Clue felt a little alone when Takeo had gone, he was literally the only thing between Ari and Mizetto that stopped them from biting at each others throats. He'd been in this position before, and felt like it would be his job toward the pair for the foreseeable future, being a big fluffy wall. Sighing, Clue gave his master a look as he disturbed the piece, knowing by now when Mizetto was looking to annoy someone. Clue took Ari's comment about biting as it came, frowning as he considered Angel teeth pretty useless at doing any damage. Demons teeth were a little sharper, so if she was trying to compare biting capabilities to Mizetto, then she'd lose. Of course, both would easily lose to Clue, if the Wolvine ever learnt how to properly bite, since he usually kept an invisible muzzle around his dangerous jaws, as he'd been trained to do. Clue wagged his tail when Ari spoke to him, nodding slowly as he wriggled around. Clue winced when Mizetto was hit, if only lightly, though he did know why his master kind of deserved it. But Clue could see where this would go if Mizetto decided to retaliate, the last ten minutes would repeat themselves. He whined softly, looking from one child to the other. "Don't fight guys... be friends." Clue pleaded, remembering how Mr. Takeo had explained their situation to the Wolvine in the kitchen.

Takeo felt tears well up in his eyes as Ari called him dad, it was something that barely, if ever, happened, so when it did, it always made him want to cry, but he refused to let anyone see that, instead he opted for quickly heading downstairs to get Ari a drink, hoping that by the time he returned from that the tears would be gone. As he left, Takeo hoped that they would be able to refrain from fighting until Ari was at least on her feet again, knowing they wouldn't be able to stop for long, but that thought was quickly diminished, he knew Ari would still be looking for a fight, even in that state. Quickly grabbing the drink, Takeo made his way back up, walking in just as Clue spoke, leaving the glass on the side table and sending a slight glare to the occupants of the room, Takeo sighed. "Clue's right, be friends, at least until Ari is better... And Yes Ari that means refraining from fighting... I'll just be downstairs making soup, Clue, if they do carry on fighting, come and get me... Please." Sending a smile, but remaining worried, Takeo heading back down to the kitchen, in a hope to get back up there as soon as he could.

Mizetto had his reasons to not want to hug Ari. Whilst he didn't expect her to bite, he did expect pain of some sort to be his reward. The Demon was concentrating on his chuckling to notice Ari slam down on his head. He didn't really expect the sickly girl to have so much strength left. Mizetto crawled back a bit, holding his head with one hand whilst tightening the other into a fist. "I don't know 'bout that tiny, all I'd need to do is poke you and you'll probably faint again, can't have Snot-hair cryin' some more can we?" Mizetto spat back to the Angel girl, rubbing his head until he fuzzed out the pain. The only thing to stop Mizetto from the retaliation he was longing for, was Clue soft plea to not fight. Sighing, Mizetto lowered his hand. He wouldn't fight Ari because of being a 'friend', but because his actual friend might get caught in the crossfire. And Clue would be less than happy to be hit by a missing punch or swing. Mizetto folded his arms together, showing his resolve although showing otherwise on his face with a huge pout. He hated getting hit without the chance for payback, it was the same to him as losing. Mizetto glanced to Takeo, and then pointed at Ari. "Fine, and you better get better soon, tiny! I don't want to miss out on a good fight, even if they are easy to win." Mizetto stated, and it was the closest thing to a 'get well' message that Ari would get from the Demon boy.

Ari glared at Mizetto, it was one thing to include her in a fight, but she would not put up with him bringing Takeo into one with her, at least not in that context. "Listen up you bloody pipsqueak... Include me in a fight however you want... But do NOT bring dad into it, especially in that context... Cause any sane person would be upset if a friend, or a family member just suddenly collapsed... Tell me, what if it was Clue? Don't you think you would be in tears?" She had never spoken to anyone with less venom then she did then and Ari felt her hands clench into fists, she knew if Mizetto tried anything right now she would be able to defend herself in this hate, even if she regretted it later. Ari completely ignored the words from Clue, just as she didn't take it in that Takeo returned with her drink... Anger at Mizetto filling her mind, making it difficult for her to calm down. But she managed to take a deep breath before turning to take a gulp of water, already feeling a lot better, even if she knew she wasn't. "Don't worry hobbit, I could take you down even like this... Now that I know of course, I willing to go anytime..." Sending a glare at Mizetto, Ari knew she wouldn't get the chance to fight him in this state, Clue and Takeo most likely going to be holding them back, but that didn't mean Ari was going to stop with the threats. "And trust me, these fights aren't easy to win, especially if you lose an arm and a leg, both in which im happy get rid of for ya..." Sending a small predatory smile to Mizetto, Ari took another gulp of her drink before turning her attention to Clue. "The day I become friends with midget will be the day the world ends... But I guess I will admit to putting up with him for your sake..."

Clue could tell Ari got upset with that last statement from his master, and for once even Clue gave Mizetto a judgemental look. If he wanted to express how he felt, then for once Mizetto would have to put his ego aside for a moment, that was how Clue saw it. He put up with his master through everything, never really understanding why Zetto spoke like he did all of the time, but knowing the Demon felt different on the inside. One day he'd learn how to express that side of himself more, and Clue could only assume it was something one unlocked when they grew up a bit. The Wolvine smiled a little as Ari seemed a bit better after the drink, and he nodded to Takeo as the man left to get the food. Clue himself was still pretty hungry, putting off eating without the two arguing at the time meant he'd missed out completely. He almost drooled a little, if Clue was determined to do his job and only his job. Keep Ari warm and stop the pair from fighting. Clue did appreciate Ari choosing to get along with Mizetto if only for the Wolvine, but it wasn't really what he wanted to hear. Sighing, Clue dropped his head onto the bed, "That is nice... but I was hoping... that you and Master could, be friends without Clue in the middle." The Wolvine muttered, looking up to his master with what others described as 'puppy-dog eyes'.

Takeo smiled to himself as he left, knowing that half the things each said to one another was no always what they were feeling, and something was telling Takeo that Ari did see Mizetto as a friend, even if its only because he fought back, while others hid away in fear and hate. Surviving through another coughing fit, he began to cook once more, hoping that the healing herbs used especially in food was still strong enough to help Ari with whatever her condition was. Also resorting to warming up the dinner prepared earlier, he assumed everyone would be able to eat within Ari's room, knowing they either never ate, or didn't get chance to finish. During the preparations for the food, Takeo wondered if they would carry on fighting, despite Ari's condition and his threats... Hoping they had enough common sense to either refrain from doing so, or at least keeping the fight to words only, but he knew that would be a feat in itself. Looking back slightly, Takeo contemplated getting Clue down here to help, hoping that if they left the other two alone, they would potentially find nicer words to say to one another, but he would let him stay up there for a bit, as to see if Clue has to come down anyways.
