, all with too much hope that this world could be saved, but perhaps she would take the safe place for rest, even if she wasn't on Exitium's kill list because of her neutral ground in this silent war, and the fact she is easily killing off humans against her will. But Gensho and the others were, so for them, she wouldn't be so sour. "I hate my existence, just as I have no hope for a changing world... But my family does, and I cannot ignore that as much as I want to. And they are in danger from Exitium, so knowing there is a place for them to remain safe... It means more then you will ever know. Gensho will want to join I recon, and I believe my brother Ru and his other half and thinking about it... Nanari has already joined..." Looking down slightly, Chester gave a small barely noticeable smile to herself. "It's no interest to me... But I will come tonight, if only to make myself use to it... But don't expect me to do much more then stand there... Not even talk to another."

Flood didn't reply anymore to the point of whether this world was worth saving or not. Because just like the world was made from fluctuating good and evil, Flood and Chester's conversation would never fold neatly together. If they both believed differently forever, so be it. Flood got what he got from this meeting. A chance to hear Chester talk to him again, no matter the context or what she said. Flood was just grateful to hear that voice again. But Chester wasn't wrong in some things she said. It was very easy to believe the bad of this world would never be fixed, and that trying to do things was what made life what it was. Perhaps when Flood mentioned to try, he was thinking of something else, something one could easily lose sight of when placed in the wrong positions over and over again. He couldn't think of the right kind of word right now, too much conflict in his mind. He smiled to Chester, at least he'd gotten something good out of this meeting, and hearing about Gensho was icing on the cake. How Flood longed to see his brother again, even if their meeting would be just like this one with Chester. Gensho couldn't know his brother was alive, because that was still up for debate. There were so many in the Clan now, and Zuura was ecstatic over his new friends. Flood was just glad the leader was getting the clan he wanted, and that those without a place to go were given new hope and new family. "The Mun Clan is Zuura's baby, he loves it to the core, and anyone stepping foot into the clan grounds will be protected by him. He's an... interesting guy. Not only him, but I remain on full alert as well. Many people I care for are in the clan, and we both strive to make it a warm and safe place for all, members or not." Flood summoned a disk at his feet, lifting himself up a foot or so into the air. "All of your family are welcome as well, the God of Night may find that he has a fan-base in the Mun Clan, a lot of the kids adore the stars, and would be thrilled to meet their creator." He smiled in return to Chester's unseen one, glad to be able to see her again tonight. He wasn't about to brag, but Flood did enjoy being entertainment, and had gotten pretty good at it over the years. "The choice is yours, but I don't expect anything from you if you do come along. Whilst there might be a few kids running around, the room itself is pretty mellow and relaxed, so even not talking to anyone, you won't draw attention. Also, dinner is an option, and will be on me. Though eat at your own risk... I can't cook, so I normally let Hada do it and the results can be questionable." Flood added, finding himself relax as he tried to draw into a more casual chat, rather than the earlier debate.

Chester didn't really care about what the clan was like or who was in it, all she cared for was the fact it was a safe place for her family to go to if need be, even if most were already planning to join or had done so. But Gensho, he wouldn't do so if she didn't, and Chester knew that, but she also knew he wanted to help... And after everything he has done for her, Chester wanted to repay him back, so if putting up with the Clan and its occupants needed to be done then she would do so. "I'll make sure I get word to him of tonight, im sure he will be thrilled to join, though, all you have to do is comment nicely on the memorial constellations of his brothers and he will come running." Chester gave a small chuckle at the thought, having done the same thing once to lure him to her... It was like he had a sixth sense over it, and it almost always made him tear up when hearing nice things. "I might find Nanari and see if she wishes to join, sisters busy tonight but im sure she will drop what she's doing if I mention im planning something... And Ru and Kaku, but the likely hood of them turning up is unlikely, the two having a night to themselves" Chester wasn't entirely sure if Nanari was busy due to the clan business or another matter, but either way, Gensho, Nanari and Ru had all been waiting for Chester to take an interest in something, and even if this something was just getting them in the safety of people then she didn't care. "Like I said, I might come, but only if Gensho or another does, and I wont be speaking to anyone, probably just hide in a corner away from the crowds... I wont eat, but Gensho most certainly will, and it doesn't matter how mellow things are there, one wrong word or move and my mind reacts and causes problems." Chester couldn't count the amount of times such a thing had happened, just like today, and wanted Flood to know that.

Flood listened carefully, before glancing up to the sky. Constellations, Flood didn't know Gensho's memorial to his brothers went that far, and it made his throat dry. He knew Gensho would be there tonight, there'd been word of the God of Night hanging around Baransu, talking to Mun clan members a lot outside of the clan. He was still trying to fix wounds between Demons and Humans, and where the council refused to see him, Gensho would help the common person, offering help to Mun clan members when exploring Baransu at night. Flood felt horrid for how Gensho's efforts to make his race better were going nowhere, he tried so hard, even after losing his two closest brothers to his own kind. How Flood longed to talk to Gensho again, to have his happy-drunk brother tease him again, throw his stuff around, try to force Akvan to smile. Taking a deep breath to stop himself from crying again, this time for Gensho, Flood nodded slightly to Chester. "I'll keep that in mind, and I promise to make sure you are both welcomed appropriately." Flood knew from experience as Akvan that he didn't like attention. He had liked the Ball, before everything else happened to crumble down his life into nothing, because no one gave him much notice. Those who did speak to him at the table, spoke only about themselves, and barely even mentioned Akvan or his job in question. So Flood would make sure the clan got the idea that their guest didn't want to chat, and just wanted to be silently accepted into the Hall. "Nanari is quite busy, although we currently have a pair of expecting parents in the clan, both she takes under her care, so she could turn up." Flood replied rather quickly. "I know that because she visits often enough." Was Flood's excuse, if Chester knew that Flood and Nanari were on friendly levels for so many years it might stir suspicion. Flood crossed his legs, now properly sitting on the small disk. He smiled to Chester, knowing that she'd attend, since Gensho would most definitely show up. "Whether you come along or not is up to you. I will make sure you have a space to yourself in the Hall." Flood paused, before adding something. "And you don't need to worry about your magic, a lot of the Mun clan are made up of Humans used to Demonic contact, we're more immune to sickness than most." He wanted to add how he'd easily copied her magic earlier to spare the angry men, but didn't know how far he should push his luck today. Finally, floating a few more feet to announce his need to level, Flood removed his hat to bow his head once more. "Despite my rudeness, it was nice to finally speak to you, Miss. Chester, see you tonight, if not some other time... I, have a feeling this won't be the last time we talk."

Chester didn't care how she was welcomed, if she went. As long as none tried talking to her, then everything would be just fine in her head. But now she had to go and find Gensho, see if he wanted to go... She knew he would, loving socialising, and knowing he would want to join to help as well, meant she needed to find him soon, and hope he didn't try anything to get her socialising herself like he's done in the past. Taking a breath, Chester thought to Nanari, she had done so much to try and help Chester, including just giving her a place to hide from people for a few days, so it was no surprise to hear she took someone under her care, especially a expecting couple. But that kind of reassured Chester that Nanari would go, remembering her mentioning a check up on something or another in the near future, so she could only hope. But Chester gave a sad smile over how Flood said not to worry, and that Humans were use to Demonic contact... "I know how that feels, having not being infected by him so many times because of my upbringing with the Outlaws of seventeen years ago..." It brought back both happy and sad memories of that time, and Chester didn't know why she admitted such a thing... Perhaps it was because Flood reminded her a little of how Akvan and herself use to act, but with the roles reversed... Or it was just because for the first time in seventeen years, Chester felt like she could trust someone. Nodding slightly to Flood, Chester got ready to make her own leave. "If I find Gensho, then I will be there tonight... But if not, I wont be coming to find you for another chat. Regardless if its likely to happen or not." Sparing once last glace over, Chester took off, she assumed that Gensho would be around in Minato, never really going too far away from Chester. Maybe, just maybe, this would start to heal her.
