Itami smirked as she watched Shinda work. She did not care what the disease would be or how it acted, as long as her conditions were met, and it was and then some just as she planned. It was official, her plan was complete. All she needed now was for the weak races to die out and herself and Exitium to take down Mo, the others would follow soon after. Nodding slightly towards Shinda, Itami gave him a look. "Paludem is a great place to hide out, barely any Demon wishes to go there willingly... You should be safe to recover, that, and being in Dranar helps, as you probably know... Oh and no worries, I no longer need you, as I said let the other races suffer before picking them off one by one..." Turning to look down at Chester as Shinda left, Itami just stepped on the knife from her chest and pressed down. There was no need to kill her using her magic, Itami would let her suffer. Turning towards the other two, Itami smirked. "Im not going to waste perfectly good magic on you. Not when one is dying already and the other too weak and spineless to come after me... Tata for now." Taking one last glance, Itami spread her wings and flew off, she needed to find Exitium and deliver the news... She had no care for pathetic weaklings now.

The exhaustion began to wear off, but Gensho wished it had simply killed him. The light of his little brother disappeared, and it seemed Chester was ready to disappear with it. Losing one brother had left Gensho unsure of what to do, other than take care of the one remaining. Losing them both so soon, Gensho was question his very life, what reason was there for it now? All of his friends, the ones he claimed to have in Sohul, as much as he cared for them, he knew they didn't consider him in the same light. The only people willing to put up with Gensho for so long were dead. Gensho couldn't control the burning in his heart, the anger of seeing Shinda take form, destroying Akvan's innocent look and turning into some sort of Demon monster. But he also feared, every breath in the air now was heavy and dark, and Gensho felt like he was being drawn in by it, intoxicating and yet so malicious it was beyond the most diabolical of evil power. After Shinda's job was done, he left, with a little glance to those he'd condemned tonight. Gensho slowly got up, groaning as he still felt stiff. Itami left soon after, but Gensho didn't care to listen to her words. Reality itself was ignored by Gensho now, and all he wanted was to die and join his brothers, the idea of being separated from them now was ripping the gentle Demon in two. Makeru began violently coughing, already feeling the effects of the disease, and that turned Gensho's attention to Chester. He was suddenly filled with a new will, one that kept him intact if only for a moment. He had to do something for her, no matter what. The last connection the Demon had to Akvan, he needed to preserve it. Stumbling over to her, Gensho was careful to turn the poor girl to the least uncomfortable position. He glanced to her eyes, checking for any sign of acknowledgement, before turning to the knife. Makeru, although shrouded in pain from the illness now burning in his body, also came over, knelling opposite Gensho. Gensho swallowed, quickly removing the knife before replacing it with a hand. He got a handkerchief out of his pocket, spat on it a little, and covered the wound with the dampened cloth. It was a desperate effort, but hopefully the antibacterial Demon saliva would help keep the disease off. Apart from that, Gensho honestly didn't know what do to help her, and felt defeated. He tried not to show it though, carefully stroking Chester's hair as he attempted to smile sympathetically.

After letting out a pained groan and listening to Akvan scream, Chester was oblivious to what was going on around her, the pain from the torture and now the knife wound taking its toll on her body, but she refused to let it beat her, and she attempted to come up with some sort of plan. Even if futile in the end. She wanted to make it up to Akvan for everything she did, and feeling a sickness in the air proved to her that Itami got what she wanted... Chester knew from then on that Akvan would be feeling guilty, and if she was able to find a way to share that burden with him, the she was going to fight her wounds to find it. Groaning in pain as she was rolled over and had something pressed to her wound, through her foggy vision realising it was Gensho and Makeru, her eyes filled up with tears. She did not deserve their help, not after everything she did. But she was going to ask for it once more, for Akvan. "I need, I need..." Chester couldn't breath properly, every breath was like a thousand needles poking into her lungs at once, and yet she spoke on. "I need to, to, to, talk to Mo. I need, in-into, Dranar, and so-soon." She fought with all her might to keep herself conscious, at least until she had spoken to Mo, because I he didn't allow her what she was asking for, then Chester wouldn't want to live anyways. "P-P-Pl-please..."

Makeru's only attempt to help was to kill Akvan, and he couldn't even do that. Shinda stopped him, and Mak was suddenly realizing how serious a plan this was. They had awoken something truly evil, not just as the creation of a deadly disease, but something much more. Shivering as he couldn't move, Makeru was helpless to the first experience of this new pandemic. It only took one sharp breath, and Makeru felt as if he'd swallowed acid. His body seemed to shut down, and it took all of his will power to tell muscles to move. All of his thoughts were acted slowly, as if Makeru's body had turned sluggish. Perhaps that was his taste of this randomizing disease. Slowly following Gensho to Chester's side, he just tried to remain awake, unable to offer any real assistance. Gensho did all of the work, and Makeru just stared into nothing until Chester managed to speak. In her state, that was asking a lot from her body, but what she requested sounded important. Still silent, Makeru got to his feet, wobbling slightly. But he managed to hold out his necklace, breaking it off and throwing it behind them. His airship flashed into being, and Makeru glanced to the others. "We should get her up there then... while I still have enough energy to even fly this thing." Makeru said, helping Gensho as much as he could to get Chester on board. The flight would probably drain Makeru of energy, but he was determined to do Chester this favour. After just sitting back and letting her get hurt like that, the ex-Angel wanted to take any and all chances to make it up to her. He'd drop Gensho and Chester there, and then do all he could to go to Aura. He wanted to warn the Angels there of what was going on.
