Every moment Exitium was in wonders as to whether his deal with Rurushu was right. He just wanted to feel the bliss of torturing an Angel again, as they expressed pain so much better than Humans or Demons. He was just itching for the chance to rip another finger off that pathetic Guardian of Peace, or throw him through a wall with an explosion. Once things were done here, and if Rurushu did in fact survive, Exitium doubted he'd be able to keep his side of the deal for long. It was safe to say that Exitium had the taste of Angel blood now, given the chance, he'd seek it out again. For now though, the Demon had been kept busy with his plan. He couldn't have Rurushu follow him everywhere, and so left his trusted friend Ignis to watch the Demon. Ignis had been given orders to lead Rurushu to Paludem in a day, by whatever means he wished. Ignis was an aggressive Dragon, so Exitium wouldn't be surprised if Rurushu was brought here in Ignis' jaws.
His job had been finished. A fine darkness Dragon had been found for Exitium. Originally part of Exitium's set, until the late God of Death's Dragon, Shu, seeked ownership by Exitium. With two dark Dragons, Exitium had to pick which one to keep, and seeing as Shu was well known as a powerful being, Dragon of Death, it was more fitting to keep him. Which meant the other Dragon, Tenebris, was out of his employment. Exitium summoned the Dragon to Paludem, quickly ending the beasts life by sending an explosion into his brain. The Dragon crashed to the ground, not able to even be surprised before dying. Exitium felt pity for the mighty creature, but soon got to work. A crystal had to be created, and Exitium hadn't create one from a Dragon's blood before. He'd used a quarter of a Demon's blood to make Chrysos' crystal, but a quarter of a Dragon's blood was a lot more. This was why Exitium had doubted the first test would work, he'd no idea how much blood to use. He supposed, a average sized crystal would be enough for a first test, inserted in the same way Exitium and Itami had implanted theirs.
Exitium pushed a hand into a wound created in the dead Dragon, creating his crystal just as Ignis landed with their little test subject. Exitium plucked the crystal out, blood dark as night, coloured the crystal jet black. Ignis walked up to Exitium, seeking comfort from Exitium's free hand. The Demon stroked his friend's snout, before smirking up to Rurushu. "I hope you are ready to fulfil your part of our bargain, because I've been itching to play some more ever since you stopped me in Baransu."

Ru dropped to the ground with a thud, not really caring how he got to Paludem, though he did remember something sharp and guessed he was carried in really one of the only ways a dragon could carry something. Standing up, Ru held his tongue as he was about to fire an insult... He assumed whatever was about to happen would be painful, and didn't wish to piss of Exitium enough to make it worse, he needed to survive this experiment. "When I make a promise, I keep it... But I must ask, what exactly is this project?.. And don't worry, its not like im going to run after you tell me.." Ru briefly looked towards the dead dragon and then glanced the thing in Exitium's hand, Ru could only guess the two were related. But he held his tongue once more, he knew there would only be so much Exitium could take before he made things worse... Ru however filled his mind with thoughts of Kaku, wondering and praying that he got help and hoping he wouldn't be idiotic enough to try and come after him. Ru then thought to Chester and what happened to her, it was hard to tell as he knew not of what transpired within the ball. He briefly thought about asking Exitium, but at the same time Rurushu feared the answer... He had a feeling that things didn't end well.

Exitium chuckled, glancing down to Ignis as he growled to their guest, thin tongue licking across his lips. "You wouldn't be able to run, since it appears my dear Ignis is so closely bonded to you now, even after your short time together." The Demon replied, smirking. Exitium tossed the crystal up and down, contemplating whether to tell Rurushu or not. "Very well... I happen to be pushing the boundaries of a Demon God, creating my very own race inside of Demons. Dracomancers, Demons granted by my divine intervention, the ability to transform between Demon and Dragon. Whilst I have already transformed a Dragon into a Dracomancer, my future is for Demons of pure power to rise to the only existence on this planet, and so must discover a way to transform Demon into Dracomancer as well." Ignis circled Exitium, glancing to the dead Dragon, and then sniffing a curious snout to the crystal in Exitium's hand. The Demon lowered the rock for Ignis to get a good look, "You are here as my first test, amongst as many as I require. If by chance you survive, you alliance is still with me, as I hold the card to control you, now I know it exists. Refuse this experiment, or refuse to serve me under your new powers, and every one of the foul beings you seem to hold closest to you shall suffer for your mistake... are we clear?" The Demon glanced behind him to the Dragon's corpse. "Tenebris had been his name, a young and powerful Darkness Dragon. I hope my sacrifice of his life is not to go to waste."

Once hearing the project, Ru feared what would become of things, especially if he survived... Turning Demons into dragons and vice versa, it was something one should not mess with, and will cause many problems in the future. But Ru wouldn't be able to stop him, but if he survives this, he may be able to warn others of this... He could tell it wouldn't do good. But despite knowing this, Ru had the resolve to live, and as much as he hated to admit it, the death of that dragon would not go to waste. "I told you. Im going to survive this, and one day, I will destroy you... No matter what I must become to do that." Ru did not wish to keep the alliance with Exitium, he would make him do many terrible things that would build up on his conscience, but knew if he was to keep Kaku and Chester safe, he would need to keep those ties, he only hoped both would forgive him for anything he's ordered to do... And hoped that Kaku would forgive him for everything that has already come to pass. "Im sure your dying to know if this experiment works... So get to it then, ide rather this over and done with.." Just because Ru was under his command, didn't mean he had to grovel at Exitium's very feet, though he would hold back exactly what he wished to say to him.

Exitium smiled wickedly, "That determination to live just might come to your aid." The Demon stated, starting to consider Rurushu actually living through it. Chrysos had been blind to the idea of dying, but she still survived, albeit after her body exploded in pain. Exitium glanced at the crystal. "If you live, you'll be able to look through the eyes of a Dragon, what an honour this should be," Exitium then looked to Rurushu's scowl, "Though I doubt you'll be thanking me... I just feel the hate coming from that stare you have." Although Rurushu was trying adorably hard not to say too much to Exitium, what words he did say made the God of Destruction want to laugh. Destroy Exitium? That was an impossible feat, considering the only one strong enough to destroy something so strong as Exitium was the Demon himself.
A smirk on his face at Ru's desire to get things started, and Exitium looked to Ignis. One glance was all the Dragon needed, and Ignis was soon pouncing forwards to tackle Rurushu to the ground, claws pressed down on the Demons shoulders, though careful not to draw too deep. With the subject down, Exitium took his time to wander over, thinking over how careful he should be. As tempting as it was to simply eat randomly away at Rurushu's chest, Exitium had to remind himself that apart from being someone Exitium hated with a passion, this was also an experiment that he should treat formally. As formal as the wicked Demon could be. And so, like he'd done less than 24 hours ago, Exitium placed his free hand over Ru's chest, and began drilling his space for the crystal. A few agonising minutes for his test subject no doubt, but Exitium didn't care, nor could he bend his concentration to care. Once a deep enough incision had been made, Exitium carefully placed the crystal inside of the wound. The black crystal was almost immediately stimulated to activate, and Ignis was quick to pull Exitium away, remember what had happened last time when a Dracomancer first changed form.

Ru hardened his glare at Exitium, and if looks could kill he would be dead a thousand times over by now and then some. In a way Ru wanted to kill Exitium here and now, he had the chance, and he probably wouldn't be expecting it. However, Rurushu also had Chester and Kaku to think off, and if he killed Exitium, the dragon would surly kill him, and that's the last thing he wants. Smirking towards Exitium, Ru held his tongue once more, now was certainly not the time to anger him further, considering the two hated each other enough already. Ru didn't even flinch when he was suddenly pressed down, despite the sting of claws digging into his shoulders, he had had much worse, and knew that the worse was yet to come. Growling out in pain, feeling his eyes glaze over with water as Exitium drilled the hole through his chest, Ru couldn't allow himself to show any other weakness, not with this... As all of him knew that this was only the beginning. When Exitium finally inserted the crystal, Ru had a split second to catch his breath before hell began.
Ru felt as his body began to stiffen, pain overloading every sense. Clenching his fists, nails digging into the skin, Ru let out a agonising scream. The black crystal began to seep its magic into Rurushu's body, making blood boil and mind scream for release from the pain, his blood began to run thick, pulsing through his system with a burning intent. Tears dripped down his face as bones snapped and splintered, leaving no time to adapt as they began to morph into something bigger. A dark shadow began to hide his twisted form, shadowing away the breaking of skin as it turned scaly and expanded. Ru could hear somewhere in the back of his mind him screaming out to Kaku for help, screaming out to anyone who could stop this pain, it being something he had never experienced before. But in his pain, Ru lifted his arm to see what was happening, body jerking at every movement. Body formed, growing larger and larger in the shadow, taking up the look of a dragon, teeth splintering his mouth as they grew into sharp points. Rurushu felt his wings and tail pierce through his skin, breaking bones as they fixed themselves in place, spine moulding itself to make home for the permanent fixtures, before an agonising crunch made him scream out the loudest scream of all, shadows caressing his body, burning with the desire to change who they had captured, Ru felt as if his insides were trying to escape from his body, before the shadows broke away, dropping his body to the ground... His changed form.
Standing, Ru looked to the sky, Wings expanding and claws piercing into his scaly skin, before he let out a terrifying roar.

Dracomancers, depending on which element of Dragon they were, all transformed in a different way. Chrysos exploded with light, and as it seemed, Rurushu was coated in shadow. It made Exitium curious to see what each kind of Dragon transformed like, though it looked like his curiosity would one day be served. So it was as simple as inserting a crystal like with a new magic, except the change of one's blood seemed to create a lot more pain. And unlike Chrysos' transformation, Exitium was able to stand and admire his handy work at his second Dracomancer, as the body of shadows grew and formed an identical being to that of Tenebris. Rurushu actually grew large enough for the already cautious Ignis to bare his teeth, covering Exitium with his thick tail as he was urged to pull his master to a safe distance. Exitium tutted to his friend, too busy watching to care about Ignis' caution.
It was a sight to behold when the shadow's over Rurushu dissolved, and the black and purple Dragon was left. The roar was enough to shatter anyone's ears, and even Exitium had to cover his until Ru had said his piece. Ignis continued to growl, probably nervous in trying to remain the dominant Dragon when one of the inferiors was so much larger than him. But Ignis had made his place known to the others, even the mountain-sized Terra, and so any chill down the Destruction Dragon's hide was soon gone. Exitium patted Ignis' back, letting the red Dragon lower himself so that Exitium could ride him to a higher level. Things still had to be made sure of. Exitium reached the eye level of his new Dracomancer, wondering if one even had the same mind as when they were a Demon, or was all taken over by the Dragon blood, including thought and memory. Exitium smirked at his new creation, "Does my power not reach an end? Ignis, tell me what a Dragon thinks." Ignis was surprised to be addressed, before growling softly to himself. "The Demon possesses all strength of Tenebris, and more. The wings are strong, and magic energy is greater... Scent is confusing. I cannot chose between Dragon and Demon. Chrysos smell all Dragon, but this one is different." Exitium nodded, taking that into account. If Ignis could not distinguish between Dragon blood or Demon blood, then perhaps it had become a mixture of the two. Which meant a Dracomancer born from a Demon was more of Demon blood than if a Dragon was used first. That meant that Rurushu was a pure Dracomancer, and that dear Chrysos really was just a prototype. Not that the God cared, to him, this was his official success at creating his new race. Exitium raised a hand above his head, hoping to get the possibly dazed black Dragon's attention. "You've been shown a new life, my Dracomancer. Though I desire to know exactly how you feel, should I choose to create more like yourself." And Exitium did plan to create more, when plans had developed as beautifully as they currently were.

Ru still felt in pain, but it wasn't as bad as the transformation. Things were in a daze, but he guessed it was more due to suddenly turning dragon, an as much as he hates to admit it, even to himself, it was actually pretty cool, even if urges to kill those he hated were enhanced. But Ru controlled it, he wouldn't allow the dragon to take control of his mind. Ignoring the sudden arrival of Exitium in front his vision, knowing if he properly paid attention straight after the transformation, he wouldn't hesitate to devour the very being. Stretching his wings, Ru watched as best he could through his vision at his form, sincerely hoping it wouldn't remain like this for all time, he vowed to himself to return to Kaku and Chester, and the sudden arrival of a dragon would probably freak the both of them out. Finally looking at Exitium, Ru fought every urge to destroy the Demon where he stood, knowing that he could probably take on the other dragon now too. Finding his own mind within himself, Ru hoped he could talk normally, now he had this power, he wasn't going to hold back his words to Exitium, for Ru to go through with this meant he would be keeping his promise to follow him, so why would a few words make things any worse then they were? "Still... In Pain. Fighting, urges... To kill you, as urges increased." It was a little difficult to talk as a dragon, but he could tell it would be improved with time, knowing he would never go back to being a simple Demon. "Will, I... Remain as dragon? Or... Can I, turn back and... Choose?"

Exitium chuckled, much more ready to take the trash coming out of Rurushu's mouth now that he'd actually gained some respect from the Demon. Exitium would still treat the once Demon as close to a slave as he chose to, but as with Chrysos, had a better temper around his tools. "Good, good. Nice to know I'm still talking to Rurushu, and that means your memory is still intact." Exitium wished he had a book to write this down in, the kind of book to be looked at in years to come, teaching the pure Demons of the future about the mighty King that rose to the challenge of creating a new inner race of Demons. But for now, Exitium's incredible mind would serve the place for his notes in this experiment. The Demon hummed, "I would not know for sure how it is done. But Chrysos, my first Dracomancer, she can transform easily between forms, after a few days practise. Now that it is a part of your blood, it is only natural for you to change between forms." Exitium didn't know what kind of magic or force was used to change, but in ancient times, there had probably been many creatures with transforming abilities. Like the mongrel Wolvine that still somehow survived in Sohul. Things were still not fully tested yet, Exitium pulled Ignis' ear towards his own, and the Dragon snorted in reply. Exitium returned his gaze to Rurushu. "Perhaps you do not quite know how to grasp your new power. So here is a little game for you, no consequences to come from it. I will give you the freedom to try and kill me, in whatever way you see fit. I believe this will greatly benefit the both of us. I have the chance to witness a Dracomancer's strength, and you have the chance to improve your power, and who knows? You could get lucky and actually kill me." And with that, Ignis flapped his strong wings, flying circles in the air, keeping a close watch on their new toy.

Ru growled at Exitium. So it was only a possibility that he could change back, and even then it may take days to learn how to do so, but he guessed that it was better then nothing. And truthfully couldn't wait to discover what he could do. Though in the long run, this project will probably end badly for everyone but Exitium, Ru knew that if he got a hold of the powers he possessed now, then he could possibly help better when that day came. Nodding slightly, Ru did so more to assure himself that he was still himself, he looked back towards Exitium. "How... How do, I know that, you wont.. Go back, on your word?.." In hind sight, it was a tempting offer, and he hoped that he would be able to get him, but if he did, and it only harmed him, then Ru had no trust in Exitium to keep his word about no consequences. But in the end, the curiosity over what he could do, won over anything else, and Ru began to flap his wings, slowly lifting from the ground, the new weight putting him off, he turned to face Exitium before attempting the obvious thing to try, breathing fire. Grinning slightly to himself as a burning black shadow flame blackened the sky around him, but leaving the dragon to see clearly still.

Exitium relied easily on Ignis to keep him out of danger, knowing that even if Rurushu had a good grasp of his strength, none could beat Ignis in a fight. Exitium laughed, "Because if you manage to hit me, it will be by luck and luck alone. And I walked into this willingly, what kind of fool would I be if I go back on a deal as juicy as this one after getting a little burnt? Besides, I've already willingly kept the current deal going strong, so why would I change it now?" The Demon chuckled as Rurushu was running before walking, and took to the skies to chase them down. It was almost cute, but perhaps Exitium wasn't giving the ex-Demon credit, perhaps Ru had a better grasp than Exitium gave him credit for. Apparent when the Dragon unleashed a breath attack so soon. Ignis dodged the attack, although kept his tail in contact with the shadowy flames. Ignis' tough hide prevented him from damage, but the red Dragon was able to test the element. "It is mixture of flame and shadow. Perhaps is both element." To prove himself, Ignis' stomach screamed, and he unleashed his own wicked red flames. The fire cascaded down on their new friend, only to simply brush off Rurushu's thick skin. Exitium cackled. "How can you possibly hate someone that would give you this kind of gift? There is no end to a Dragon's power, you'll soon discover that." He called down to Rurushu. Ignis was seeming to relax as well, seeing this more like a game than simply defending his master.

Ru was unable to dodge the flames coming at him, the newfound weight of his body keeping him from moving too fast, but he knew it would be something he got use to. But he did relish the fact that the flames just bounced off him like they weren't even there, and Ru knew this would come in handy. And when Exitium spoke, Ru had to admit to himself that he didn't hate Exitium as much as he did after doing this, though the pain would have been avoided if he had the choice. But that didn't mean the two of them were going to ride off into the sunset together with a newfound friendship, Rurushu still wanted to rip the Demons head off. Ru believed that the next thing to test would be how fast he could actually go, despite the weight holding him down. Focusing all thoughts of his flight, Ru took off chasing the other Dragon, with a newfound resolve to at least catch up with him. Ru didn't dare speak though, it was hard enough keeping himself in the skies, let alone try to form coherent sentences when he found it difficult to speak anyways. Setting his sights on Ignis and Exitium, the chase gave way.
Note: Feel free to control Ru chasing them, but don't crash him into anything as I have a plan with that. xx

Exitium noticed how his new Dracomancer seemed ready to literally take flight, and Ignis prepared them for that. Exitium lowered himself onto Ignis more, and the red Dragon did a small flip in the sky, before heading of higher into the skies. The Demon chuckled to himself, feeling a strange sense of enjoying this beyond simply being proud of his own achievement. No, Exitium was seeing this for what it was, a game, and the slight danger only made the wicked Demon enjoy it more. Ignis growled as his rose into the sky, glancing down to their new friend every now and then. "Has two strong wing sets, skies should be easy to fly..." The Dragon stated, thinking to himself. "Problem, Ignis?" Exitium hummed between wing beats. The Dragon glanced back, before concentrating on levelling out and diving down again, hoping to catch their chaser off guard by some low-level flying. "He is strong... very strong. I cannot find weakness to dominate with." Exitium frowned, but soon chuckled, patting his dear friend's neck. "I have his weakness. It's his connections, it's why I didn't want his memory lost. We make sure we have power over those lives, and we control the Dracomancer. Do not worry my friend. I know the challenge when training Dracomancers to follow me, but I've prepared for the future." Ignis seemed happy with the answer, and tucked his wings in to fit through a small gap in a rocky formation amongst the rough landscape of Paludem.

Ru struggled to keep up at first, but after a little chase getting higher and higher, he was getting use the weight of his body, and with time, would be able to do anything. Getting higher, Ru felt a little concerned in case his wings gave out suddenly, but knew the more he worried, the more likely such a fate was to occur, instead he focused on the others, surprisingly enjoying the chase. The sudden drop from Ignis was not what he was expecting though, and for a second hovered before mentally shrugging and tucking away his wings slightly to allow himself to gain speed down, using gravity as his ally. Nearing the level Ignis was at, Ru set back out his wings and took chase once more. But the sudden rocky formation was not expected either, and as Ignis flew through on of the gaps, Ru prepared himself for a painful impact, knowing he couldn't stop himself from hitting into it. However, the hit, though it did come, didn't stop Ru, as the Dracomancer broke through the rock he hit into and despite losing a little speed, he was keeping up with the dragon upfront. Chuckling to himself over the power and strength he possessed, Ru felt a little more confident, and flew until he was beside Ignis, finally being able to keep up.

Flying was second nature to a Demon, from birth, they were able to soar the red skies of Dranar with ease. Whilst they weren't the birds on the wind that Angels were, Demons were still fast fliers. When Exitium's curiosity to Dragons had begun, he'd found it impossible for such heavily armoured creatures to fly, but they managed to hold a godly grace when in the air. Of all creatures that Exitium selected to respect, a very small list, Dragons were reigning supreme. Such majesties of the land and sky, it made Exitium only hope that the myths and legends of Demons originating from Dragon-like creatures was to be true, or that there was at least a link somewhere in their blood lines. It could well be that there was, and that was why Dracomancers could be made from a mixture of the two. Exitium grinned as their new friend burst through every obstacle like a relentless force, and Ignis seemed almost envious of the sheer strength. "A mixture of Demon and Dragon, could it be that Dracomancers can exceed the limits of Dragon potential? If so, then Ignis, my friend, you must step up your game." Ignis seemed to growl, sending a ball of flame at Rurushu like a child suffering from being second best. Exitium chuckled, rolling over so that he rested over Ignis' back. "Do not worry, my friend. In good time, you too, shall receive a gift from me." The red Dragon cooed, remembering their plans for the future, and licking his lips at what potential he had yet to grasp. It would be a good time indeed for the Dragon. Exitium smiled, getting a little bored playing passenger. He turned around, summoning his wings, and leaping off of Exitium's fast moving back. Being smaller, and with the momentum to the ride, Exitium easily flew in front of the two Dragons. The freedom allowed Ignis to slow down, find a place to perch on a rock formation and relax his wings. Exitium smiled, looking back to Rurushu. "Whilst a Dragon's wings are stronger, and more often than most, faster, they are also much more straining than a Demons. A Dragon can hold its flight for around half an hour at most, before their wings collapse from the weight. I would keep note of this, as it may take some time for a Demon to realize a limitation to flight." Exitium stated back. Exitium glanced forwards, taking a turn. "You may want to know that my knowledge of Dragons extends to vast reaches, they have been a pursuit of mine since I was young. Any questions, feel free to ask to myself or Ignis." Exitium called out. He could feel himself being unnaturally kind in this situation. But knew soon the excitement of his research's success would wear off, and Exitium would return to his cruel, dominating ways.
